最近常常在家晚飯,但始終要找一、二天去餐廳晚飯,舒緩一下煩悶的氣氛。剛巧到附近IKEA買完嘢,於是再次過來幫襯。說實話呢間餐廳係我荃灣區必選之一。食物好食之於 環境都唔錯 價錢又唔算貴。難得外出晚膳,就點2人精選晚餐 $628頭盤選了新鮮生蠔海鮮拼盤 (+$68)生蠔新鮮,水份充足。蠔肉清甜,金屬味較重,帶有淡淡海水味。蝦刺身大大隻,肉質有彈性,鮮美爽甜。螺肉跟青口味道也不錯。Main 可以選擇餐牌上的一款 及 散叫menu 中再自選一款意大利面或飯,夠晒彈性。我們選了美國牛扒拼香草牛油焗波士頓龍蝦尾 及 墨魚汁鮮帶子海蝦扁意粉。牛扒拼龍蝦還有一堆配菜及薯蓉,份量超多~牛扒味道突出,脂肪不算多,但分佈平均,不會鞋口。不得不提附上的牛肝菌汁,濃郁惹味,跟牛扒很夾。龍蝦尾啖啖肉,好吃~帶子及鮮蝦煎的乾身,而且十分香口。麵條軟硬適中,墨魚汁意粉用蒜頭一起炒,充滿蒜香及 蝦的鮮味。鮮水果茶 $58水果茶有小火爐暖着,味道充滿果香,特別是橙及 菠蘿味突出。玫瑰伯爵奶茶$38奶茶的比例不錯,有淡淡的玫瑰香味只是伯爵茶味淡了點,整體不錯。 continue reading

今日想去荃灣行下買下野,行開愉景新城,記得好耐之前食過一間餐廳好好味,去睇下,果然仲喺度,入去回味一下先~坐低店員好有禮貌咁介紹餐牌,除左dinner set,亦可在主餐牌選擇再加特定價錢轉成套餐。經一輪篩選,我地揀左羊架同海鮮意大利飯。前菜選了一份沙律及一份餐湯。沙律一點都不平凡,用上優質嘅新鮮沙律菜,仲有紅菜頭,橙肉等,顏色繽紛得來味道更加出色,食完覺得好fresh。餐湯係牛肝菌濃湯,湯打得幼滑,湯上面加上幾滴橄欖油,潤澤得來令湯更滑口!牛肝味香濃,配上餐前餅乾條及麵包都是一流!羊架配香滑薯蓉-點了七成熟,羊架共有四件之多!加上薯蓉及配菜,非常豐富!每件羊架都燒得香香的,外邊有點脆,切開有點粉嫩的,肉質軟熟,點上紫蘇蜜糖醬,十分配合,蜜糖同燒羊架好襯,紫蘇葉嘅香亦令人胃口大增!薯蓉做得非常幼滑,牛油味不是很重,多吃亦不覺膩。加拿大海膽·帶子·墨魚片意大利飯配忌廉紅花汁- 上枱極吸精!加拿大海膽一大片,看得出的新鮮!連兩隻大大粒嘅帶子併起來亦不及海膽大片!帶子煎得微焦,一口海膽,配上帶子和吸滿忌廉紅花汁嘅意大利飯,好美味啊!另外點左杯偽鴛鴦同玫瑰花茶。偽鴛鴦用上咖啡冰磚在朱古力底上,keep到溫度又keep到濃度!玫瑰花茶好大壺,可沖到兩杯有多,將茶撞落乾玫瑰時,玫瑰香氣四溢,飲完除左解膩,仲滿口花香!離開時仍然坐無虛席,果然有佢吸引嘅地方! continue reading

早前和朋友到荃灣食brunch, 去左愉景新城的 位於地下L1,方便易搵,座位間都有足夠距離,眼見當日好多家長帶埋bb用餐,坐得幾舒服餐廳提供十幾款brunch 選擇,亦有小朋友餐單、扒類套餐,十分大眾化,套餐可加$28配餐湯和牛角包🥐 之後仲可以優惠價食甜品添香草忌廉南瓜湯 比較稀,入口都香滑廚師精選早餐 $98材料非常豐富,有粟米、車厘茄、煙肉、豬肉腸、火腿、焗豆、牛角包、太陽蛋🍳(或者可以揀炒蛋/水煮蛋)當中最欣賞係個牛角包🥐唔會又凍又硬,反而非常香脆鮮蟹肉扁意粉 $108除左有蟹肉之外,仲加左蟹膏、蝦膏、忌廉,所以味道有多種不同層次。不過我地就食到有少少殼,食個陣就小心點啦~焦糖燉蛋 $48 (套餐價-$20)以為跟餐叫既甜品會好細份,點知賣相吸引又大份質素仲唔差添下次都要記得加甜品 continue reading

上2星期Weekday 來食午餐,感覺呢間餐廳食物同服務都好好 所以寫一下。由於疫情關係,呢間餐廳有好多令我覺得安心的舉動。入餐廳前會量體溫及搓手。 亦有派即棄紙袋俾我地放口罩, 每一枱都隔得好開我地叫左2lunch set,一份係牛扒一份係漢堡。每個set包餐湯、牛角包、沙律同飲品,呢個價錢都好抵下,而且好飽。幾欣賞佢嘅沙律,一d都唔馬虎,有好多料,例如沙律菜、青蘋果、粟米等,調味係用黑醋,幾健康。而牛角包亦好酥脆,好香牛油味南瓜湯係好濃郁嘅南瓜味,creamy而且滑好想encore佢碗湯手打美國特級安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡配薯條$108個漢堡好大份而且牛肉漢堡好厚身,再加埋溶化的芝士,好吸引!!牛肉漢堡好嫩滑,而且好多肉汁,口感好扎實 中間夾雜嘅生菜同蕃茄亦好新鮮。麵包熱辣辣,煎香過的,所以微微脆口。薯條粗身,本身都驚佢粗得黎唔脆,但又冇令我失望好脆!!有水準炭燒美國西冷扒 伴煎薯仔及煙肉炒椰菜 配燒汁$148西冷扒好大塊!! 我叫左5成熟, 顏色岩岩好係嫩粉紅, 無血水。牛扒食落幾嫩,唔覺韌; 有牛本身的牛油香,但唔油膩。配菜我就鐘意粗薯條多D啦。煙肉炒椰菜係幾香口,但有點膩。冰磚鴛鴦 (跟餐+$38)以咖啡作冰磚, 幾有心思, 溶化後又唔會覺得味道淡, 反而濃味左。呢杯鴛鴦咖啡味較出, 幾好飲的 鮮水果茶 (跟餐+$58) 呢款水果茶係熱飲, 會有個蠟燭一路慢慢燒住茶壺, 保持溫度, 同時煮出水果味道。茶底係紅茶, 唔會太甜。埋單$300幾, 呢個質素同服務, 性價比高! continue reading
