對於中秋節全日都要上班的打工仔來說,和朋友一起吃個好味的午餐算是另一種的抗抑鬱方法,還要特別挑選米芝蓮推介餐廳是常識吧👻朋友今天想吃潮洲菜,帶了我來陳勤記。小店來説,裝修算不錯!午飯時間不算太多人!以米芝蓮推介餐廳來説,午市套餐算抵食!朋友點了滷水鵝飯。我點了蠔仔肉碎泡粥。粥底鮮甜味美,蠔仔很新鮮又大粒。最正是粥內下了很多烤得好香的方魚,將整碗粥的味道提昇到另一層次😻😋家鄉煎蠔烙應該用了雞蛋和鴨蛋,所以蛋味特別香濃,蠔肉大大粒又新鮮,真是無得彈😻😻😻 continue reading

係上環返工都有兩個禮拜,大鄉里初出城,緊係以為呢度食午飯貴到唔捨得食,細心搵下,原來都唔係間間賣貴野,都有正常價位既餐廳,今次呢間就係其中一個例子。同另一個新同事誤打誤撞黎左呢間陳勤記,入到去環境唔大,但有古樸風格,感覺都幾舒服,後來先發現原來以前唔係咁既裝潢,大裝修過一次先變成宜家咁。我地係食午餐,各自叫左碗面,分別係雲吞麵同魚蛋麵加底。另外,同事仲追加一碟炸魚皮,我就加左杯凍奶茶。呢玩就係我加左底既魚蛋麵,正價32,加底加8蚊岩岩好40再加5蚊有杯凍奶茶,盛惠45元正,唔算太貴。味道方面,湯底頗鮮但略咸,麵線爽口,魚蛋魚片普普通通,唔算彈牙爽口,不過不失。 continue reading

早前做陳勤記團購, $99當$150用.見有米芝蓮餐廳做團購, 所以買了8張共7人齊齊過海食飯去~結果中伏了!超失望!期望最大的杏汁燉白肺湯 $248完全冇杏汁味, 同普通例湯冇分別. 相片同真實的奶白色湯底...簡直相差十萬八千里遠.老水鵝上莊 $198本身諗住不要半隻, 若好味的話, 便再叫多碟其他老水.此鵝食落口軟林, 不錯. 但老水味很輕, 鵝味也沒有, 所以我們亦沒有再叫其他老水食物了.椒鹽雙拼, 因沒有九肚魚, 故改為鮮魷拼白飯魚 $118沒特別, 都係點醬汁食. (魷魚同白飯魚差唔多闊度)芋茸香酥鴨 $188好味, 但入面唔覺有鴨肉...因第一次食此菜式, 所以佢炸得唔油, 我覺唔錯.海蜇手撕雞 $88海蜇同雞都冇乜味, 普通啦.金華四寶蔬 $88正常, 可食方魚肉碎泡粥 $108正常, 可食黑椒肉碎四季豆 $88牛肉勁咸, 四季豆正常. 但超級多油返沙香芋 $112可以檸檬意米水 $28一般. 深水埗公和既好飲好多經過此役後, 我都係幫襯返小店算.  continue reading

這家店是米芝蓮推介的,應該不錯吧!與一大班同事放工趕到這裡食,晚上七時,店內食客不多。店員亦都好親切,態度好好!都有向我們推介店內出名的菜式。這個是炸芋頭泥,好好味,外酥內綿!好味道!鵝片我是個好少食鵝的人,因為鵝實在太貴了!今次同同事一班人食,食以,有幸食到這個鹵水鵝!味道不錯,幾香鵝味!鵝肉很軟滑,讚!蠔洛即是蠔餅,是半油炸的蠔餅!個人覺得麻麻地,因為實在是太油膩了!炸魷魚粉漿不ok,沒有味道,所以不太好味。反砂芋這個反砂芋真的是超班!好好味!外面的是白砂糖,炒得脆口,而入面的芋頭入口即化!口感超滑!連同砂糖一齊食,是個好邪惡的甜品。這一餐真的是大滿足,而且我們還用了團購卷,更加抵食! continue reading

遠方的好朋友到港之第二天,相約到上環試 - 陳勤記鹵鵝飯店這間餐廳是J先生有次無意之中遊走上環時發現的!所以這次他就介紹一起去試踏入餐廳,我就看到很多米芝蓮推介有點驚;因之前去過很多米芝蓮餐廳也中伏的。餐牌滷水鵝 1/4 下庄鵝肉吸收了滷水汁丶肉質軟淋丶味道剛剛好J先生讚不絕口,滷水汁不偏咸或偏淡!方魚肉碎粥米煮得有嚼口丶肉碎軟丶方魚粒帶少許咸香潮洲炒河炒河夠乾身丶條條河粉分明丶蝦仔肉質彈牙好朋友很滿意這頓午餐陳勤記 總結:一定要試! continue reading
