對潮悅一直有份情義結,於是約朋友到太子品嘗懷念很久的食物。🦀避風塘炒大肉蟹可是這裡較出名的菜式之一,大肉蟹炒至乾身,起初入口時不覺辣,但由於較為入味,越食越辣,幸好雖然辣,但沒有蓋過蟹肉原有的鮮味,而最欣賞的是加入大量炸蒜,更惹味。蟹蓋不只是大大個殼,內裡的肉尚算足,而且不會太過黏殼,稍舀匙就很容易吃到。🦑魷魚鬚炸物黎講d炸粉好薄,唔會食到成口粉,全部上枱仲係熱辣辣,岩岩炸好,Very good👍🐔碧綠川椒雞球,那股香濃的川椒味道, 紫蘇葉炸得輕盈薄脆, 嫩滑的雞肉跟雞皮黏附著炒香了的川椒絲, 味道與口感都是相當惹味不俗, 是伴飯的最佳選擇。🥬以新鮮既竹笙配蔬菜同其他素食配料烹調而成,竹笙既質感爽脆 蔬菜既鮮嫩。羅漢上素既醬汁為整道菜提供左豐富既風味,入口口感豐富,味道清新而美味🥰 continue reading

我哋先叫咗厚切叉燒皇,個樣好吸引,食落果然冇令人失望。叉燒肥瘦分佈均勻,脂肪入口即溶。加埋蜜汁,每一啖都係享受,令人回味無窮。過左一陣,避風塘肉蟹好快就上枱啦。睇到滿滿既炸蒜都已經流晒口水!蟹肉飽滿彈牙,緊緻爽甜,令人吮指回味!
潮州菜既靈魂:滷水!真心認為它既滷水味道做到好傳統,薄薄掌翼肥瘦適中,味道甘香醇厚,油香滿滿,質感軟腍,有入口即溶感覺。好滿足!最後既重頭戲:長腳蟹炒腸粉。平常都好鍾意食腸粉,長腳蟹幾乎係我去海鮮酒樓嘅必食既!猛火快炒出嚟嘅腸粉夠晒乾身,長腳蟹肉又夠嫩,仲有陣陣焦香,食到停唔到口! continue reading

平時就好鍾意食中式菜,之前聽朋友講呢度啲中菜都幾好食,於是今晚就過嚟試吓,果然冇失望上湯焗龍蝦伊麵底非常之濃郁,上湯帶出龍蝦嘅鮮味,而伊麵完全給盡晒精華,啖啖都係舌尖上嘅享受,另外龍蝦多肉又有咬口,食落好有質感,非常出色👍勁大碟飯,用肉鬆炒飯,超香!份量都好多,肉鬆勁多,味道重,正呀每粒米飯入味,但又唔會太咸,炒飯香又濃厚,超滿足😍😍乾煎蠔更加係好有驚喜,首先蠔非常之大隻,煎到唔會太乾身,食落彈牙又夠鮮甜,值得讚揚嘅係個豉油非常香,完全帶出蠔嘅鮮味,食到我舔舔脷😋蜂巢荔茸酥炸帶子,造型像鳥巢一樣嘅外皮炸得酥脆,裡面裹着滿滿嘅荔浦芋頭餡細膩柔滑,吃到最底層有一整片帶子肉。雖然係油炸嘅但完全唔會油膩,還有種綿密輕盈感小炒皇,呢度菜一上枱就已經覺得鑊氣十足!菜炒得好香,份量又多!入面夾雜各種餡料爆香再一齊炒,食到停唔到口餐廳環境闊落,坐得幾舒服,啱晒朋友聚會,非常唔錯👍 continue reading
