唔知點解想坐得舒舒服服噤食潮洲野,都總係會諗到潮江春,唔通個名真係改得噤好今日同爸爸嚟到撑檯腳,新年過後都想食番清淡啲清一清腸胃,叫咗幾個家常小菜就等食喇呢兜咸菜都幾開胃嘅,夠酸又凍凍地!有咸菜、花生同木耳,仲有少少微辣添鵝片上檯喇,大大碟無失禮,色水夠,食落無想像噤濃味 淡淡鹵水味同鵝味,如果鵝味多啲就更好除咗皮位之外,鵝肉偏瘦, 唔會食到成口油但2個人食就覺得多,可能叫雙拼會好啲!期待感好高嘅椒鹽九肚魚到喇,CP值好高,平平地但又幾大碟上檯即食係會「辣」口嫁,炸得薄無翻炸,香鮮出爐都已經加分唔少!九肚魚一食啲肉係會好自然噤鬆開化開本身九肚魚都唔會好大條,但如果個魚身厚肉啲就仲好!呢個咸魚煎肉餅就真係跌一跌眼鏡喇,咸魚香奉,食落好「實」 因為係煎,我仲特登睇一睇個外表,一啲都唔香脆,失望係就係無油味,但同時無咩肉味,見到都食唔落喇叫咗幾道下飯嘅菜式,我都叫番個白粥送下先白粥係偏杰身,粥水較少,而且唔係太熱,真係比較似潮洲粥!嚟到呢道,點可以唔試下反沙芋條呢?之前其實未食過呢個甜品,所以唔知正唔正宗,但食食吓覺得幾得意,硬身嘅糖包住熱熱嘅芋條!本身唔鐘意太甜嘅我,預先將小部份嘅糖拆走,係就係新鮮,但就唔係噤啱我口味喇淨番個啲就交俾爸爸KO啦 continue reading

遲來的月餅評襯托出遲攞的月餅, 因此我要特地走到潮江春處攞月餅。路邊社透露今年美心的雙黃白蓮蓉, 若然揀選環保裝而非鐵盒裝, 可獲贈多一件流心奶黃月餅。  而我本著環保暨貪吃的念頭就換了盒環保裝, 當我從女侍應生手中接過月餅來時, 我慶幸自己選得正確。環保紙製作的月餅盒, 附手抽;逛街時, fing fing 下真過癮!「香港限定」加上「保證全部香港製造」--- 已經是信心加值得購買的認證。得到了多個「可生物分解」認證月餅盒的開關就是靠手抽旁的紙索條, 別小看它們 ... 把盒鎖得穩固。連內籠間隔都是用硬咭紙, 可是個別包裝的月餅要無可奈何地用塑膠袋盛著。隨手拿件月餅來開刀...就拿這件雙黃白蓮蓉月餅來評評, 兩隻鹹蛋黃一大一小, 鹹味不夠亦無漏油, 白蓮蓉沒有以往的幼滑, 油份少了亦削了。後來吃的那三件月餅, 幸而切開後蛋黃油都漏了出來, 沒有錯過! continue reading

星期日同屋企去飲茶~今日超好彩好快就有位,上次去要等幾十張枱T.T大約等咗15分鐘就有位了~環境裝修得幾靚~入到去首先放底咗碟前菜~都幾好食~辣辣地幾開胃鵝肉絲粉皮鵝味算幾濃,但唔夠凍,好油,可能係用鵝油去撈. . .所以好淡味,比較喜歡用麻油或麻醬. . . 可能因為唔想遮蓋咗鵝香所以整得好淡沙津明蝦角即叫即炸,黎到嗰時好熱,但都係勁多油,無(鯨)下d油先出黎. .不過炸得好鬆脆,蝦肉夠大,爽口彈牙,尚算不錯水晶包有豆沙同蓮溶餡,個皮比較比較韌. . .好彩唔算太甜~如果有奶黃餡就好了~Xo 醬羅白糕完全無xo醬味. . . 得美極味. . .羅白糕有少量羅白絲係入面,但口感較腍. . .唔洗講. . .都係好油. . .香麻流沙煎埋仔衣個無甘油~表面好廷同脆身~麻蓉不會太甜,可惜唔太流沙不過都幾好食~價錢比一般酒樓貴,雖然野食比較多款式,但質素比想像中差. . . 有點失望  continue reading
