今晚特選去銅鑼灣 潮江春 晚飯, 原因一是交通方便,  二是因為有信用咭優惠, AE 可享 75折, 我們雖然早已訂枱及準時抵達, 也等了十分鐘才安排入座, 客人真不少,  好熱鬧的一間中菜廳.  裝修不算新穎, 因多年無變.由於是美心集團餐廳, 水準合理.  餐牌印製大方得体, 價錢公道.食物選擇多,  樣樣齊.以彩圖介紹, 很清晰.餐具整潔, 水滾茶靚.我們點了:  好百年鹵水鵝片 $118 ~~  鹵水鵝片能保持質量,  肉質稔, 厚薄適中, 味道好, 伴有鹵水豆腐.  每次來必點.杏汁燉豬肺湯 $148 ~~   杏汁湯夠香濃, 入口味道隹,  合水準.豬肺湯料也足.潮州家鄉煎蠔烙 $108- ~~ 蠔仔肉份量適中, 熱得香而不焦, 也不太油膩, 算不錯.酒香紅糟炆肋骨 $108 ~~用木桶仔上檯, 保持熱度, 肋骨炆得稔, 肉質好, 少骨, 調味酸甜帶酒香, 好滋味.家鄉煎釀豆腐煲  ~~ 豆腐夠滑, 釀了滿滿鯪魚肉, 大大型共六塊, 配合魚湯濃甜, 算是健康菜式.每人消費合理, 菜式滿意, 食物份量不細, 會再來.   特別提醒:  餐廳設信用咭的優惠, 各種也不同, 要比較細節才好落單. continue reading

週五晚與家人於銅鑼灣潮江春享用晚膳,因三樓翠園有飲宴安排,所以散客盡聚二樓潮江春。雖然早已訂枱及準時抵達,但仍要輪候差不多一小時方能入座。亦因人多關係,坐處較迫,服務水準亦難免下降,達不到美心應有的水平。 杏汁燉豬肺湯:湯汁欠了應有的滋潤神韻,杏香很淡,口味偏鹹,唯一可取之處是豬肺量足。潮州家鄉煎蠔烙:邊位脆香,中心略帶煙韌,味道不俗,建議增加蠔仔份量。香芒牛柳絲:賣相與菜牌相片分別頗大,牛柳口感食味合理,香芒條酸味重,並以洋蔥絲最為搶味。梅菜蒸深海鱸魚:海鱸魚肥美肉香,豆腐亦見美味。不過大家最欣賞的竟然不是這兩款美食,而是甜梅菜,伴飯吃一流。金沙炸子雞:肉嫩感視乎部位有明顯分別,雞脾位置明顯較滑溜,雞味中規中矩。啫啫蝦醬通菜煲:熱辣惹味感稍遜預期,因通菜沒煮得透徹,所以仍保一定爽脆口感。整體而言,食品水準合格,但服務因人多關係不及預期,有點可惜。[9/9/2016; Fri] continue reading

勁開心,飲早茶竟然有我至愛的杏汁白肺湯。雖然$38祇有一小碗,但真係超級好味有4件豬肺同一件大白菜!雪山叉燒包,剛剛出爐的,我三分鐘內連吃兩個,好滿足了鳳瓜排骨飯最後才到,我已經半飽了,但這裡的分量十足,排骨好滑又夠味一天嘅好開始! continue reading

Dim Sum is my favourite cuisine, one of the Dim Sum restaurant I recommend is Chiu Chow Garden, Causeway bay.The deep fried prawn dumpling, almost the best I could find in HK. The fillings of the dumplings are wonderful with diced tiger prawns, while minced prawns are used elsewhere.The chilli oil is full or aroma and pipping hot.The beef meatballs is also yummy but I would highly recommend the prawn dumplings. continue reading

來到潮江春,除左食點心之外,潮州菜當然也是必食的。。。。首先是點心。。。點心拼盆 $88 (菜苗餃,黑松露素餃,蝦餃,燒賣)最近d酒樓都紛紛出左尼類既拼盆,適合兩至三人食用,人少少但又想試多幾款點心,叫尼個拼盆就最好不過。點心味道整體不錯。馬拉糕👍🏻口感鬆軟,味道香甜,頗有雞蛋香味。雪山叉燒包👍🏻墨西哥包皮頗酥脆、香口,內裡的叉燒餡料份量剛好,熱辣辣食最岩。帶子腸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻腸粉嫩滑,內裡的帶子大大粒,好鮮甜。。。。食完點心跟著系潮菜登場。。。鹵水鵝翼配豆腐👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻來潮江春當然要食潮式鹵味啦,鹵水鵝翼非常入味,是一貫的水準,鵝翼下的豆腐吸左鹵水鵝翼的味道,非常好吃。黃花魚,逐條計 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻黃花魚的外皮炸得脆卜卜,內裡的肉則十分嫩滑鮮甜。糖醋麵 $98 (例牌)👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻煎得脆卜卜的麵,加上糖和醋,超好味!潮江春必食!!煎蠔餅 $58 (午市優惠) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻蠔肉很多,很鮮甜,而且是少有的不油膩。 continue reading
