朋友外國回來想食海鮮🦞🦞覺得澳洲海鮮全部都係凍食唔好食特別去到鴨脷洲大街熟食市場,先喺樓下街市買自己鍾意食嘅海鮮,然後拎上去加工有人推介黎呢間加工好有風味,都算抵食,除咗海鮮小菜仲有每人加杯嘢飲,每人都唔使270同埋澳洲食通菜好貴,特別加咗碟通菜老闆娘好好👍🏻知道有朋友生日,喺西多士上面加咗生日快樂牌同裝飾唯獨環境較迫,但喺熟食市場食都預計之內可以咁大班人gathering 食好野真係好難得!

睇過好多YouTuber 推介今日決定前來一試一口多士炸得鬆脆,花生醬及煉奶做得香滑唔會好甜,但其實都幾heavy,不過間唔中一次冇所謂。炸三寶有雲吞、魚片頭、魚皮。雲吞皮炸得好鬆脆,雲吞餡用了新鮮,魚片頭軟熟彈牙,最好食係炸魚皮,做得好薄身,同樣做得鬆脆。雲吞麵,雲吞size適中,雲吞餡加了一小粒冬菇,提升了雲吞味道層次,湯底及麵底就比較一般。另外太太點了魚蛋粉加兩杯凍飲total$110雖然是街市熟食中心,環境算乾淨,起碼個地下唔會濕漉漉。

今日決定前來一試

炸三寶有雲吞、魚片頭、魚皮。雲吞皮炸得好鬆脆,雲吞餡用了新鮮,魚片頭軟熟彈牙,最好食係炸魚皮,做得好薄身,同樣做得鬆脆。
雲吞麵,雲吞size適中,雲吞餡加了一小粒冬菇,提升了雲吞味道層次,湯底及麵底就比較一般。
另外太太點了魚蛋粉
加兩杯凍飲total$110

雖然是街市熟食中心,環境算乾淨,起碼個地下唔會濕漉漉。

走到鴨脷洲尋味,隨緣來到陳新記果然有食神,通常魚蛋麵牛雜麵雲吞麵都係同一個湯底,這間魚旦粉嚐了一口湯底好有意外驚喜,係用魚熬成湯底味鮮清甜可口,魚蛋爽口彈牙這個一口西多士,我甘願為佢跑多幾個圈,麵包鬆軟外層炸得香脆,實在值得打破我多年不食西多士戒條。

今日來到鴨脷洲,一心一意想試海鮮加工,一班朋友過來,之前沒有預先book位,諗住中午時間唔會太多人,點知場面十分墟冚、人頭湧湧!全場熟食攤檔只有佢座位滿晒,令我哋更加期待!之後馬上到樓下海鮮檔買海鮮,結果買了幾樣馬上上去,好彩之前上去攞咗位,買埋海鮮啱啱好!首先,叫咗兩個前菜,分別係招牌炸三寶,同埋個炒麵!炸三寶真係名不虛傳,即叫即炸,而且都幾好食!之後個炒麵就正常,都算乾身唔會油膩!終於嚟到海鮮環節,第一味係豉油王大蝦,呢個確實好味,炒得都幾乾身,亦都保持大蝦的鮮味,裏面仲好濕潤!值得一讚!之後係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個我就覺得麻麻哋!啲椒鹽太鹹,蓋過晒所有味道!個個人都負評!之後就到蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,呢個就中規中矩,比較淡身!食完再叫咗個一口多士,呢個係招牌菜,多士炸得好乾身,都唔錯!但係環境十分逼夾,人背人坐,我覺得呢個質素,其實好多大排檔都有,如果經過就可以試吓,特登我覺得就唔需要!

今日同朋友就嚟咗鴨脷洲呢一邊搵食,就去咗呢一個鴨脷洲市政大樓嘅街市買啲海鮮上去加工,聽講呢度有一間幾出名嘅海鮮加工餐廳,所以就特登過嚟試吓,我哋就買咗瀨尿蝦鮑魚同埋都赤米🙈🙈椒鹽瀨尿蝦真係非常出色,每一隻都做得非常挺身,而且我覺得瀨尿蝦最好就係椒鹽,佢呢一間餐廳嘅做功非常好,有鑊氣之餘,而且味道上嘅調味唔會話太辣,啱晒啲食唔到辣嘅朋友🙈🙈 鮑魚我哋就叫咗清蒸,加少少陳皮成個味道更加昇華!赤米就白灼,所以都冇乜太大功夫!最後加咗個西多士,加工費都唔算太貴,我覺得可以接受🙈
