—行三人,share一齊,最好便是韓菜,在尖沙咀要坐得較舒服的話。坐下不夠來了約6,7小碟拌葉,未食已胃囗大增,由於同行都較喜爱肉類,便點了一個石鍋炒豬肉,份量較大,再叫白飯便行,菜一上枱,香氣撲鼻,賣相也很好,跟了一碟生菜,包肉食剛好,免了太油的口感,味道不错,用汁也可送飯,只可惜肉有點偏肥,另如再辣小小,會更加perfect continue reading

餐廳在金馬倫道屬多食店的位置雖然尖沙咀多了不少韓式菜館, 但在這條街上只有這一間韓國菜館,就在二樓上, 內部算大, 在大廳也有細房, 相信是給喜歡靜或私隱地用膳。第一次來草苑吃飯是在晚餐燒烤肉的,這次再來是午餐了, 中午時段較多套餐選擇而且價錢合理,前菜一般菠菜, 有茄子, 馬鈴薯粒, kimchi 辣泡菜, 及似是芯苗類的菜蛋牛肉拌飯, 加上韓式辣醬, 味道更惹火, 怕辣也加少少試試韓式食法吧否則我覺得就如煎蛋牛肉飯無分別, 整個餐即如茶餐廳的飯無異當然茶餐廳並沒有這樣加入紅蘿蔔絲, 黃豆芽菜, 菠菜等配料另一較豐富的選擇是水冷麵+ 烤牛肉定食$125水冷麵味道較淡, 用冰塊同浸於湯內, 如慢慢地吃, 冰塊溶掉, 湯更淡味,有兩三塊很清淡的牛展, 而經過冰浸過的麵, 麵質尚算爽口,洋蔥炒牛肉最佳搭擋, 洋蔥吸收牛肉味, 另配一碗白飯, 簡單而好滿足了 continue reading

這餐廳的環境舒適,座位較寬敞, 無論中午晚膳皆宜午市更有定食選擇, 價錢較晚便宜鐵板羊肉飯一般吃羊肉會擔心處理, 會有有膻味,這裡的羊肉完有全沒膻味, 而且羊肉配大量洋蔥共炒,味道,肉質爽口石鍋牛肉飯牛肉是肥牛肉碎, 配以韓式雜菜絲加特製醬汁伴吃, 味道複雜有甜有少許辣, 兼有少許飯焦, 脆脆飯粒口感紫菜包飯初次吃會認為同日本壽司相似,口感完全不同,主要是米飯與做法, 致口感不同韓式紫菜包飯會用韓式調配的菜,有酸菜及有火腿用料較普通這客紫菜包飯共有11件, 9 件2件小,作為午餐, 女士應該夠飽,我一人吃了石鍋牛肉飯只能多吃3件而已  continue reading

夜晚7點零鐘就一行4人去食野,友人提議食依間,話食過ok, 本身麻麻地韓國野,朋友介紹就試下上到去裝修唔錯,多卡位同梳化櫈,要左個卡位就坐陣叫野食因為朋友食過,大部份野食佢發板,餐牌都叫多野食,6成係韓燒,其他係d小食,飯面類同湯。我地散叫左牛肉,牛舌,尤魚,豬同雞黎燒 另外叫左牛肉湯同海鮮煎餅黎左燒烤類先,燒牛肉幾好,無點醬包生菜食,生菜凍冰冰包著塊熱辣辣既牛肉食,牛肉唔"un"牛舌之後都上左台,薄薄地一片好快熟,點埋醬食,好有咬口,係衰在有d咸之後到雞同豬,d肉好乾同鞋,唔知係料唔靚定燒得耐尤魚就普通唔係好記得,海解煎餅都好多面粉,得幾粒尤魚有d呃錢最驚喜係個牛肉湯,好清同香,仲有一大舊牛骨連肉,無乜味精飲完唔口乾埋單每人2百幾,同出面擊國野差唔多價,坐得舒服同牛肉都算幾好,如果其他野食都好味會比笑面,今次比ok算 continue reading
