疫情之下間間餐廳都有外賣套餐,煮打菜都唔例外。見佢個抗疫套餐都只係$58,又好似好多野食,所以就試下。拎到番去,又真係幾靚既,有好多餸,又肉餅,蝦,滷水野,菜,個飯都好多。咁蝦都好大隻,食落都fresh,肉餅就好彈牙,同埋佢同出面既肉餅唔同,佢係好厚,但唔會好硬好實,咸蛋味都好夠。滷水方面都好入味,個滷水豆腐好大舊,好juicy,好好味。另外要讚既係佢西蘭花都有4,5舊,唔hea,好夠營養。依個飯盒幾正!下次要試下堂食! continue reading

今次已經係第三次黎依到食打冷!真係次次黎都係咁好食!首先係個滷水拼盤,全部都好入味,滷水唔會太濃,直頭係岩岩好,去親出面既打冷都最驚個汁太濃會搞到食乜都一樣味,依到就真係完全唔洗擔心!個豬耳又夠哂爽口,所以食食下都要叫番枝asahi飲下先夠過癮!之後就係椒鹽九肚魚,脆得黎岩岩好,唔會好厚粉,食落仲有啲魚香,依個餸送酒又係一流!跟住仲叫左個啫啫菜煲,啲菜真係好好食,依個無油真係唔會整得好食,但最正係佢唔會好油,夾上黎唔係反哂光,食入口係好香!加埋啲肉碎真係無得頂!環境又係好夠大,又夠乾淨,坐得好舒服,伙記態度又好,真係一定會再番黎食! continue reading

家住筲箕灣,卻很少食這一間,但有街坊朋友說不錯,就即管試試這店有點貪心,將潮州菜及廣東菜都放進 menu潮州菜當然要點滷水拼盤廣東嘅代表就點了生煏大白鱔煲及土魷蒸肉餅結果廣東大勝潮州菜,滷水是靈魂,但這間只只有死咸完全不香,更談不上醇香反而大鱔煲火候剛剛好,肉質恰到好處,薑蔥蒜爆得非常香蒸肉餅雖然是家常小菜,但要做到肥瘦均勻,土魷軟硬適中也有一定技巧👍 continue reading
