上星期四同D同事去左始創彩福飲茶4個女仔叫左8籠點心, 估唔到依間酒樓除左婚宴有口碑之外, d點心okay喎!!酥皮叉燒包錦卥雲吞三星燒賣流沙包芝士xx酥煎薄餐芋角蝦餃雷沙湯圓首先要讚下就是那籠酥皮叉燒包, 真係超有水準!!外皮脆, 入面d餡甜度適中, 汁多味美最緊要係新鮮熱辣! 所以好快俾我地KO左, 哈哈跟住要讚o既係錦卥雲吞, 皮脆少油, 個汁超得! 酸酸甜甜好開胃另外仲叫左個三星燒賣, 燒賣上面放著的是蟹柳﹑鮑片﹑冬菇幾創新, 不過味道普通啦, 我都係鍾意食傳統o既燒賣多d蝦餃d蝦好大隻, 咬落有汁流沙包都要一讚, 味道一流, 不過記住新鮮熱辣食, 咁樣d「沙」會流得勁d雷沙湯圓都係做得出色的, 甜度適中, 煙un有咬口, 唔會成舊粉團, 正!芋角都炸得幾香脆, 薄餐同芝士xx酥就一般, 不過都係少油, 幾好埋單每人都係$50左右, 都幾抵食!有機會會再o黎呀 continue reading

與家人親友們沒見面一段時間,這天特地與他們在這裡飲茶暢敘一番。其實這酒樓去年也曾來過,印象不錯,傳統點心正正常常,有些特式點心更是令人吃得頗為滿意。這天由於是星期日,這裡的生意特別的好,座無虛席,這次舊地重遊,幸好前一晚預訂了檯,我們一行十多人才能即時有位可坐。坐了個多兩個小時,叫了的點心、飯麵等著實不少,這裡的點心雖未算特別的好,值得重點推介,但也有一定的水準,不會有哪款點心教人覺得難吃。飯麵方面,這次試的「肉絲炒麵」和「福建炒飯」味道都算及格,雖然始終還是人客太多,酒樓內的聲音嘈雜得很,不過,到酒樓喝茶,不是早已預料到會人聲喧嘩的嗎?當然,高檔的食府或酒店的中菜廳會是例外的吧! continue reading

彩福真係進步了不少 依家坐得舒服左野食又多左 早茶同牛茶既MENU已經唔同啦~今日去飲午茶食飯,order左一個set 加點心。個set 係燒味拼盤 + 炒飯。燒味拼盤俾人fake左有叉燒、油雞同煙鴨胸!! 煙鴨胸都算燒味?! 炒飯係蛋白茶譜粒炒飯,炒飯炒得很好,夠鍋氣但唔油口杏汁雪山包姐係墨西哥包杏汁餡,墨西哥皮脆身唔油,麵包就唔夠鬆軟啦。杏汁餡唔係好甜,但係好香杏仁味,試下無妨。生煎菜肉包細細個,比一般食到既細好多。肉汁豐富,底面都煎過幾脆口下。而且油味唔重,包都算鬆軟,不過細細個都啱架啦。鮑魚燒賣我就覺得又真係比一般燒賣好食既。除左面頭一小片鮑魚,下面就有一隻蝦,所以做到好脆! 豬肉唔係好鹹,燒賣皮夠簿,冇左啖啖肉既感覺。但係一籠四粒既鮑魚燒賣就已經係特點,成28蚊,咁又唔係好值啦... continue reading
