To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友相約晚飯,選在家傳滬曉。雖然朋友推介它的北京填鴨,說每次跟家人來都會吃,但另一朋友對填鴨沒興趣,我們這次就沒試了!醉鴨舌,份量不多,鴨舌肉厚,帶淡淡酒香,味道不錯,惟索價$98/碟,價錢有點偏貴。彩椒醬燒年糕牛柳粒,年糕份量不多,牛柳粒份量還可,牛柳粒有咬口又不會太韌。整碟菜式都算夠味,但不及想像中的惹味。麻醬雞絲拌麵 ($72),朋友愛吃麵食而選這個。嚐了一些,麻醬的味道都是一般日式芝麻醬,不會難吃。雞絲份量足夠,麵條質感爽口,不會煮得糊糊的。砂鍋雲吞雞 (半隻),可選一隻或半隻。湯底鮮香,帶微微金華火腿鹹香。津白吸盡湯的精華,好甜很好吃!雲吞飽滿紮實,雞肉仍保持嫩滑~~小籠包,皮薄肉香,充滿湯汁,好吃!炸銀絲卷,熱焫焫的上桌,賣相金黃,入口酥脆又帶點Q軟口感,不會太油膩。蘸煉奶吃就更為香甜滋味!家傳滬曉的食品定價略高,茶錢也要$14/位,比起近似類型的上海菜餐廳,茶錢也很貴呢!! continue reading

以前住大埔的時候,家傳戶曉差唔多是我哋全家的食堂,因為地點方便,就在大埔中心一田附近,座位又舒適寛敝,又有午市套餐及有中式茶提供。不過搬走之後,今次已相隔三年再光顧,水準都能保持。今次我們一行8人為慶祝父親節而來,預早訂了馳名的北京填鴨,聽聞每枱客多數都會點,因為味道不錯亦有特色。皮脆肉嫩,薄餅又夠薄,配合青瓜、山渣條、大蒽同特製醬料,好好味。另外,我哋叫了蔥爆羊肉配薄餅、小籠包、小食雞絲粉皮、鴨舌。羊肉都夠淋同惹味,用中式薄餅夾好滋味,值得推介。小籠包都不差,皮薄餡靚。雞絲粉皮同鴨舌都算合格,不過就份量不多。蛋白瑤柱炒飯同炸銀絲卷就不過不失。飲品方面,有很多選擇,今次試咗話梅乳酸青檸、荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶同火龍果菠蘿蘆薈梳打,第二杯有半價優惠。我覺得最好飲就係荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶。最值得一提是其中一位侍應哥哥叫Andy非常專業有禮,值得一讚,因當日我小孩為小事發脾氣,但佢仍然耐心聆聽,又細心介紹每個菜式。 continue reading

每次去大埔,朋友問我食乜嘢,我都係話去家傳戶曉。來到6月15日的晚上又同老友敘舊,喜歡去這一間食店,食物可以啦,但貪呢度經理和侍應生服務好,尤其個女經理,晚上很多人等候時,佢都親力親為盡力處理客人入座同要求,當我們安排入座後,她很快為我們開茶和點菜,曾經看見一些無理取鬧的客人,他們都盡力解釋和協助,故此我都喺度寫一寫評論讚賞一下這一間食店的員工,最少本人來過幾次都沒有不愉快的經歷,而且食得很開心。 continue reading

話說一段時間冇食呢間餐廳印象中冇乜特別為咗屋企人方便再次光顧今次一定有印象舉手示意要一壺水侍應態度不耐煩囂張高姿態問返我(乜嘢呀)🤬🤬🤬🤬自己又唔行近啲聽有客人喺度仲喺度講其他客嘅壞話話啲客真係搞笑直行直過好似覺得自己一定已經有位咁如果有做好帶位招待,問清楚客人有位未客人就唔會需要自己入去揾位or揾人啦都明白到服務行業唔簡單但係要申要話啲客嘅時候,去返休息室,或者保證客人唔會聽到嘅地方先講啦 continue reading
