To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我同屋企人食17:30,一入到去話食90分鐘,我地覺得無問題。入到睇餐牌得返啲套餐,無得散叫好啦,只好叫個8人餐….上菜速度極快,都未食下一個餸菜又嚟啦!佢問我哋想甜品未,我哋話等一陣先點知轉頭又送上,如果係咁,你問咩姐之後未叫買單,佢已經拎張單上黎叫我地俾錢其實仲未到90分鐘囉,好似趕我地走咁…其實成個場都未full,我都唔知佢做乜咁心急啲嘢食又麻麻地,又唔好食!冇下次

對比圓方其他食市,唔算貴,服務環境亦可接受。但食物味道真係有很多改善空間。滷水拼盤: 大豆芽放底,應該流出唔少水份,令豉油沖得極淡。滷水亦唔夠入味,但唔難食。豬肚雞湯:超熱夠火候,材料充足,但偏鹹。蠔仔粥: 一碗已夠食,經濟實惠,材料夠,粥底再多些就更滿意。炒魚麵: 炒得唔平均,有些冬菇超咸,但整體滿意。煎牙魚:煎得唔夠,唔夠脆口,雪藏味未去清。最吸引反而係前菜,比好多潮洲菜館好吃。

很久沒和家人一起飲茶,趁放假日享受一下悠閑的時光。餐廳使用QR code點餐: 黑松露菜苗餃皮薄,餡料滿滿,黑松露散發香氣,令菜苗餃增添了獨特的味道。香煎芋絲糕外層金黃酥脆,內裏保持了芋頭的柔軟,很香口。香煎韭菜粿淡淡的韭菜香氣,如煎後的韭菜粿底部更香脆一點,那就更好!紅棗千層糕柔軟、有嚼勁。紅棗天然甜味,令糕點不會過於甜膩。鴛鴦水晶包半透明的外層,皮薄而韌,兩款餡料各有特色,甜而不膩。
