剛好和朋友有事做而來到荔枝角這邊一處我很少會前往的地區於是就來著名的程班長吃一頓晚餐~置於工廈裡的程班長並沒什麼特色裝潢是很草根式的飯堂樣貌~所以座位算不上舒適好坐,較為擠擁有著一種速食的感覺!兩位朋友分別選了紅燒牛肉麵及紅燒半筋半肉麵我就要了手工滷肉飯~另外點了些小吃,有紅油抄手﹑豆乳雞及蚵仔煎我們三個都是喝冬瓜茶丫~手工滷肉飯,明顯的半肥瘦的滷肉配滷蛋還有青瓜滷肉質感夠軟稔,但份量不算多,而且不夠甘香滷肉汁的份量及濃度尚可,仍夠撈一碗飯吃!朋友說她的紅燒半筋半肉麵,牛肉牛筋都夠入味牛筋稔滑得來又帶點咬口!豆乳雞,$32的價錢,但份量偏少炸得夠香脆,脆漿不會太厚內裡的雞肉夠嫩滑還帶有肉汁!面層撒上鹹香的味粉,夠惹味~~~紅油抄手,有10粒,size不算大,剛好是一口的份量肉餡不算多,皮的厚度尚可微微的辣,配上略香甜的醬汁,味道不錯~蚵仔煎,蛋香不太明顯蚵仔szie都算大隻但量不多質感軟稔煙韌,餅底配有生菜沾醬汁吃的味道夠滋味!冬瓜茶,沒加冰的凍冬瓜茶,夠原汁原味,味道夠濃甜度剛剛好,不會過甜~~~總的來說,小食的味道挺好朋友都說她們的牛肉麵好吃~就只有我覺得滷肉飯較為一般所以尚能給予一個笑臉啊~~~ continue reading

我很喜歡吃蚵仔煎,但是在香港總是找不到正宗的蚵仔煎。沒期望下終於在程班長吃到正宗的蚵仔煎了好感動 😭在香港已經不是很多店有蚵仔煎點,就算去台灣店點蚵仔煎,要不給你一個炸蠔餅⋯ 要不給你一個蛋餅,就算弄的出來也是超級難吃,口感做得很差,醬汁味道也是完全兩回事。這裏的蚵仔煎跟在台灣吃的沒兩樣:🤤 蚵仔夠大邊脆中間煙un感十足🤤 整個蚵仔煎分布平均煎得好靚🤤 酱汁够多跟足台湾😎 堂食再外带四个无难度 continue reading

去過台灣,就一定會想念台灣的美食,今次終於可以同朋友黎食荔枝角既程班長,不用等太久就有位置坐,這間餐廳採用全自助形式,點好菜付款後,等上菜就可以了蚵仔煎$36搭配上濃稠剛好的粉漿煎香加上又大又肥的蚵仔,成品酥香薄脆,淋上咸甜中帶著微辣的醬汁,入口清爽,不禁令人口水直流牛肉卷餅$35皮薄裏面鋪上滷的入味帶點筋的牛腱,最後捲上整根青蔥,大口大口食,非常過癮紅燒半筋半肉牛肉麵$55又嫩又軟的牛筋加上好有咬口的牛肉,配上煙韌的麵條,再飲一口辛香又帶肉香的惹味濃湯,滋味踏實紅油抄手$33抄手似餛飩,皮薄而且潤滑,相對餛飩就比較小一些,包住滿滿的豬肉,配上微辣的醬汁,十分好食肉燥飯$28滷好的肉燥加上少許油,雖然做不到入口即化,但味道都香口跟餐配山粉圓$10可以食到一粒粒的山粉圓,冰冰涼涼的很好飲 continue reading

朋友係荔枝角返工,就佢放工食飯就揀返係個邊~佢問我試唔試程班長,其實好耐之前已聽人介紹過,所以二話不說就答好!我地6點45左右上去,即刻有位唔洗排~依到係先坐低睇餐牌再出去比錢,餐具都係自助拎~我地點左豬耳,甜不辣,豆腐,餃子同干拌麵~等左一陣好快就有得食!係真正台灣既味道!台灣人開店,店員都係台灣人。真係好似去左台灣食野咁~價錢都算係正常~不過地方就有少少細,同隔離好逼好近~不過大家都係快快食完快快走~食完離開時出面已經要排隊,見到都多人係等候區~ continue reading
