Wt a mess dinner we have today!!!We have a dinner of 12ppl (一圍) tonight. The set cost us HK$1,688 which is not valuable at all.There are total of 8 dishes but none of it have the quality and quantity to cost us such amount. There is no dish which is enough for 12ppl.The shark's fin is completely water like and have no taste at all.There is a dish of fish but the the taste is very bad and so little amount.The dish of vegetable is mainly contains of cabbage with awful tasting.The chicken just like a dish which has been put for a whole life...is cold and the meat is sth like storage for a long time.The fried rice can only fill up 9 bowls and the taste is dreadful. Just like they just put the rice to re-cook again.Some of us cannot accept the taste of the dishes and denied to take any of them.The service attitude is completely below standard and keep asking us if the dishes finished or not even there is still plenty of food on the dish!!! 相約聚舊,最頭痛的其實是地點,因為各人住的區域都不同,真的是分佈在香港、九龍及新界。這次其實真的要多謝負責選擇地點及訂檯的朋友,選了旺角新世紀廣場這一個地方,交通也真便利。潮式食品一向都是港人喜愛的食品之一,首選當然是鹵水食品,就要一個鵝片拼豆腐,鵝肉有嚼勁,豆腐腍得來有香甜的鹵水味,很正。另一味必吃的是蠔仔粥,最愛它的蠔味夠鮮,但一點都不腥。今期潮館有一個雙拼糸列,迷你冬瓜盅加半隻雞都只係百多元,真係好抵。更重要是水準沒有下降,冬瓜盅夠清甜,雞肉皮脆之餘有雞味。最後加多一碟椒絲腐乳通菜,微辣,菜鮮。Read More

約咗係旺角新世紀嘅潮館食晚飯,呢間餐廳已幫襯過幾次,每次來會嘗試嗌反沙竽,但係每次侍應都是相同的答復:沒!!!:(呢次我點餐時索性問都唔問,費事作無謂嘅點菜,點知R見我無嗌又主動開口幫我嗌反沙竽,答復還不是一樣:沒!!!:(有餐牌上的菜式,卻又十次嗌十次沒,不如刪去罷了,免得顧客一次又一次點餐,最終卻得個“桔”,簡直在浪費大家的口水。:(沒有反沙竽,點了個南瓜金餅,嗜甜如命嘅我,對呢個南瓜金餅滿抱期待,點知幾分鍾之後,侍應過來同我哋講:“沒南瓜金餅!”放棄南瓜金餅,R補點了一個叫竽泥什麽鵝的,應該屬於竽頭類嘅甜品,然後又樂滋滋地在等。過了五分鍾左右,一個經理級人馬走過來說:“竽泥鵝沒有!!!”哭笑不得!!!:(沒辦法,顯然呢間餐廳嘅甜品得個睇字,無得食,惟有放棄,免得自計沒趣。首先上檯嘅係醃肉炒韭菜,呢個菜唔錯,韭菜好翠綠,味較清淡,配上較鹹嘅醃肉,啲味鹹得來又被韭菜分淡咗鹹味,啱好!食完成碟韭菜,又有個侍應過來問:“你哋係唔係嗌咗鹵水掌翅同埋鹹菜豬肚湯?”顯然我哋點嘅其他菜肴都仲未幫我哋落單,韭菜來時,白飯遲遲唔出場,等到白飯終於端上來了,卻只剩下最後一根韭菜,而其他菜有排等,忍不住嘿嘿地笑。等啊等啊等,主菜一個個上檯了。蔥花炒小蠔仔,唔腥,蠔仔裹咗少少生粉,鎖住啲鮮味。鹵水掌翅,有啲鹹,盤底嗰啲原本無味嘅白蘿蔔撈咗啲鹵汁,反而喧賓奪主更顯好味。鹹菜豬肚湯,湯都有啲鹹,湯中加入胡椒,鹹得來都算好飲。四季豆炒駝鳥肉,用XO醬和紅椒炒,唔食得辣的我食落都覺好辣!除了管理一團糟之外,菜肴嘅味道都算OK。希望下次再幫襯時,樓面嘅素質到會有所提高。Read More
