前菜: 除了麻醬玉子豆付是我的喜好,最令我驚喜是似海哲,又似帶子裙邊的小食,加了一點似麻辣的秘製汁,很香佷特別! 非常開胃!

味增湯: 這個味增湯,裏面的蘑菇絕不吝嗇,入面的蘑菇令湯更鮮甜,繼前菜再次加分。

主食: 平時我是不太喜好鰻魚,因為有些餐廳煮出來的鰻魚會有種似鐵锈的味道。但這個真的是出乎意外地味道很好,面上用火槍燒過,增加了一份焦香的味道,沒有鐵锈味,而且魚比較厚身而且有汁,半條份量都不少,愛上了這個鰻魚,完全對鰻魚改觀,絕對推介及好評。

主食: 日式和風牛肉肉味濃郁,面上還加上香辣七味粉,提升了牛肉的味道。份量之多,一啖肉一啖飯,吃完了整碗飯都還有牛肉剩,真的很厲害!

最後埋單,餐廳是沒有加一服務費,$200有找吃到這個質素的定食,真的非常抵食!

這個送上的時候,真的令人充滿食慾,飯上全是滿滿的豬軟骨,還蓋有邪惡的芝士,而且這個也有被店員用火槍燒過表面,那個焦香感真的令人慾罷不能!豬軟骨經過長時間的燉煮,已經變得軟爛,不用吹灰之力就可以挾開豬軟骨,而豬軟骨本身的油脂更是已經入口即熔的感覺,滿口都豬肉的香味!這個用作拌飯真的是一流!不過就可能會有人會感到比較油膩,但店員也有提供醃蘿蔔,醃薑和煎茶,更好地幫你解膩!

這個可以說是日本料理的家常小菜,每一份都加入了大量雞蛋和高湯,所以你既能吃到雞蛋的香味,也能吃到一絲絲的甜味,再配上醬汁,木魚碎和紫菜,為玉子燒增加了不同的味道和口感,值得一試!

今日難得放假,同朋友喺朗屏行完,搵到間日式小店入去試吓個lunch,入到去座位唔多,好彩我哋係平日兩點嘅時間所以唔駛等好耐,職員都好有禮貌!Menu可以揀嘅款都唔少,我就揀咗一個蒲燒鰻魚定食平日食真係好抵,另外佢哋都有假日午市定食,佢係好食嘅鰻魚燒得來外面有少少脆肉質好厚,佢呢個係半條,但係其實都好夠。我幾鍾意佢個湯,味增湯但放左唔少冬菇🙆🏻‍♀️仲有驚喜嘅位就係個飯,佢有得揀轉貓飯、茶漬飯或者烏冬不過我冇特別加我朋友食另外一個定食就試咗貓飯都幾特別(佢係有埋紫菜木魚花日本醬油同牛油)但係我食普通珍珠米嘅飯佢都煮得好好。一個定食我覺得飯係最重要呢個位我覺得高分❤️地鐵站行過嚟又方便我諗我都會好快再嚟🙆🏻‍♀️😊

平日食真係好抵,另外佢哋都有假日午市定食,
佢係好食嘅鰻魚燒得來外面有少少脆肉質好厚,
佢呢個係半條,但係其實都好夠。
我幾鍾意佢個湯,
味增湯但放左唔少冬菇🙆🏻‍♀️
仲有驚喜嘅位就係個飯,
佢有得揀轉貓飯、茶漬飯或者烏冬不過我冇特別加
我朋友食另外一個定食就試咗貓飯都幾特別
(佢係有埋紫菜木魚花日本醬油同牛油)
但係我食普通珍珠米嘅飯佢都煮得好好。
一個定食我覺得飯係最重要呢個位我覺得高分❤️

地鐵站行過嚟又方便我諗我都會好快再嚟🙆🏻‍♀️😊

好耐無黎稚到食啦,是日咁啱過黎呢邊,順便食個午餐先。無黎一排,餐牌無乜轉喎,價錢比起舊年都係加左兩蚊咋。點左招牌蒲燒鰻魚定食,再轉左做貓飯。飲啖麵豉湯先,鹹鹹鮮鮮幾好味,入面仲有菇菇㗎。午市定食鰻魚有半條,賣相幾靚。鰻魚厚身好肥美,個皮煙煙韌韌有咬口,加上甜醬汁好味呀。係貓飯呀~加十蚊就可以轉食啦。飯入面加左紫菜,木魚,醬油同牛油,混埋一齊好好味,就算無餸都可以食到幾碗!仲有個前菜小青瓜,鹹鹹地仲有小小辣味幾得意㗎。最後飲埋杯茶夠完美。晏少少去人唔多,可以慢慢嘆個午餐。
