高人教路睇餐牌同招牌去認餐廳要食陳新記既秘制一口多士!必先認住招牌同餐牌!因為事關佢隔離有間冒牌貨!點解我知?因為事關有次行完山個個都好攰就比隔籬一間叫<耀記>既大陸人呀姐招咗入去話有一口西多士食,個個都攰諗住快啲坐低,點知就奶野,耀記難食到想嘔,個西多乾爭爭硬到石頭咁,抄到抄得無誠意所以唔好見店面寫住有西多就狗衝呀,睇清楚先!到左今次我醒目喇,聽街坊教路,睇枱面餐廳寫住陳新記先好坐,原來就算同一條line都唔代表張枱係陳新記㗎,所以一定要看清同睇清招牌秘制一口西多士外脆內軟!入面好似空氣棉花咁!淋上花生醬同埋煉奶,店家一啲都唔孤寒!完全係新派西多既代表作,難怪叫秘制然後我哋發現原來連明禎BB都有嚟過呢度食呢份西多招牌炸三寶點解炸物係可以一滴油都無?一啲油膩感都無,實在太適合我呢啲怕油既人總括嚟講,呢次嘅體驗好好雖然係熟食中心,但係店員依然保持有禮貌同笑容,呢個都係值得欣賞嘅地方下次我會再嚟幫襯佢哋嘅海鮮加工 continue reading

端午節想睇下龍舟,所以去左南區行行早餐去左熟食市場試下新野,大部份店鋪早市都無開,試左最旺場的陳通記待應姐姐幾nice,熟食市場少見的態度火腿通+炒蛋+凍奶茶$40火張通用左粗通有口感,炒蛋半熟有蛋汁凍奶茶加大加左$5,但目測唔系大杯好多,叫左少甜依舊好甜叉燒意+火腿奄列+奶油多$42叉燒幾甜唔會好柴,意粉份量唔算好多唔系好夠飽油多+$2就可以轉做奶油多,超開心 continue reading

去完河內減肥,懶理休漁期,忍唔住要去香港築地MeTime ,第一站一定要去肥仔哥檔口買蝦,佢同我講今日有條流浮山手釣黃腳立、無慮即決,買咗半斤9 蝦,十字路口買帶子,跟住上去陳新記搵婷婷,一個男人的浪漫真正嘅流浮山手釣黃腳立、廚房蒸好後,隔壁幾條街都會聞到她的香味,LeLabo Gaiac10 Tokyo 都要行埋一邊、肉質柔嫩、肥油程度就連大拖羅都有過之而無不及,每年只有六月至七月頭才有、買少見少。只可惜我呢條據我愚見應該不是流浮山版本 ,儘管這條真的是野生,因為睇到佢嘅牙相對尖銳,而且凹凸不平大細邊、沒有那種獨特的香味及肥美程度,失望沮喪的我唯有用陳新記㊙️制一口西多士自我安慰一下能夠食到真正流浮手釣黃腳立絕對係可遇不可求 continue reading

今日嚟到鴨脷洲同屋企人食海鮮,我哋私錢就喺樓下嘅市政大廈街市買餸,買咗一份扇貝,一條東星班,同埋每人一隻奄仔蟹!上到去熟食中心之後,就嚟到呢一間餐廳加工!見到餐廳出名嘅都有西多士,我哋就決定要兩份落嚟做甜品!餐廳就建議我哋蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子!我哋就都冇乜所謂!帶子,配埋佢嘅蒜蓉,賣相都非常吸引,再加埋本身嘅粉絲吸晒佢成個醬汁嘅精華!帶子亦都非常鮮甜,食得出佢本身嘅鮮味!廚師喺控制火候嘅方面做得非常好!反而因為奄仔蟹同埋東星班都係清蒸就冇乜特別!大家如果鍾意嘅話都不放嚟呢一間餐廳加工!收費都合理 continue reading

今日午飯時間,同事突然間興起,所以就一齊去咗鴨脷洲市政大廈食海鮮第一次嚟,大家通常都係喺街市自己買海鮮,之後上去上邊嘅餐廳進行加工。街市嘅海鮮選擇唔係太多,價錢亦都相若,所以如果揀啱咗,其實都可以即刻買。當然我哋就買咗賴尿蝦,蜆,魷魚,鮑魚,聖子,然之後就想去陳新記進行加工由於我哋冇idea 想點樣加工啲海鮮,所以其實全部嘢都係老細幫手,基本上都係有老細發板。當然嚟到呢度,冇理由淨係食海鮮,所以我哋都叫咗非常之出名嘅豬手,乾炒牛河,同埋一口西多士。海鮮方面,我哋一行六人,買咗大約$700嘅海鮮,之後成餐飯就係$860埋單海鮮方面,非常滿意,不過賴尿蝦,同埋魷魚方面就比較調味咸咗啲,其他味道適中豬手方面真係非常之淋,同埋入味,就算平時我唔食豬手都忍唔住食咗兩舊,乾炒牛河方面就還好,冇乜特別,一口西多士非常之邪惡,味道都非常之好食!總括嚟講都係一個唔錯嘅體驗,如果去開呢頭,有一大班人,其實都可以選擇嚟呢度食飯 continue reading
