那晚在皇后大道西開完會,人好累,想吃簡單一點就回家。我們一行兩人看到陳勤記,本來想吃鵝飯,結果還是抵擋不住點了幾款招牌菜 😋以前吃鹵水鵝都是鵝片,這次我們點了1/4下莊、另外還有煎蠔餅和芋茸香酥鴨、白飯和啤酒。下莊脂肪比較多,下次還是點鵝片好了。煎蠔餅的蠔很鮮甜,煎得恰到好處 👍。香酥鴨的主要成份是芋茸,味道很好,有驚喜!不過埋單價錢是有些意外,因為要計茶芥及加一,比酒樓還要貴,結果兩個人要$550 😱 continue reading

見到上環這老店有米芝蓮推介,決定入去探過究境。正值午市,點一個鹵鵝紅腸飯做午餐。嘩!鹵水鵝果然名不虛傳!肉質肥美嫩滑,鹵汁非常入味,再沾蒜醋提味,完全無骨,好好味呀!最重要個鹵汁不會得個咸字,味道有D層次。紅腸則普普通通大路貨式,白飯軟綿,配肥鹵鵝一流。雖然簡簡單單一餐,連茶芥也索價過百,份量偏少,真的有少少貴。 continue reading

民以吃為天,用味蕾來體驗食的文化是一件多麼美好的事。經營超過半世紀的陳勤記,憑著米芝蓮車胎人美食的推介,令人更為廣知。鹵水鵝果然名不虛傳,去骨後的鹵鵝啖啖肉,嫩滑肥美而且十分入味,可惜碟頭飯的份量非常少,作為一個女生都略嫌不足夠。店內的通道非常窄小,店員拿托盤經過,托盤的位置剛好在客人的後腦附近,只要客人坐直,就會撞到,驚險萬分,要多加注意。 continue reading
