The price point of Chifa’s dumplings was set much higher than some of the city’s premium restaurants.That means there’s is much room for Chifa to set itself apart and become more of a one of a kind restaurant.

It’s my first to this lovely dumpling house.As a Chinese I wonder what is it really good about when my bf told me that he had a lovely and satisfied lunch there.So it happened we have a friend visiting hk for just a day , so there we are , and dumpling experience for all of us.What I have to say everything is wonderful ,The interior design , the atmosphere and ofcox the food ! We ordered only few dishes and what is pleased about ? The OM knew we are knew to the restaurant so he made the decision

It’s my first to this lovely dumpling house.
As a Chinese I wonder what is it really good about when my bf told me that he had a lovely and satisfied lunch there.

So it happened we have a friend visiting hk for just a day , so there we are , and dumpling experience for all of us.

What I have to say everything is wonderful ,
The interior design , the atmosphere and ofcox the food !

We ordered only few dishes and what is pleased about ? The OM knew we are knew to the restaurant so he made the decision to add on few other dishes which was worth to tried !

I admitted that I have a thing on sth cute and pretty, don’t you think this is so pretty and cute !!! And it taste lovely , especially the skin of this dumpling.

 okay I don’t really know most of the dish name , this is another dish ordered by the manager, another cute dish but with a twist of curry flavour in there which surprise me . I mean at the end it is a Peruvian dumpling house so I assume that is the kind of style , but it just special for me !

 last but not least ! My favorite dish - suckling pig ! The crispy of the skin ! The taste of the meat and a bit of acidic of the sauce , what a perfect combination .

Besides I ordered a signature cocktail called “A trip to home” - a light cocktail drink with rum as I remember , match the whole meal perfectly.

The only dish I am not really into is the wonton in a soup which is not really a soup as the wonton kind of already suck all the soup and the ingredient inside the wonton is kind of potato mash or sth like that .. I just don’t think the whole dish match ..

But well , nothing is perfect , my night in this lovely dumpling house was so satisfied .

四款前菜點心賣相精緻，味道OK！不過主食就樣樣味道差唔多，炒粉麵飯我都係較喜歡傳統酒樓風味！唯一覺得新鮮嘅係佢個炒麵以蘋果入饌，混落竟然幾夾。

    Pirata Group既餐廳向來質素不錯早前經過蘇豪見到新店裝修中就幾期待而且竟然係中菜新屎坑三日香既香港人如我就梗係要試試啦Chifa取「吃飯」普通話諧音主打dumplings環境modern簡潔、唔係中式「天圓地方」裝潢開放式廚房可以見到點心師傳製作點心過程最後我同友人揀左$168 set包1碗雲吞連湯、1籠點心、1個main、1個甜品/咖啡以呢個集團黎講價錢確實係意想不到地親民雲吞幾彈牙  略嫌味精重手左少少餡料以豬肉為主  蝦肉好細粒點心揀左小籠包同埋crystal dumplings咬開小籠包個頂、啜一啜肉汁唔多配襯既浙醋味淡  起不了提鮮既作用個皮只係放左一陣就乾乾硬硬的一般般素餃就係雜菌mixture蔬菜水份太多  咬落鬆散main course嗌左個海鮮炒飯& beef lo mein noodles － 即係牛肉撈麵啦炒飯幾有驚喜有d炸蒜混合其中  令到口感層次提升不過油感較重  好快會膩撈麵上菜時第一感覺係茶記豉油王炒麵但呢個實在係天大既誤會因為食得出冇鑊氣冇爆炒過真係普通鐵板炒麵既麵底加豉油撈勻而成牛肉係鮮牛肉  亦係失色之處茶記豉油王炒麵好食係因為佢係用滑牛而

    但呢個實在係天大既誤會
    因為食得出冇鑊氣冇爆炒過
    真係普通鐵板炒麵既麵底加豉油撈勻而成
    牛肉係鮮牛肉  亦係失色之處

    茶記豉油王炒麵好食係因為佢係用滑牛
    而家用鮮牛肉就會太鞋口、豉油又掩蓋本身牛味
    不推介～

    整體而言   少少失望
    以為係fusion中菜點知出到黎真係純中菜
    點心餡料冇任何twist
    咁點解唔直接去飲茶

    不過  中環蘇豪得體少少既lunch都過$200
    而家$168加一  仲要食得好飽   都算係咁
    應該會encore試下佢其他野食

    Overall the dumplings are good- lots of unique flavours to try. Recommend trying more dumplings as the other dishes are so so. Their ceviche only had one piece of fish in it and more octopus, which is my main issue and hence why I am writing this...Really it’s just meh
