To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 母親節想搵間地方同屋企人靜靜地食餐飯,最後揀咗潮江春,試下佢哋推廣緊嘅VISA 4人餐。餐廳環境唔錯,晚市唔算多人,坐得舒服。不過食物表現同服務細節,就略嫌有啲位可以改善。潮江春晚市比想像中清靜,傾計都好舒服。店員態度都有禮貌,但唔算特別主動。今次食嘅VISA 4人餐($888),菜式配搭算豐富,有海鮮、有湯品、有主食。大蝦上湯伊麵:蝦隻大隻,肉質彈牙,伊麵吸哂湯汁,唔錯。雞蓉燕窩羹:口感滑,味道清淡,燕窩份量唔多但以套餐計可以接受。花膠鮑魚煲:湯底濃郁,花膠滑,鮑魚入味,係全晚最有驚喜嘅一道。清蒸沙巴躉:魚新鮮,蒸得啱啱好。薑薯糯米滋(甜品):本應有,但冇上枱,亦冇人提醒,直到我餐後望返餐牌先知原來漏咗T^T continue reading

呢一年創唔同啲婆婆同埋舅父表妹嗰啲飲茶 婆婆好識食話要食潮江春 都知佢貴,但係就覺得買單真係太貴,食嘢嘅質素簡直係中環高價飲茶價錢,但係服務同埋廁所環境就極度惡劣餐廳侍應黑口黑面,又人手不足服務不周度啲點心都係46至$49 通常都係呢兩個價錢,整體質素中上 有陳年亦都有手工 食物嘅品質,亦都新鮮,好似棉花雞咁,唔會太多油 盒腸粉就普通 個粉皮唔算話好煙韌潮州粉果一個粉皮整得好好,煙靭得來又軟熟,個餡都好香亦都有正宗潮州未潮州蝦餃正常 外表靚,但係冇咩驚喜食落去 唔係真係話好大粒最特別係呢個芝士芋頭 酥 唔會太鹹,亦都係有好均勻嘅芝士同埋芋頭比例 好好手工嘅皮呢個係最特色嘅點心 成$50得四粒,不過呢個質素喺晒度 金錢肚嗰啲就普通 係就係好,但係好硬唔係咁新鮮 似係雪藏貨頭先嗰個芝士鹹唔會太鹹 嗌咗福建炒飯同埋三色燒排骨炒河 排骨炒河個調味幾出色,不過河粉真係好碎濕濕,我哋冇一個人可以成功幾多度要靠匙更輔助福建炒飯就只係合格,調味普通而且餡其實唔係好多,免頭嘅醬汁為主,雞粒同下Lap都好細亦都唔多 燒賣麻麻哋, 覺得比普通茶樓弱少少時菜鯪魚球嘅時才好好味,鯪魚球就普通不過好大粒侍應態度麻麻地,叫佢幫我哋影相都好似唔耐煩,而且冇乜笑容 最後發現璟姨姨原來一張都冇影到!買單覺得真係唔抵 價錢太貴,而且質素不值得 continue reading

約咗家人聚餐,為咗方便大家,相約喺上水食,原計劃食上海菜,發覺得一間普通就轉間好一點,最後決定去上水滙間潮江春。一入去成間酒樓無乜人,裝修係唔錯。沙律蝦球,上枱即影相,好似幾靚,份量就算少,大約6-7隻,食落就無乜特別,主要係沙律醬味。小炒王有鑊氣,用料都足又係無乜味。小雲吞煲仲搞笑,同我喺屋企整灣仔碼頭一樣。魚蛋煲魚蛋好普通,湯底淡。鹵水鵝片,有鹵水味,鵝肉又係無乜味道,有啲失望。生炒骨算唔錯,炒得夠乾身。蠔仔煎蛋,唔係炸蠔餅,蠔仔都可以,要靠魚露。覺得各樣味道都偏淡味,可能係餐廳預設定都唔其。 continue reading

早50分鐘app拎定飛 諗住搭車入上水搵長輩飲茶 等佢哋唔駛等位 老公一拎飛就B127而當時排到B9450分鐘後落車都仲係顯示B94 點知行唔夠1分鐘 無端端排位係咁跳 一吓跳到B115 再5分鐘內上到黎,已經係B134 個短頭髮女知客好串呀勁無禮貌 原來就係佢 係咁㩒走啲飛 好彩我已經中途拎多張B144 等咗一陣有位 如果唔係又要去第二度搵位要啲長輩再等過 有啲客好慘 同一遭遇但佢哋無拎多張 要重新等過我覺得要再教育啲知客點運用個app 唔係一吓係咁㩒走啲位 話因為無客囉 咁要個app黎做咩就算舒適較乾淨都打哂折 *我個人已經唔高要求 至在聚吓開心吓 但個知客真係影響咗成件事心情 continue reading
