西環有很多小店食肆,每次經過這家店都見到不少客人,就決定試試陜西菜。餐廳是快餐運作模式的,先到櫃檯點餐結帳,然後等叫號取餐。千層脆皮牛肉夾膜夾膜是類似千層酥餅的,但一點不油膩,很脆口。餡料的牛肉用的香料很好吃,調味很特別,肉質鬆軟,夾膜整個配搭香口惹味。Biang Biang麵是陜西褲帶麵,因製作過程中有biang biang聲響而得名。我們都沒吃過,當然也要試試。大盤雞Biang Biang麵這麵真的很闊身,而且有厚度,所以有口感。用較濕的伴麵吃法,麵條粗能大面積掛醬汁,微辣的口味很開胃。另外,雞件似是炆煮過的,入味,肉質不會過硬,薯仔亦很粉,這一大盤真的很夠飽。純手工炸醬Biang Biang麵這是比較乾身的伴麵,炸醬肉碎分量足,能足夠伴整盤麵。這麵香濃惹味,重口味人必喜歡。另外,配有大量爽囗青瓜幼絲、豆角粒、紅蘿蔔片和土豆小片,伴麵口感豐富。飲品方面,我們選了豆漿,店員介紹是現磨的,所以只有熱飲。我們試了覺得確實實不錯,豆味香,不太甜,喝到最後有豆渣幼粒,証明真材實料。

好日唔過西環影相,點知一過便一日,所以便和拍檔搵嘢食,原來入夜西環都好多嘢食,行了一圈便決定了這「西香記」的小店這地道小店門口十分樸素,就是這種感覺吸引了我這裏雖然不算太大,但很多人光顧及排隊皆因怕辣所以不敢是他這個新的推介餐牌同樣是用很樸素,喜歡散叫套餐都能給予選擇牆上都很多這類似面譜的花瓶裝飾,還能提供這種租用的臨時充電器給客人,這10分窩心體貼我和拍檔分別叫了西紅柿雞蛋棍棍麵,麵質很彈牙,而他的紅柿+雞蛋混為一起食落很鮮甜,喜歡食清淡的絕對是首選⋯⋯及麻辣擔擔麵,我一看見以為很辣,但拍檔食落說,辣味剛剛好,有麻辣的感覺,但不會令到舌頭麻痹,導致味雷失感覺另外叫咗千層脆皮青椒饃,這個千層很鬆脆,而肉質也很鮮嫩帶點薇辣,但感覺很好,因不會蓋過牛肉的肉味,咬落還帶點肉汁深入口腔,及孜然牛肉夾饃,這個就沒有千層的製作,但咬落是另一口感,兩種完全不同的感覺

我和拍檔分別叫了西紅柿雞蛋棍棍麵,麵質很彈牙,而他的紅柿+雞蛋混為一起食落很鮮甜,喜歡食清淡的絕對是首選⋯⋯及麻辣擔擔麵,我一看見以為很辣,但拍檔食落說,辣味剛剛好,有麻辣的感覺,但不會令到舌頭麻痹,導致味雷失感覺

我對西環的路其實並不太熟悉,不過這天為了探舊同事,只好硬著皮頭前來,幸好她一早就在地鐵站外等我,省回不少「尋路」時間。在回家的路上,她突然提議到餐廳吃飯,就帶我來到了「西香記」。這家餐廳是一間以陝西菜作招徠的小吃店,主打涼皮肉夾饃,雖然食物款式不多,但套餐非常抵食,不過,由於事前沒有打算吃東西,肚子還有點飽,只好單點食物。大盤雞棍棍麵我怕浪漫食物,所以特意吃餐廳將雞塊份量減少,棍棍麵的賣相很有趣,有點像厚身「腸粉」,但口感爽滑彈牙,煙韌有嚼勁,雞肉煮得非常入味,雞肉亦非常嫩滑,沾上微辣的湯汁,會令人胃口大開,不過,對於不嚐辣的人來說,湯汁可能有點辣。蘭州牛肉粗麵牛肉麵大大碗的,湯底帶有濃濃的花椒八角香味,又不失肉香,而粗麵口感彈牙,容易掛湯,牛肉片份量亦不少,入口軟淋,沒有牛騷味~千層(脆皮)牛肉饃推介! 千層皮真的非常酥脆,配上牛肉餡及其他配料,味道辣辣的,超惹味~豆漿豆漿是自家泡製,入口充滿豆香,還可以喝到點點豆蓉。

去了香港大學找朋友,朋友說這家餐廳很多嗜辣者都來,我看到店裡有很多說普通話的人,應該都是內地學生吧🤗點了西紅柿雞蛋麵,好大一碗,份量十足,這棍棍麵還挻彈牙的配了杯豆漿,是新鮮即磨的,因為最後喝到豆渣了😂然後點了好像很多人推的大盤雞Biang biang麵,一看到這名字取得這麼特別,就被吸引了但吃了幾口好像吃到辣椒,真的太辣,嗆到要一直喝了一整杯飲料,等了一會才平息得了,不能吃辣的點這個要小心扔掉辣椒才吃丫🙏最後點了千層牛肉膜,千層肉夾膜第一次吃,皮還真的挻鬆脆的,但又是會辣的,所以喜歡辣的會喜歡,不愛辣的要慎選丫😂

质素麻麻,面都好普通,味道极之一般,我嗌單點大盘鸡面,跟真正的大盤雞實在完全唔似,cashier态度差,讲嘢唔清唔楚。啱啱入嚟嘅時候舖冇人,一落order之後就越嚟越多人。個鋪唔大,好快就坐滿咗人。Menu有分set同ala carte。setmenu有分一人餐同二人餐 ,分量很足,除非极度肚饿,喺正常情况之下绝对唔会嗌一人餐。除咗学生之外,唔值得一试。唔会再返嚟都唔会recommend friend 過黎

之前有事要去香港大學,起西環行了一陣,發現了呢間西香記,是難得一見食陝西菜的!我以前冇食過陝西菜,但知道陝西麵好有特式,所以都有興趣試一試呢度係自助形式,先落單同付款,後攞食物最後叫了兩個麵同千層脆皮肉夾饃蘭州牛肉幼麵$58呢個麵係幼身,牛肉份量多,湯底有牛肉味,清清地大盤雞Biang biang 麵$68Biang biang 麵係陝西出名既褲帶麵,每條麵都好闊,好大條!食落有咬口,大盤雞帶點微辣,食落幾飽肚,最後食唔曬。千層脆皮牛肉饃$36期待以久的牛肉饃!好熱辣辣,千層皮好脆!入面除左有牛肉,仲有配菜,有少少辣,不過好香口,咬落好鬆脆飲品叫了酸梅湯$12同豆漿$12幾大杯,味道唔錯

週末晚上到家附近一間吃肉夾膜以前到北京旅行也試過這種肉夾膜,熱騰騰香口又惹味~我們點了個孜然牛肉夾膜,裡面除了牛肉、還有青椒、蒜片,牛肉腍滑而且入味。炸醬Biang Biang 面上面有深色入味炸醬肉碎外,還有青瓜絲、豆、紅蘿蔔、蘿蔔等等,混下炸醬那種美味令人難忘~大盤雞棍棍面是有點像烏冬的外型的,有不少件雞塊,薯仔,青椒,份量很大,我一個人都吃不完~飲品豆漿也很香濃,不錯~回味一下北京風味~~吃個夾膜也挺不錯

豆漿有一陣餿味,老闆堅持講唔會,最尾成杯冇飲麵係OK,不過就有滴貴。一般來買大盤雞biangbiang麵。涼皮偏酸,如果加麻醬花生醬會更好。肉夾饃雖然同西安唔同,但都OK嘅。

難得到上環附近一帶,無意中見到上Openrice搵到價錢合理及有特色的小店店裏以自助形式,先點餐再找位置見到上網圖片有款很特別的麵,問了店員後才知是BiangBiang麵不到十分鐘左右食物便準備好,按收據上的號碼取餐金牌酸辣麵皮配上簡單的配菜,菠菜和芽菜後者帶點爽口,酸酸辣辣的汁配上滑溜溜的麵皮,簡單又美味千層脆皮青瓜饃,肉夾饃像是中式漢堡包不過這款是外層脆脆的青瓜絲和肉的份量都不少,在香港較少吃到這種,很特別純手工炸醬BiangBiang麵,麵條口感特別,加上寛條的外型和獨特的炸醬汁,令人想再來吃
