๑ Seared Fresh Tuna Slices -$105- pepper crusted w/ sesame dressing The portion was reasonable and the tuna slices were well-seasoned and tender. Yet the sesame dressing kinda ruined the dish with it being weirdly sweet.๑ Greek Style Stuffed Squid w/ Classic Pork Filling & Roasted Garlic (served w/ baguette)-$148The stuffed squid was served on a sizzling hot cast iron skillet. The squid was not chewy and was perfectly salted to my liking. The pork filling was flavourful but a bit overly greasy.Baguette was so stale and hard like a rock that I could not even break it apart with my teeth! ๑ Margherita (small 16cm) -$105- mozzarella & fresh basil This was the most disappointing pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was thick like an ordinary pita bread with no chewiness nor crispiness bought from the supermarket. The tomato sauce tasted like canned tomatoes and the basil was not fresh.

-China Bear-聽個名心諗咁中國味濃🤧但其實佢係西餐廳黎架，揀呢間餐廳貪佢近碼頭同埋坐海邊夠哂c伏同扮嘢，仲要免加一！我地係星期日去，都算多人食，但就未去到要排隊。見到有幾張吉枱，不過都係門口等咗一陣(但唔知等咩)。介紹下嘢食先，嗌咗3樣嘢，3個女仔share，份量唔算多，啱啱好夠飽。1.Greek style stuffed squid classic pork filling and roasted garlic $148呢道菜送上黎時勁香，不過食落又唔覺得超好食😂魷魚肉質唔韌呢樣抵讚，但個魷魚同埋入面釀個啲豬肉碎我略嫌覺得唔夠味，佢唔係淡，但就係爭咁啲鮮味🤧我覺得成道菜最好食係啲烤蒜同啲法包🤧2.Seafood linguine $158呢樣最好食，個汁好香濃，配海鮮同意粉都好夾。意粉硬度剛剛好👍🏻青口份量算好多，不過蝦就得兩隻🤣整體黎講呢個真係幾好食。3.Fish and chips $148一切開舊魚就散散地，味道都係普通炸魚，可以唔使食，冇特別。呢間餐廳主要食個景🤣如果想搵美食我覺得可以試下其他餐廳，我相信梅窩入面會有更好嘅選擇。

雖然....佢個名真係有啲恐怖🤣 客人外國人居多 staff都唔係香港人 對住個大海食嘢真係好超chill 魷魚肉碎筒 見好多人有點呢款 我都緊係試下啦 魷魚非常新鮮 彈牙爽口 我本身以為係用泰式嗰隻酸辣汁煮 點知佢係用有少少啤酒味道既汁料去煮肉碎 意外地好食 加埋佢焗過嘅蒜頭配多士 呢個菜值得推介 Bbq Ribs 份量好大份 好足料 薯條多到食唔曬味道好好 肉質仲好鮮嫩 一叉落去 骨同肉就分離曬 我真係好鍾意食😍牛扒調味剛好 肉質唔韌 厚薄適中 跟嘅薯角 炸得香脆唔油膩👍 呢間店性價比真係極高 去開梅窩我都一定會再食

⭕️短評：梅窩碼頭附近另一間高質西餐。果然，多外國人吃的西餐，總是信心保證。fushion風的魷魚釀豬肉碎做得很好，魷魚爽滑彈牙，配合混了泰式香料的豬肉碎吃，惹味之餘，口感亦更有層次。白油煮藍青口火候控制很好，大約是7成熟，保持了藍青口有如生蠔般的鮮嫩幻滑，同時也很入味，遠勝市區連鎖店Frites。兩道菜都是蘸包一流的，只可惜包卻做得不怎麼樣。Murphy就是Guinness以外另一款愛爾蘭最出名的黑啤，味道和滑溜度也相若。💵Budget: $200 pp (lunch) 📍 China Bear大嶼山梅窩銀運路3號梅窩中心地下
