一向都覺得呢間環境特別污糟,無奈老人家就腳,所以冇選擇下一年不多於兩次終於來咗飲茶,同之前一樣,全部茶杯、碟、碗同筷子好似冇洗過,有殘渣已經不出奇不驚訝,全部餐具油淋淋,用熱水冲完都仲係油,筷子全對由上而下都油淋淋,無準備下唯有用濕紙巾抹完再淥。正常情况都接受5到,何况疫情下真係好5安心,感覺大排檔仲衞生,如果閣下想見識吓,温提請自備餐具!另外點心不過不失,冇驚喜而性價比低,服務差叫極冇人,有人又 5 so你,完。 continue reading

晚上一行五人到達位於新城市廣場8樓既潮庭,由於是6點30左右就不用等就直接有位。好快咁我地就點左幾個餸,包括魚皮小雲吞榣柱津白,鹵水鵝片,墨汁鹹魚肉餅,梅菜扣肉同埋煎蠔餅。由於人流很多侍應不足上菜速度很慢,先嚟蒸蠔餅蠔餅外脆內軟味道不錯,梅菜扣肉梅菜很入味扣肉亦都相當鬆軟呢個餸菜未到必點,魚皮小雲吞瑤柱津白雲吞數量很多,湯味道很濃郁,鹵水鵝片中規中矩,墨魚汁鹹魚肉餅我覺得味道不錯有鹹香又馬蹄肉餅也煎得不錯,這個數必須要加白飯如果淨食會感覺鹹味很重。最後五日埋單約九百幾蚊,五人嚟講不算太貴也不便宜,回頭率50% continue reading

一家人最鍾意圍住一齊食飯,今晚就揀咗呢間潮庭叫餸食飯,環境唔錯,安排咗去角落,可以靜靜地俾大家傾吓計,而且同隔籬枱都隔住屏風,安排得幾好。菜式叫咗四囍拼盆,蠔餅,炸子雞,滷水鵝片,小雲吞浸娃娃菜,梅花扣肉同埋杏汁豬肺湯。四囍拼盆比較吸引,可以自由選擇小菜款式,都係以海鮮類為主,例如帶子、桂花蚌、花枝卷同蟹肉卷,味道清淡,但都夠晒味,口感唔錯夠晒彈牙。蠔餅都夠晒特別,一上枱就見到有好多蠔仔,但佢嘅做法比較特別,唔同普通嘅潮州炸蠔餅,類似台灣蚵仔煎,餅底係應該係加左地瓜粉,有啲qq口感,但係味道都偏清淡。同埋佢個杏汁豬肺湯,真係飲到用杏仁榨汁嘅質感,成個湯奶白色又好香杏仁味,啲豬肺都洗得乾淨。最後用中銀卡消費,仲有$300現金券回贈,計埋都幾抵食。 continue reading
