午餐來吃的,食物味道挺不錯。海南雞飯,雞的肉質嫩滑,油飯也很香。豬頸肉加雞翼的湯金邊粉。豬頸肉燒的很香,有肉汁不會乾。湯金邊粉的湯底味道剛好,不會太重味精味。飲品的選擇太多食客都會飲咸檸七或者椰子冰。 continue reading

呢間排賽意外地平靚正星期六去咗長洲玩,晚餐唔想食海鮮,所以就睇下有冇泰菜可以食。沿住碼頭嗰條路行,見到一間泰菜,就望下佢個餐牌,價錢都非常合理。 當時只係六點鐘已經有一兩枱客,我諗應該ok嘅,就畀個機會佢啦 !入到去過多陣,客人陸續入黎,都差唔多坐滿咗成間餐廳啦。幫襯嘅有三四台似乎都係當地人。當地人會返轉頭食嘅,應該唔差得去邊既! 我哋叫咗套餐。套餐有冬陰功湯、蝦醬炒飯 、生菜包、芒果卷。 都係二百七十蚊!我覺得都算抵食!咁多款送入面,令我印象最深刻既係冬陰功湯。 佢落咗好多好多嘅香料, 同埋好多嘅餸又蝦又青口。 成個湯飲落好甜但感覺又唔係落得太多味精。我非常之鍾意呢碗湯!第二要推介嘅係佢嘅蝦醬炒飯。 個蝦醬炒飯有蝦醬味之餘, 仲落咗好多菜粒去住。食落好味之餘又有豐富嘅口感。 係我第二鍾意生菜包其實都係好食嘅只不過對於本身唔食辣嘅我嚟講有啲辣 呢個二人套餐其實夠三個人食,人少就唔好叫呢個餐啦下次如果再去,我會想試下散叫嘅嘢食。例如串燒呀、芝士焗扇貝呀等等,我見隔離枱都食得津津有味! continue reading

係繁華既市區生活得太耐,就算得兩日假期,都想遠離下城市既喧囂,享受短暫既寧靜,我地一致認同,不遠既長州島是最好既去處。因為喜歡泰國菜,就算黎到長州,都要食。哈哈😄食泰國菜點可以少左肉碎生菜包。正常好食。生菜一睇就知好新鮮。D肉碎炒得夠香。個炒飯一上臺就知中伏,因為唔明點解個海鮮炒飯會有番茄🍅,而且口感偏濕。無鑊氣。雖然有八爪魚,蝦仁,蝦米等海鮮但卻無咩鮮味。個豬頸肉份量好多,雖然燒得偏干。但有個汁點下都ok。薄餅都幾香口,配上咖哩一定好正。不過不失既一餐,不會影響快樂度假既心情。 continue reading

長洲有幾間泰國嘢,今次就幫襯咗呢間清邁. Lunch有set餐, 48蚊免加一,送埋嘢飲,好抵食. 海南雞,係好食嘅,雖然無三隻醬汁揀,但雞夠嫩夠滑,但量就唔算多,要慳住食🤣!飯係雞油飯,好香,配埋d雞係一流. 炒金邊粉,好大份量,味道ok,甜甜的,但食到最尾有d油. 餐飲都多選擇,有椰汁冰,珍多冰,龍眼水,鹹檸七等等,全部跟餐免費,唔洗計住計住. 價錢適中,嘢食ok,位置都算方便,去長洲諗唔到食咩可以試吓黎間. continue reading

趁長假期未開始,和朋友入來長洲住兩天。在小島走了兩個圈,見這間泰菜的 menu 有蝦醬炒飯,我們就決定今晚來吃晚飯。-晚巿 5:30PM 開始,我們準時來到門口,但侍應說未開始;然後問我們有沒有訂位,她說已訂滿了。如果我們沒有預訂,要 8:00PM 才有枱。-我心想:「這麼受歡迎?今天才星期五!」-唯有下次才試,結果我們去了另一間泰菜。18:48PM 吃飽飽,沿途回去經過這間「清邁」,我們目定口呆了,全間餐廳..... 只有一張枱!-說好的 「8:00PM 才有枱」是什麼一回事?-如果因為 5:30 太早,廚房未準備好,老實說就好了,不用吹牛來推客的,不好看。 continue reading
