💁‍♀️💁‍♂️ 18/11/2023(Sat), Dinner🍽大角咀區一向都多小店,唔同種類嘅食肆都可以搵到,今晚為食妙妙同A先生就嚟 到食叻沙。餐廳位於大全街,舖頭唔算好大間,我哋去到嘅時候都係岩岩晚市開始時段,所以都唔使等就可以直入,但遲過我哋少少嘅食客就開始要喺店外等位。而今晚我地order咗:🔆 招牌厚切豬扒叻沙($75)上枱時厚切豬扒同叻沙係分開上嘅,好處係香脆嘅豬扒唔使被湯浸住而影響到口感,而湯亦唔會搞到好多油。豬扒厚得嚟又唔會煎到乾爭爭,食落外脆而肉裡面仍嫩滑有肉汁,果然係餐廳嘅招牌菜。叻沙湯底呈濃厚嘅金黃色,入口濃稠帶點微辣,香料味同椰奶味都足夠,係個唔錯嘅叻沙湯底。配料有魚蛋、豆卜、溏心蛋🥚同芽菜,都幾豐富。麵方面就係滲滲,即係油麵加米粉混合一齊,食落口感豐富。🔆 海鮮大燴叻沙(帆立貝、青口、鮮蝦)($78)叻沙湯底都係一樣,海鮮方面有帆立貝、青口、鮮蝦,質素都唔差。青口都大隻嫩滑,帆立貝唔韌,蝦🦐肉彈牙仲係已經剝殼,食得夠方便。🔆 三色奶茶(跟餐+$10) 奶茶控A先生就揀咗三色奶茶,比一般奶茶主要係多咗層椰糖喺底,未拌勻之前就睇到有三隻唔同色。入口順滑味道唔會太甜,拌勻之後隱隱飲到椰糖嘅味道,可以一試。🔆 鴛鴦桔仔話梅水(跟餐+$12)飲落好開胃解渴嘅一杯飲品,入面有幾粒桔仔同話梅,飲落有啲酸酸哋嘅話梅味道,又有清新嘅桔仔味道,又唔會太甜,適合食完呢餐香料味同比較濃味嘅食物去飲。🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆❤🙆‍♂️(A先生)整體食評:8/🔟❤🙆‍♀️(為食妙妙)整體食評:8.5/🔟👉🏻 叻沙味道香濃微辣,下次要再試埋佢哋嘅肉骨茶同咖央多士A先生車友指數 🚗🛣️ 交通容易指數:🚗🚗🚗(3/5)🅿️ 泊車容易指數:🚗🚗🚗🚗(4/5) 👉🏻 餐廳門口有幾個錶位🅿️,數量唔多,泊唔泊到就睇你運氣。停車場🅿️就可以考慮附近新九龍廣場🅿️或者港灣豪庭🅿️👉🏻 大角咀區巴士線就比較少啲,而餐廳亦同港鐵站有啲距離🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆🔆 continue reading

懶洋洋嘅星期日, 醒來已經過咗午飯時間,我哋決定去食東南亞風情嘅嘅下午茶。 星洲總廚都係一個不錯選擇。我哋叫咗三個餐,檸檬草雞肉煎雙蛋飯, 參巴魚椰漿飯,仲有咖央多士,而每個餐都跟飲品。 檸檬草雞肉煎雙蛋飯, 雞肉份量不少,肉質外脆內軟且juicy,配上蛋味濃郁嘅雙太陽蛋,蛋汁滲入白飯和甜豉油混合一齊食,十分配搭,惹味可口,令人垂涎欲滴參巴魚椰漿飯,魚肉肉質鮮嫩,外脆內軟,椰漿飯發出淡淡椰香,配上青瓜,香脆魚仔,花生和肉鬆蝦片,口感 豐富,再蘸上參巴醬,味道大爆發,令人 吃得津津有味。咖央多士,麵包烘得剛剛好,香脆可口,而每件多士都夾着 一片厚厚嘅牛油和香濃嘅椰漿,兩者溶化一起,好好食😉 continue reading

經過門口出面見都多人食又唔洗排隊,就試試佢。坐隔離張枱係咁讚個豬扒好好食,好鬆軟,好啦,就試下佢啦!叫咗個厚切豬扒。食落係幾鬆軟嘅,不過略嫌有少少肥,有啲油。海鮮大燴叻沙,揀咗板麵,唔係好夾,都係油麵會啱啲。味道唔錯,湯底都夠濃。滿堂椰漿飯,有燒雞扒,咖喱牛腩,豬頸肉。啲豬頸肉爽到有啲驚,雞扒唔配飯有啲鹹,配飯就啱啱好,咖喱牛腩好腍,好好食,個飯就冇乜椰漿味,不過不失。鴛鴦桔仔話梅水,幾好飲,酸酸甜甜幾清新。白咖啡就正正常常。整體嚟講發揮到應有嘅味道,未到非常出色,可以試一次。 continue reading

大角咀出名多美食呢間星洲總廚食成日都好多人排隊不過建議經過一定要嚟試吓招牌厚切豬扒喇沙喇沙湯底非常濃郁,椰奶香味好吸引加上有少少嘅辣味配料就有魚蛋,豆卜同埋半隻蛋🥚豆卜吸哂d啲湯汁真係好正當然豬扒非常出色份量好大份,而且唔會整到好乾身食落口仲好Juicy調味都好入味咖央多士都係必點之一多士烤到少少燶,剛剛好咖央醬既椰漿配埋一大舊牛油好邪惡不過真係好好食📍星洲總廚 (大角咀)大角咀大全街57號地舖 continue reading

我非常推薦朱扒這家餐廳!朋友向我介紹後,我決定在午餐時間前往試試看。雖然餐廳位於舊區,需要依靠地圖找到,但當我遠遠望見已經有二十多人在排隊等候時,我知道這一定是一家受歡迎的餐廳。幸運的是,此刻正是me time,我立即找到了一個單人座位,彷彿成為了貴賓一樣立刻入座。餐廳內大約有40個座位,真的非常熱鬧,客人們包括年輕人和長者。我看了一下菜單,發現選擇相當豐富,無論是堂食還是外賣,都有很多人在等候。今天,我首次嘗試了他們的星洲咖喱八安士豬扒餐,豬扒厚度約有兩厘米,還有兩件,份量也相當大。三種配菜份量剛剛好,白飯的水分控制得出色,完全符合我的口味。咖喱有著濃郁的咖喱味,如果能夠選擇辣度的話,相信會更加美味。餐廳有自助點餐,食物質量頗高,而且價格也相當合理。服務也很周到,員工們樂於助食客落單,讓我感受到了溫暖的用餐體驗。無論是想在舊區尋找美食,還是想品嚐道地的星洲咖喱,這裡都是一個絕佳的選擇! continue reading
