吃飯時間未到,朋友說有一間很好吃的生煎包,說比我們在上海吃的還好吃,就馬上去試一試!雖然已經是食飯時間,但還是有不少食客排隊,店外有幾個企位都不斷有人在,我們只能企在一旁吃~2個人share 了一份,招牌(也就是原味)和黑松露各2粒!打開才發現其實根本不能從外表分辨2種味道🤷🏻‍♀️我們也是靠估的每人2粒,好彩大家都食到2粒不同的味道~黑松露的真的很香!朋友咬下去的一剎已嗅得到松露香!湯汁很熱很多,喝了3口都還有湯在包裡面!相比之下招牌就顯得很普通了~就是普通的生煎包喇~價錢方面,黑松露的單價其實要HK$15/pc! 招牌的也要HK$7.5/pc~偶爾吃一下就算了~ continue reading

冷鋒襲港,多天不散,越來越凍。天寒地凍,最好吃點熱食來暖肚。夜了下班,不想吃太多,加上年近歲晚,四處都人頭湧湧,只想快點吃完快點回家鑽被窩。嚴格來說,祥興記沒有堂食,只能說是在店外有少少位置,讓你放著食物盒來站著吃。他們的生煎包是新鮮包製的。女工們默默的在包,煎的時候,餃子的封口位向下,煎得金黃香脆。每天限量供應,這晚我來的時候已差不多到要關店的時候間,職員都已經開始收拾廚房,只餘招牌生煎包,其他味道都已賣光了。雖然要立食,但只不過是吃幾粒生煎包,需時不多,最重要是皮厚薄適中,包內肉汁豐盈,咬一小口包皮,啜一口溫熱的肉汁,是冬日的幸福滋味,足以彌補站著吃的累。 continue reading

見難得唔多人等就走去試下$30/4粒生煎包,價錢尚可。一口咬入去,真係好多汁好豐富,肉都幾多,皮亦香脆,唔會太厚 。份量夠, 食完四粒都好飽下!唯獨湯汁太咸太重口味,食完勁口喝!輕手啲好嗎?味精會好好多!第一口吞已經覺咸得誇張!啲湯咁重手,食左咩肉都唔知,完全食唔到乜嘢肉汁,招牌仲話SELL 鮮味,完全食唔出味,除咗味精如果只係叫生煎包,這個質素合格。如果叫米芝蓮,就真係名過其實!生煎包皮重要,湯多重要,但味道先係主打!一試可以 continue reading

我特別鍾意食上海野,特別係生煎包同小籠包,所以成日都會搵好食嘅生煎包同小籠包,而祥興記咁出名嘅生煎包當然要試一下今次我叫咗4隻必食嘅招牌生煎包(32蚊)+2隻黑松露生煎包(15蚊/隻,兩隻起)招牌一咬落去熱辣辣,爆曬汁,而且皮好薄同埋剪得好脆口,建議小心d食,先試真d湯嘅香味,如果唔係真係熱到個嘴。而餡料方面,都幾多肉,而咬落唔會死實而黑松露生煎包真係十分值得推介,d肉汁勁重黑松露味,雖然價錢貴咗d,不過真心值得食,兩隻岩岩好佢除左生煎包之外仲有其他小食,下次一定會再去試埋佢ps:本身以為係有得堂食,點知去到原黎係外賣/立食 continue reading
