聽朋友介紹程班長好食又多人等位,所以趁著放假,12點前來到,不用等位。餐廳內裝修簡單,有啲迫,似飯堂😬但防疫設備齊全,每兩個位就有板隔住,每枱都有兩樽酒精搓手液。我和朋友分別order咗一碗清燉牛肉麵和清燉半筋牛肉麵,再加一個綜合盤。麵質煙韌,牛腩夠淋,但唔夠咸。湯底好重牛味,冇味精,我參唔多飲晒。綜合盤內的甜不辣好食,和之前在台灣食的味道完全一樣😅 continue reading

之前聽人講話呢間野喺荔枝角地區好出名 今日專程惠顧點了四個餸招牌餸牛肉麵屙仔煎牛肉飯豆腐皮蛋 牛肉麵及飯的份量很少 男仔應該唔夠飽 整體味道不是想像中好食 價錢亦偏貴 這裏附近選擇亦很多如果沒有來的可以一來但是來過不會再來 這裏要先付錢才會送上食物 這裏的店員都是講國語 因為這間店舖的老闆是台灣人 員工都是台灣人 環境一般工廠飯堂格局 因為疫情關係每個座位之間都鋪設了甲板 因為今天是雙十節所以送了兩杯飲品分別是凍的酸梅湯及凍的冬瓜湯 但是味道不是太好飲 覺得自己煮嘅牛肉麵比佢哋話好食😋 而且自己煮的份量可以更大 其實荔枝角地區有其他餐廳性價比更高遲啲可以介紹 continue reading

由於疫情關係,同好多香港人一樣都好掛住台灣嘅味道。程班長呢間黃店一向備受好評,老實講我自己都食過幾次,不過覺得水準好參差,唔係次次都咁好食,而且中伏嘅次數比 好食嘅次數多,特別係繁忙時間,真係求x期煮俾啲客食就算,碗麵好快就上枱,份量覺得偏小,如果for男士嚟講應該唔夠食,牛筋腩普通貨色好一般,麵條同牛肚就煮得唔夠淋,好x硬,硬過你同我條命,湯底死咸無層次,所以最後食咗幾啖就冇再食到啦......俾咗$50幾蚊食碗咁難食嘅嘢,真係非常失望。 continue reading
