今日係灣仔行街離遠見到門口圍住一班人,之後同老公行去見到係早前米芝蓮餐廳名單之一既生煎包,初頭仲以為要排隊,後來見到入面全部都係企位,而且仲有好多位,只係啲遊客係門外食。見入面有位緊係去食啦>< 本來一心諗住食個招牌生煎包,但見到佢有個粉麵set 都幾抵,而且仲要有我中意食既酸辣湯,所以就叫咗個酸辣湯粉絲加2隻招牌生煎包加咖啡啦!個酸辣湯睇落平平無奇,又冇咩辣椒,但食落係既酸又帶點辣,以呢個價錢黎講,啲配料算合理吧,到主角了- 招牌生煎包,一咬第一啖,流咗一半湯係個碟到,個包皮做得夠薄,肉質都尚算鮮。雖然呢到既店員態度一般,但呢到係自助形式,所以都唔洗太高要求,反正又冇收加一服務費。總結係間中都可以encore 下 continue reading

試吃了一下所謂經典款。可惜了,為了提鮮,餡料裡似乎夾雜了一點點午餐肉或火腿肉,反而蓋住了豬肉經湯汁煎過後應有的美味。店家需要對自家餡料多點自信,可惜了。總結:已經很努力了,70分,在香港能做到這個程度已屬不易,但與上海小楊生煎或大壺春的登峰造極尚有不小差距。 continue reading

店名: 祥興記上海生煎包地址: 灣仔譚臣道76號地舖灣仔站A3出口,行1分鐘環境: 4/5價錢:4/5味道: 4.5/5呢間生煎包係唔同地去都有,今次lunch time有少少餓,但又去到可以食得落一個餐,就叫左黎食😗招牌生煎包4隻 $346隻 $50佢雖然有堂食,但其實都係企位,大家堂食就要辛苦少少了😕🤨佢生煎包食落口仲係熱嘅,入面有好多肉汁,完全feel到個口比肉汁包住左嘅感覺🤩🤩大家可以選擇先咬開少少,飲左少少入面嘅肉汁先咁樣之後食就無咁熱了🤣🙈佢旁邊有醋同其他調味料可以加,大家可以按翻自己喜好,我自己就覺得原味已經好好食~😍 continue reading

之前都幫襯過幾次,佢啲生煎包係幾好味,不過有時唔想食咁多肉,中午唔係好肚餓,就會想落嚟買碗湯粉絲。見佢有一款老上海雙檔粉絲湯,其實睇個名根本唔知佢係乜,試過就覺得都幾好味,啲粉絲算係幼滑,不過份量真係唔夠食午餐,可以加錢配埋生煎包。所謂雙檔,上網睇叫做百頁包和有肉餡嘅麵筋,其實我覺得幾好味,同埋唔係成日見到有得食。見大家都批評佢哋嘅服務態度,我未比佢哋鬧過,不過又真係從來冇見過啲員工有笑容。同埋呢間好似只收現金。 continue reading
