「大熱天的吃雞煲,你可以嗎?」在30幾度的秋天,漁夫竟然提議去吃雞煲,這可不像怕熱怕得要命的他啊!「以香港的冷氣還有冰凍的啤酒,怕什麼?」既然你都不怕,那我還怕什麼?加上美食當前,我哪有拒絕的道理,不過我還是會留有幾分矜持。「隨便你吧!」我可沒有說我很想去喔!又來了這個我們吃雞煲的老地方,雖然這裏的價位不便宜,但只要說吃雞煲我們便會來這裏。「這雞煲真是我在香港吃過最好吃的!」每次漁夫吃前吃後都會說這一句。我嚐過的雞煲沒有他來的多,不過只要知道這家對我的胃就夠了!「這次我們要什麼辣度?」上次的BB辣好像有點似有若無。「小辣吧!」漁夫提議,接著便對著老闆娘說:「來半隻雞煲,加大腸,小辣!」雞煲很快便上桌,但還要等個十至二十分鐘。這二十分鐘可真叫人難受,那香味撲鼻而來,能看不能吃,口水都快流到桌上了。「滾起了!」我快手的拌一拌,立即挑了一件雞腿肉來吃。一段時間沒吃,真的差點忘了它的美味,「果然真的好吃得要命呢!」那味道香濃卻不過咸,帶點香辣,加上剛剛好的洋蔥等的香氣,惹味得很! 雞肉也不會軟爛或乾柴,吸飽了醬汁的味道,非常好吃! 我也極愛吃裡面的洋蔥和香菜,爆香過的洋蔥配上那醬汁可口極了。每次我們也不忘加大腸,$48的大腸給得不少,再煮過的大腸一點都不硬,軟嫩又入味,下酒一流呢!雞件吃得差不多了,醬汁也越煮越濃,也越來越辣,漁夫便招招手,「麻煩加點湯!」要開始下一回合了!這次因為只有一個漁夫跟我吃,已經吃了半隻雞和大腸,我們就不點太多的火鍋料,只挑了幾樣重點項目-現炸響鈴和午餐肉來吃。來這裡最不能少的就是響鈴,有時候三個人來還會點兩客呢!「還好有八件,還能每人四件!」為了公平起見,我當然要先數一數免得吃虧! 這可是我的主菜啊! 本身響鈴的吸汁力和雞煲香濃的湯汁已經非常誘人,加上這裡的響鈴是新鮮現炸,快手的泡一下濃郁的湯汁,大口咬下,它依然鬆化又香脆! 這可差不多是我吃過最優秀的響鈴呢! 雖然一點都不便宜,但還是叫人點得心甘情願。另外午餐肉也是我們吃雞煲不可或缺的一項,平常喜歡吃煎香的午餐肉,但這樣把午餐肉加在雞煲裡不知道為什麼就是搭得很。午餐肉本來是平價食物,可在這邊吃可就一點都不平價了,八小片已經要幾十塊錢,拼起來可能才差不多等於兩片正常大小的餐肉,不過出外吃就是不能計較太多了,要是沒了它總覺得不對味。最後漁夫總要加一樣粉麵來填飽肚子,他問我要出前一丁還是粉絲,兩種都是不錯的選擇。「你喜歡吧!」反正主要吃的人是他。「那出前一丁吧!」他突然很快便選好,「粉絲要$15,丁麵竟然$10,當然是出前一丁來得划算!」粉麵來的時候我已經飽得差不多了,本來對粉麵也沒什麼興趣,可看到丁麵掛上誘人的醬汁,又忍不住吃了好幾口。最後結帳是$428,漁夫見沒小鈔就留下$20作貼士,那年輕的伙計頓時不知如何是好,要收不收的,漁夫卻自顧自的離開了。「你嚇倒人了!」我笑說。「是那小子傻而已! 難道留下$2這麼寒酸嗎?」他理直氣壯,不過這樣一來店家高興,我們又當了可愛的客人,也沒什麼不好的 continue reading

麻麻地並不是指麻辣雞煲的麻,是指食物普普通通,雞算是滑但價錢唔平,性價比低。地方細不是問題,座位擠迫是大問題,裝修麻麻,用gas爐。去洗手間的通道就像大排檔。服務態度差。麻麻的平民街邊大排檔質素,中檔收費。 continue reading

My fiancé wanted hotpot so I picked this place for our Friday Date Night. The hotpot is to die for! Made reservations the same day and we pretty much did not need to wait once we got there at 8:30pm. The Chicken Pot was really good! My fiancé and I were very impressed with the quality and the taste of this dish! The best side dishes we had were the hand-cut beef and the fatty beef! For vegetables, we ordered lettuce and nnoki mushrooms. Turned out that all these vegetables soaked up the soup and it was so good when it was cooked. Too bad they don't have their menu in English. continue reading

和班朋友聚會諗住試下新嘢,呢間胡椒豬肚雞👍🏻,火鍋材料新鮮😍😍!但最可惜係服務質素差😤,入坐後已落胡椒豬肚雞煲order、其後我和朋友先至再落火鍋配料,點知火鍋配料全部到齊哂,唯獨雞煲仲未到,要摧單四、五次才到,啲火鍋材料由新鮮擺到唔新鮮!😤😤😤 continue reading
