昭拍耶船河:有試過食船河但食過嗰啲都係唔正宗嘅今次終於比我搵到一間好正宗嘅泰國船河!!湯既味道有啲特別絕對唔係嗰啲清湯腩嘅味道/雞湯我都係第一次食到呢一隻味道!係幾好食 會上癮😂😂😂河粉好滑!湯底夠濃仲有好多唔同嘅配菜都幾滿足!佢有qq豬肉丸(因為好細粒😂)、豬肉 食落去都知係新鮮 $50算係咁啦泰國菜Ps 遲啲屯馬線開通之後 大家就可以好方便咁樣嚟到九龍城食呢一間泰國嘢!!!!其實仲有嗌一個叫做「南瓜咖喱軟殼蟹」但因為太心急 聞到好香 所以即刻食咗(●’◡’●)ノ無影到 但比起船河 「南瓜咖喱軟殼蟹」更推薦大家食!!!!佢嘅南瓜咖喱非常出色!係非常出色!非常出色!好香好香嘅黃咖喱味! continue reading

本身同朋友係將軍澳行完山,佢推薦左我哋去九龍城嘅呢間泰國餐廳。之前喺銅鑼灣食過一次,覺得好似冇乜特別係個湯底唔同啲嘅河咁。但係今次食完真係有啲出乎意料之外。首先就講吓個環境先啦,一行入去望到啲環境佈置,甚至係一張電影嘅海報都可以見到,老闆係真係俾咗心機落去做㗎,佢可以好好咁樣突顯左香港同泰國嘅特色跟住就講吓啲嘢食先,因為我哋有三個人所以就嗌咗三碗船河、一個青木瓜同一個炸豬皮。餐牌我就冇影相曬,不過個青沙律都有跟一杯嘢飲㗎。呢碗睇落清清地嘅,就係清湯酸辣肉碎河。我個人就最鍾意呢碗,因為酸得來又幾清新,唔係一味死酸個隻,好似啲檸檬汁為嘅感覺咁。辣得來啱啱好,唔會話辣到食唔到咁嘅款。跟住就到呢間店嘅主角,昭拍耶船河。船可本身嘅煮法係加左豬血或者牛血,我本身就冇做齊資料蒐集啦,唔知呢間嘅係咩血。但係唔好一聽到個血字就唔敢食,因為湯底食落係完全唔腥,反而有好濃郁嘅香味,再加埋一啲香料其實真係好鬼死正㗎。重點係個湯底飲完唔會太鹹,亦都唔會好似某啲連鎖嘅粉面店,食完會好想飲水,一切都係啱啱好。講吓個面底啊,聽返同行嘅朋友講,呢間嘅粉呢唔係一般嘅泰粉,佢係有啲煙韌咁嘅,可以令到佢浸係湯底唔會好碎,但又唔會太硬。同時,佢配料充足,芽菜就一定有㗎啦,啲豬肉同肉丸呢就不過不失啦,冇乜令我留低深刻嘅印象。但係有種可以食到每一啖都有啲配料嘅感覺,自問貪心嘅我就最鍾意啦!同啲朋友額外嗌多咗碗炸豬皮,其實本身會碗河都有嘅,如果係就咁食呢脆卜卜得來又唔會話好油,如果係真係湯度食,就會有少少腍身,同有咬口尐。跟住就到青木瓜沙律啦,有種酸甜辣嘅感覺,上面又曬咗啲花生。辣度呢就高少少,好夠刺激。花生嘅香氣同埋佢原本個醬汁好夾,做開胃小菜都好合適,如果平時想嘆個冇咁罪惡嘅下午茶就好適合嘞。最後要講埋呢杯龍眼冰,我本身呢就完全冇飲過龍眼冰呢樣嘢嘅,嗌咗嗰陣呢係抱住一種伏就伏啦嘅感覺。但係點知佢個香甜味真係俘虜咗我,再加埋裏面嘅幾粒圓玉,有得食有得飲,令我覺得物超所值。如果可以我會再encore,或者你有機會去九龍城探秘嗰陣都不妨留意吓呢間野吖 continue reading

本新諗住食佢個船河,因為係泰國食過,而且香港少見,點知去到發現佢lunch先有。咁一場黎到,就試下佢其他野食質素。2個人點左3樣嘢,一個昭拍那炒飯,真心係伏,成碟海鮮炒飯得2隻蝦,仲要勁細隻,隻蝦一咬落去,我未食過可以霉成咁既蝦,而且炒飯竟然可以炒到一舊舊,都算經典,總括炒飯質素十差分。其次煎蠔餅,可以話正正常常,但略嫌太多油同埋味道偏淡。另外,點左2杯泰式奶茶,第一啖已經感覺味道淡到好似溝水咁!擺多陣等冰融埋,覺得自己飲緊冰水。最後,個炭燒豬頸肉,成碟紅色既,大佬你估食緊牛咩?豬頸肉生成咁點食?仲要一陣雪藏味。總結九龍城咁多泰國野,呢間唔會再去 continue reading

今日想食泰國菜,來到了全香港最多泰菜的地方九龍城,選了一間都多人排而又未食過的叫 昭拍耶的餐廳。餐廳不算大但環境也算乾淨。我們點了泰式生蝦,脆肉炒椰菜苗,香辣肉碎生菜包,海南雞飯和青檸梳打。泰式生蝦也新鮮的,蝦頭有炸過夠香口,但醬汁普通。脆肉炒椰菜苗味道不錯,菜也沒有苦澀味,只是脆肉是普通的火腩而且皮不脆。生菜包的肉碎一來不辣,二來肉碎太濕了不乾身而且酸醋味太重,不建議點,海南雞飯也只是普普通通,油飯味道可以,但海南雞一來皮不脆,二來肉很鞋醬汁也一般。沒有什麼特別,普普通通的泰國菜。 continue reading
