幾年前食過呢間,覺得唔錯,於是再食,但係今次超級失望 過年前打去訂位,因為佢哋大廳冇大枱,12 人會好迫,於是信佢哋訂咗間房,不過要落訂,都算啦。 當日去到酒樓大約係 6:30pm,門口冇人招呼,收銀個女職員唔肯出嚟帶位,不停叫我哋等等 ,最後入到房,冇人招呼,要行出大廳叫人嚟,間房仲要最低消費係 $4,500。到叫餸啦,入到房只見一張套餐的餐牌 (承惠 $5,500),一啲都唔平、又唔抵,但係冇辦法,冇其他嘢叫,是晚套餐有:鵝件:呢個好好食大蝦碌:一般,雖然大隻,但係啲雪味未清燉湯:一般髮菜蠔豉:唔太差,最好食係底嗰啲菜蒸魚:一般清菜:ok鮑魚煲:蔴蔴炸子雞:ok糖醋麵:唔錯,唔太油糖水 - 綠荳爽:太甜不過碟碟都算大,所以一定夠食。潮州菜館竟然唔係食潮州菜,真奇怪! 飯前同飯後又冇功夫茶招待;又唔經常入嚟睇下我哋有冇需要(例如換碟、加水等等),但大廳唔係好多客人咋。總之,冇下次! continue reading

本人一行8人, 在不用等位的環境下幫親這店而中招的, 味道差及價錢貴 特別是 糖醋麵份量薄之餘連韭黃也欠奉, 完全不是潮州口味, 另干炒牛河比剩牙菜炒河還差難食, 無肉味只有一個咸味, 其他的點心及小菜也一般或不太差, 不願至評, 服務員就有幾個人行來行去, 連每次加水都是要自己叫才有人過來幫你, 總之就是一句價錢貴服務差和廚師差, 今日我公告天下, 就是希望各位不要貪一時之快而選擇錯誤了, 步我的後塵. continue reading

今天是星期五,星期五晚又沒有訂座,在尖沙咀應該比例難找位置吧!於是,我們決定留在海港城逛,到大概八時半,我們就選了這家潮州餐廳。我們點了鹵水墨魚拼鵝片 -鹵水墨魚不錯,不會太韌,不過鵝片就麻麻,因為切得很碎,而中間亦有骨。比較像鵝肉多一點。亦點了金銀蛋皇帝菜煲 -其實原本是想吃金銀蛋莧菜,但店員說沒有,所以轉為皇帝菜了味道不錯呢,而且都熱辣辣的,很足料。最後點了糖醋麵 -麵上面脆下面淋,不會太硬亦不會不香口,我們把全碟吃光光了!總括而言,環境清潔,食物新鮮,不過卻欠缺了潮州的風味還是覺得街邊的打冷店比較好吃! continue reading

很久沒有試過母女二人撑枱腳,今天難得自由,又想吃潮州菜,所以想起這間,因為早到,拿到卡位,店内有幾枱強國人,非常之吵耳。這菜舘以前一坐下及餐後就有功夫茶付上,現在也省略了鹵水鵝比以前份量少,價錢也貴了,還好味道一樣咁好味,鵝片非常之嫩,出色欖菜肉碎四季豆,欖菜太少,肉碎多而且有點肉臊味潮州煎伊麵非常之香口,也不油膩,不點醋也好味。希望下次全部有水準 continue reading

久久未嘗潮州菜了、今晚飯局在尖沙咀的尚膳潮州就點了一隻潮州凍蟹及魚飯品嘗一下。潮州凍蟹其實是幾有特色的潮州家庭菜,當然大蟹就比較好食。今晚隻蟹就比較细、約一斤重,雖然細隻、蟹肉都爽口鮮甜。潮州烏頭魚飯、其實是潮州魚民的基本食物。凍魚一定要用鮮魚、用鹽醃製再煮熟放涼而食、如果唔係魚肉就會囗冇鮮味!今晚碟魚飯就做到了以上較果。可能用鹽醃製較鹹、所以自己喜歡配以白醋食用多過用普寧豆醬。鹵水豆腐、單單是鹵水汁都好香!食出有基本的八角、桂皮、香葉、丁香等味道。豆腐又夠滑、好好味道。兩個主菜都好鮮味、凍蟹雖然貴了點但都是值得。 continue reading
