同一條街有兩間同名的 店都叫做深井陳記燒鵝, 背景我就不清楚了,我去了街頭的那一間, 店內裝潢跟傳統茶餐廳沒有兩樣 ,門口為廚房位 掛門燒味燒鵝, 叫了一碗價值60元的燒鵝瀨粉 燒鵝只是 薄薄的一條 我胸肉 另外一條是鵝的肋骨 吃一口 燒鵝 肉 竟然是 "梅"口的, 燒鵝份量已經不足夠 肉質竟然是梅的 另外 長長的瀬粉 做法就跟本市 米線 完全不是傳統奶粉, 唯獨是 湯底還算能入口。 酸梅醬是正宗的酸梅醬 放在瓶子裏像豉油一樣要幾多有幾多。 地方亦不算太乾淨地面豉油淋淋的 很容易滑倒。總括來說, 同宜家香港普遍食肆一樣,就係錢係識收但是嘢就畀唔到。

I went to this restaurant this afternoon, I was so excited about their food at the beginning, but the result turned out to be like it was just ok. Their waitor's attitude was not that good. we ordered and we waited for like over 30 minutes, it was a long time for me ,especially for a hungry person like me. The taste of the food was not that good as I imagined before, as this restaurant is quite famous in hk. That's why I came. but it was not a good experience.

整體上對比太興,食物質,量,價皆遠勝。


以燒鵝質素而言,與裕記,一樂,甘氏各店各有千秋。

它不是深井燒鵝的元祖店,卻是市區燒味茶餐廳的先行者。
裕記最近都在尖沙咀開了飯莊,賣約90元燒鵝雙拼飯麵粉。
以它們的燒味質,量,口碑,其實是大有可為。

The soup that's served for $8 hkd is of pork bone and carrots. It was satisfying on a cool Sunday evening in November.

The choy sum vegetable stir-fried was decent (if they F' that up, I would defaulted to stay away - How can you mess that up as an authentic Chinese restaurant?!)

The check came right after the BBQ rice plates arrived, and as rude and crass as it may seem, it was tossed right on the table before the remainder of our orders were brought out to the table. (Side note: tips are not expected here).

Maybe it was a Sunday evening, but it seems that many people eating here are mandarin speakers from the mainland.

In all two rice dishes, a soup, and stir fry vegetables came out to about $182 hkd. Not too bad, but it wasn't worth the little walk from our hotel either.

This place left much to be desired but I gave them an ok because I'm comparing to places I've been in the rest of china. Had I compared this place to ny....the roasted BBQ items would be in the 2.5 out of 5 category overall because the taste of their items are due to msg.
