我們來潮廳和它的前身港島廳已經超過15年了,每次來都是人頭湧湧,座無虛席。原因除了餐廳位置好之外,出品好也是主要原因之一。昨天我們7個人過來吃午餐,就點了幾個普通的菜。除了鹵水蛋掌翼來不及拍照外,其它菜都拍了。今天最值得一提的是墨魚丸煲,墨魚丸夠大夠彈牙之外又夠脆,不是一般廚師可以做得出來。富婆炒飯也很好吃,色香味俱全。最後的甜品反沙芋頭和反沙蕃薯也是正宗的潮汕做法,糖脆之外入口即溶,芋頭和蕃薯都極其新鮮和美味,在這裡我們必須給大廚波哥一個讚。 continue reading

跟同事黎皇九食潮州菜客飯。味道普通,正常,無特色。 係個湯唔錯。其他嘢好多中式潮州酒樓都有,味道亦差不多。我食過的和昌、金燕島、甚至乎長沙灣的梅花村也一定好過佢哋。食完飯牙,都未撩完,個朋友爭住請客,0.05秒衝咗出去搵部長埋單⋯⋯咁就瀨咗嘢。我朋友話當晚先覺得價錢太貴。打返電話問餐廳想攞返啲餸菜嘅價錢明細。但聽電話個位當然無理佢。唔知佢最後claim唔claim到呢一餐飯。 continue reading

從大門到內部的氛圍非常好;事實上,許多電影都是在這家餐廳拍攝的。魚翅湯非常出色,湯底濃郁,裡面有豐富的魚翅,讓你的嘴唇感覺黏黏的。雖然甜酸肉不是傳統的潮州菜,但展現了廚師的技藝。這道菜的擺盤非常美觀,肉是切片而不是切丁,這增添了獨特的風味。蔬菜保持脆口,你可以感覺到這道菜是「生炒骨」,因為肉的質地非常新鮮——顯然是現點現做的。我對這麼高檔的餐廳的點心並沒有太高的期望,但它超出了我的預期。餃子的皮和餡的比例恰到好處,味道平衡得很好。雖然我通常不吃魚,但我忍不住嘗試了幾塊特別誘人的魚,結果我很高興這樣做了——真的很好吃!另一方面,鵝腸有點令人失望;雖然質地很棒,但味道卻有些平淡。芋頭鵝對我來說稍微油膩,但比我在其他餐廳的經歷要好。至於芋頭炒飯,我不能公平地評價,因為我不喜歡芋頭。總的來說,這家餐廳提供了一個愉快的用餐體驗,幾道突出菜品使它值得一試! continue reading

Still impressive ☺️☺️I don’t think I would find a Chiu Chow restaurant with compatible ambience like Chiu Tang in HK. It has been a few years since last time I visited.I was impressed with the vibe and food selection on the brunch menu.To compare with my last visit few years ago, quality of tea and the pace of delivering food could be improved. That being said, the whole dining experience is enjoyable and relaxing. continue reading
