香港第一蛋撻。最少,”祥興咖啡室”一定係香港島第一蛋撻。冇辦法,又格攝又排隊又懷舊,已經加分(?),加上啱啱出爐嘅超熱蛋香同唔算油膩嘅酥皮,第一當之無愧。菠蘿油,同樣強勢得誇張,又熱又脆兼帶椰子味嘅菠蘿皮,難怪同時入選最強菠蘿油名單。不過,三點幾就乜都冇,要食襯早。 continue reading

11:20am 去到,原來11:00am 已無早餐食,食午飯又好似有些早,望想望去枱上個餐牌,心大心細,又見到掛在牆上個午餐餐牌,終於我朋友點了一個午餐,而我自己便叫了一個牛肉蛋蕃茄湯通粉。因為是套餐,有包一杯飲品。我朋友點了籠仔銀魚蒸肉餅飯。上枱時,望落去非常吸引,食落去都非常好味。食完後,離開後,便知道大鑊,一定落了很多味精,因為非常口渴!!!出名的茶餐廳,可能應該食蛋撻,菠蘿包,飲杯嘢可能好些。不過久不久去一次,也應該試試。 continue reading

有時行過,見舖面古色古香,但這次第一次幫襯堂食,下午茶菠蘿油一試難忘! 這菠蘿油熱、脆,皮的口感穌而不硬,比起其他菠蘿油,包質地較輕和軟,和面皮好夾,不會像其他菠蘿包一樣有吃完面皮剩包不想吃的情況; 牛油夠厚夠冰,和包成對比; 奶茶太濃可能這就是地道茶餐廳味道吧; 裝修極古典,保留了傳統牆磚吊扇卡位,十分喜歡,相信木門和銅把手都用了很多年; 這個食物和環境和地點來說,算是不貴,會再幫襯 continue reading

呢間屹立咗超過半世紀嘅茶餐廳一直都有唔少捧場客,當中不乏明星藝人,嗰日正值下午茶時段,我就叫咗個肥豬餐肉煎蛋菠蘿包外賣($28)🤩一攞出嚟真係忍唔住”嘩”出嚟,見到啲蛋汁咁樣漏出嚟、加埋菠蘿皮嘅金黃色,即刻流曬口水🤤咬落去仲正,餐肉面頭煎到脆脆地,菠蘿包有陣陣豬油香,仲有蛋黃汁,三者加埋真係無得頂👍🏻雖然餐肉唔算好厚,但每個部分都做足,所以食落真係好滿足,就算幾肥幾唔健康都值得🤣 continue reading

印象中我了解這間茶餐廳,以前都是真正舊式的茶餐廳,不過現在經過 翻新,已經是新式的茶餐廳。以前要找一間好味的雞尾包唔係咁難,可能普通自己有焗爐的茶餐廳都可以走到,例如長沙灣新華或大埔墟的,不過現在要找美味的雞尾包,就不算太容易的據聞它的雞尾包非常出色,妻子這次買了外賣回來給我。看看這個雞尾包,外表不算太大個,不過上邊夠脆皮,底下的麵包亦都夠厚身,中間的餡料充滿大量椰絲餡,味道亦都不算太甜,比起美心西餅那種軟弱的雞尾包,似乎這個硬橋硬馬的脆香雞尾包更加出色。 continue reading
