To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘢㩒openrice外賣自取落order從來不接單，試過幾次都係咁，冇一次成功。就算平台有優惠都冇用，根本唔收order。但係落去門市嗰度又冇乜客。啲職員好得閒，點睇都唔似忙到接唔切單。有單都唔接，真係大牌。既然你都存心唔接openrice網上order，就唔好擺個9折餐喺度。等嚟等去乜都冇，只有一肚子氣。間鋪又細，啲座位又少又窄，環境唔係咁適合一家大細堂食，照計應該主力做外賣，但係連基本網上落order都唔做。咁㗎服務水準，實在說不上滿意。

見有很多分店，感覺應該不差吧，所以立即透過外賣app叫來試一試。分別叫了原隻烤雞，烤雜菜，雞油飯，牛油粟米及水蜜桃冰茶不幸的是，外賣來到後才知道沒冇了主菜的燒雞…說售罄了…原來是沒有雞賣但不通知而照出其他東西，最終我們需要另外再叫其他真的有燒雞賣的餐廳填肚……如要幫襯這餐廳，請緊記打去舖頭確認有才好落單哦～回主題，這餐廳的食物質素：原隻燒雞：下午4時半的訂單，5點半送到，已售完不通知，無法評論食物質素烤雜菜：蒜蓉味濃，菜烤得很乾而且份量少雞油飯：正常發揮牛油粟米：粟米爽口似罐頭粟米，有牛油味水蜜桃冰茶：一個字……甜總結：個人覺得食物質素一般，切合普通連鎖餐廳水平。服務方面劣評，為求客人不取消其他食物訂單而不通知售罄，不老實……

海怡半島工作，為求方便， 選擇呢間餐廳。 食過幾次， 食物味道完全冇問題。但數次體驗 員工態度都有要改善之處， 去買一個餐，已表明加錢要無糖茶。 但員工反應係咩無糖呀？甚至將我所叫的餐 刪走再重打單， 自問聲量唔算太細， 但都好清晰表達到自己想要咩， 換黎呢個態度，有點兒不適合， 最後嬲嬲地把錢大力放枱上 以此表示不滿， 員工竟做番相同行為⋯冇話可說， 我唔否認我聲線可能編細，令員工未能聽到要咩食物， 但並唔表示我要受呢啲對待！

開業數月 一直很喜歡這個雞factory吃起來入味 雞肉不老 嫩滑多汁。通常放進烤箱，烤一烤夾法包，或者帶飯上班公司吃。Meat is tender, highly recommended $48 很划算！
