一直都想係IFC唐述既華麗裝潢下食返餐,今次終於試到佢既粵韻飄香週末早午餐。一個套餐包咗前菜,湯品,主食,多款任食特色點心及甜品,一次過滿足多個願望。前菜既魚香籽生醃蝦用滿滿既魚香籽包住生醃蝦,味道香得來蝦肉翼感覺到好新鮮。湯品杏汁肆菓湯嘅杏汁味唔會太濃,相對容易入口,每一啖都有滋潤嘅感覺。主菜簡左香辣胡椒龍蝦,口味非常適合鍾意食香口嘢嘅我,龍蝦肉香得來唔會太嚡口,胡椒味香,但同時唔會太辣特色點心同甜品選擇多,今次特意推薦幾款,大家可以留意玉帶小籠包,湯汁封住咗喺小籠包入邊,包皮薄唔容易爛,包內肉汁香甜,肉質亦都鮮滑!西班牙黑毛豬酥,用黑毛豬整嘅類似叉燒酥,外皮香脆,入邊嘅黑毛豬肉肉味濃郁,口感十足。椒鹽脆豆腐,外皮炸到金黃色脆卜卜,但入邊嘅豆腐仲係滑捋捋,配上香口椒鹽,令人食完一嚿再想食多嚿。香脆蝦多士,原隻蝦肉包喺脆卜卜嘅多士入邊,調味啱啱好,食完都唔會太利。XO醬炒腸粉,XO醬味唔會太鹹,配上炒到外皮有少少焦香嘅腸粉,非常惹味。如果食得麻辣嘅仲可以配佢哋嘅辣椒油嚟食,又有另外一款口感。貴妃玉露,用番石榴整嘅甜品,番石榴味香濃,配上甘露底嘅西米同柚子肉,非常充滿新意嘅甜品。即焗蛋撻,酥皮底真係非常鬆脆,入口一咬好似食咗千層酥咁,蛋撻餡蛋味香濃,再加上整個蛋撻都有強烈嘅牛油香,咬落去嗰刻成口都充滿香氣。脆炸蜜瓜奶配椰子雪糕,脆炸蜜瓜奶外皮香脆,好似我哋成日食嘅炸奶一樣,但係咬落去蜜瓜味非常之香濃。椰子雪糕配上花生,每一啖都係香滑嘅椰子味,再加埋香脆嘅花生味。係唐述食嘅呢個早午餐,除咗可以享受到佢多元化以及豐富嘅美食之外,環境亦都10分舒適現代裝潢再加上古色古香嘅用具,最緊要係員工嘅服務質素出色,令人有一種賓至如歸嘅感覺。Read More

上星期六我同朋友去咗中環嘅“唐述”,餐廳環境好優雅,我哋坐嘅位仲望到維港景色,感覺好chill。今次試咗佢哋嘅週末brunch,係任食套餐,有前菜、湯、主菜同甜品,之後仲可以任食點心同甜品。⭐魚香籽生醃蝦呢個前菜好有驚喜。蝦肉好新鮮,口感爽滑,用酒生醃過,味道幾特別,好開胃。⭐杏汁肆菓湯呢個湯真係好出色。杏汁味香濃,但飲落好清潤,仲有唔同嘅瓜粒,食落好有層次感。⭐香辣胡椒龍蝦主菜我揀咗龍蝦,龍蝦肉質彈牙,香辣胡椒汁夠濃郁,但又唔會蓋過龍蝦本身嘅鮮味,水準好高。⭐脆炸蜜瓜奶配椰子雪糕套餐跟嘅甜品好有創意,炸密瓜奶外層脆口,內餡軟滑,配埋冰凍嘅椰子雪糕一齊食,口感好豐富,味道亦都好夾。雪糕下面仲有層用竹蔗茅根整嘅果凍,令味道層次提升。呢度任食嘅點心同甜品有成十幾款可以揀,例如蝦餃、燒賣、脆炸金磚豆腐,仲有奶黃千層糕、薑汁糕同黑糖糍粑等等。雖然係任食,但食物嘅質素依然好高,完全唔馬虎。其中我最欣賞呢兩樣:⭐西班牙黑毛豬酥呢個酥外層整得好鬆化,內餡係黑毛豬叉燒,調味適中,食落香口又唔會油膩。⭐貴妃玉露呢個甜品都好特別,似楊枝甘露,但係用紅色嘅芭樂整,味道好清甜,食落好清新,唔會好漏。整體嚟講,呢度嘅食物同環境都好有水準,值得推介。雖然價錢唔算平,但有靚景同高質嘅食物,都係一次好特別嘅用餐體驗。Read More
