今晚去了西環一間中式餐廳食飯,餐廳位於大路的地鋪,隔離是一間酒店,所以人流不少。餐廳面積是長方型,中間用五盞大吊燈裝飾,兩旁是一排排的射燈,非常光明照亮。而枱以圓形為主,座椅都有椅套,相當整齊。我們點了:-特醬燒乳鴿廚師先塗了秘製醬汁在乳鴿然後再烤香,味道十分香且濃,店員建議原隻乳鴿上枱,不會令醬汁流失,同時也準備好用具包括剪刀和手套方便我們享用。-金絲五味軟殼蝦(3)鮮蝦裹上炸粉後放入油炸,令其鬆化及香脆,底下是炸香粉絲蒜粒和蔥爆炒,更加提升香味。-翡翠炒鮮斑球鮮斑塊走油後,再加入西芹一起炒香,鑊氣十足。-菊花五蛇羹蛇羹很香,內裡有蛇肉絲和木耳絲等,十分豐富,配菊花和脆脆一齊食,很有口感,相當好味。-戲棚龍蝦湯泡飯很特別的名,原來是用了海鮮熬煮粥,似潮州粥,很鮮甜。-椰汁紫米露最後送上紫米露甜品,質感和甜度適中。

同朋友行完街,試一試是這間西環這間出名的中菜餐廳,主打自家製懷舊菜式,由戴龍師傅主理,港式風味🔥上湯龍蝦伊麵新鮮龍蝦湯,香甜可口,再配搭伊麵同原隻龍蝦肉,即叫即做,份量十足,龍蝦啖啖肉,非常足料🔥脆蝦球香甜蝦球配搭蔬菜菠蘿紅椒青椒,好開胃🤤蝦好大隻,好新鮮!🔥燒腩仔香脆可口,半肥瘦燒腩仔,油脂適中,好吃🔥金銀蛋浸時蔬上湯雞蛋鹹蛋浸菠菜,中菜必點菜色這是兩個人晚餐吃不到太多,下次要試吓其他菜式

睇過食神嘅都見過戴龍師傅,原來佢主理嘅酒樓就喺西環,算係間街坊酒樓🥢叉燒拼腩仔💰$168去酒樓食好多人都必食叉燒、燒腩仔,今次我都試一試佢燒腩仔嗰皮燒到好脆,食落唔油,幾層五花肉口感,沾上芥末醬更好食叉燒尚算叫半肥瘦,切得薄身啲,都好夠味,燒得算香🥢燒乳鴿💰$48要咗一隻兩個人食,少少油就一定嘅,但有油香🦞上湯波士頓龍蝦伊麵💰$298 又係我最鍾意嘅龍蝦伊麵,賣相吸引,好多上湯,味道清淡唔鹹,龍蝦肉大粒🚩食神麗宮 (西環)📍西環西營盤德輔道西308號華大盛品酒店地舖
