今晚放工突然好想好想食蠔仔粥,老公見我咁想食,就帶我去連續多年獲得米芝蓮推介的陳勤記鹵鵝飯店食潮州菜。陳勤記位於上環皇后大道西,距離上環地鐵站不遠,店舖設計時尚得來帶點古典味,好有食潮州菜的風味。這裏餐點選擇好多元化,滷水、湯、海產、家禽、特式小菜、粥粉麵飯,甚至鮑蔘翅肚都一應俱全。鹵水鵝1/4下莊打冷當然唔少得鹵水鵝,這裏可以選擇要上莊(胸部位置起鵝片)或者下莊(鵝脾位置起骨),我鐘意脾,所以要了下莊。唔好以為1/4隻得好少,原來這裏的鵝好大隻,我們只叫了1/4隻就有非常大碟。這裹的鹵水非常甘香香醇帶有鵝鮮,不死鹹,是日月精華,不愧是米芝蓮推介餐廳。鹵水鵝好肥美,鵝油好豐富,肉質爽口,但皮下脂肪不算多,啱晒鐘意食鵝但又驚食到滿口脂肪的人。鹵水鵝腸鹵水鵝腸清洗得好乾淨,入口爽脆帶點脂香,掛上甘香香醇的滷水汁,也是一道打冷不可或缺的菜式。蠔仔肉碎泡粥(小鍋)打冷當然也不少得蠔仔肉碎泡粥,即叫即做,熱辣辣,蠔仔份量好多,每一口食到好多蠔仔,而且蠔仔隻隻都脹卜卜,無沙無殼,鮮甜美味,配上方魚肉碎,美味可口,必食之選。貴為多年米芝連推介餐廳,這裏價錢好親民,人均消費港幣250就可以食到捧著肚子,實在是性價比高。 continue reading

My friend and I went to a restaurant called “Chan Kan Kee Chiu Chow Restaurant” (.上環陳勤記) located in G/F, 11 Queen's Road West, Sheung Wan上環皇后大道西11號地鋪.The restaurant won Michelin guide reward (連續6年贏得米芝蓮車胎人美食推介餐廳) for 6 consecutive years!!!The restaurant is decorated in simple and neat style with a touch of Chinese flair! i.e. Chinese lanterns and furniture.We came there in lunch time. So affordable lunch sets are available!! Price range from HKD$55-82 with a free drink!“Soyed goose meat rice”滷水鵝飯HKD$72How can you not try the signature soyed goose when you come here!!..This lunch set is way cheaper than the a la carte soyed goose which costs over HKD$200 for 1/4 bird!!“Satay beef in fried rice noodle”沙嗲牛肉炒河粉HKD$78..The beef is juicy, tender and soft...Although it seems a lot of sauce. But the noodle is not too salty!!..Rich in flavours!!!Yummmmm..Highly recommended!!“Fried scallops with broccoli”西蘭花炒帶子HKD$188..The broccoli is lushly green, crunchy! Not oily at all! 一提到潮州菜我就會諗起鹵水鵝、蠔仔粥,哈哈,但潮州菜又點止呢兩樣招牌菜呢!今晚朋友就話帶我去老子號陳勤記鹵鵝飯店擦餐飽!一路上,我已經諗好我想食咩,蠔仔粥、鹵水鵝一定走唔甩,其他就由我朋友發板。鹵水鵝1/4上莊,一上枱已經流晒口水,滷水鵝肉整齊排列好每片厚薄適中。鵝片色澤好靚,肉質鮮嫩!鹵水味道一流!芋茸香酥鴨,雖然不是潮州菜,但這麼考功夫嘅菜式都唔係度度有得食鴨肉上面分別有兩層不同口感的芋蓉及芋酥,外層夠酥脆、內層芋泥口感細膩綿密潮州糖醋麵,脆脆的麵條加糖加鎮江醋, perfect match!方魚炒芥蘭,非常鮮嫩可口嘅芥蘭再加上方魚咸咸嘅鮮味,好惹味!我最期待的潮州蠔仔泡粥,新鮮脹卜卜嘅蠔仔能夠帶出粥豐富嘅海鮮味道和獨特嘅口感。呢排咁潮濕嘅天氣,胃口又冇乜。呢個鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯,香濃好味又辣辣地就啱晒! continue reading

今日走在皇后大大道道西,看見「陳勤記鹵鵝飯店」,回想起昔日上環有條很聞名的巷仔,叫潮洲巷.......於是,我二話不說走進「陳勤記鹵鵝飯店」。潮洲鹵水鵝和福果芋泥$49是非嘗不可的,我選擇鹵水鵝髀併豆腐、鵝腎(例)$268,白飯$15。亮麗的鹵水鵝髀併豆腐、鵝腎隨著香味撲鼻而來,色和香已經令我食指大動,色和香都有了!便要嘗嘗味....皮香肉嫩、脂肪少、鵝味濃,鵝髀已切件,鵝髀骨都入味,豆腐有豆香,沾鹵水汁吃,味道好到非筆墨能形容!鵝腎只吃到甘香鬆化,吃不到堅靱無比的筋,這是廚師的細心。吃完鹵水鵝髀併豆腐、鵝腎,雖然已經很飽,但並未滿足,因為未嘗傳統汕頭馳名甜點~福果芋泥,軟軟綿綿的芋泥略甜少少,但和福果(白果)一起細嘗,又剛剛合適,真的妙不可言!我有留意海報介紹調味醬料,我向侍應查詢,原來是飯店專用醬料,也有零售;我對甜豉油和普寧豆醬很感興趣,於是都各買一瓶。除了招牌鹵水鵝外,我仲好有興趣嘗試蠔餅、蠔仔肉碎粥等。。。 continue reading

在這不停在銳變的香港,能夠屹立不倒的老店必定有其獨特之處。上環陳勤記鹵鵝店傳承三代,仍然能夠將其招牌滷水食品發揚光大,亦提供正宗潮州小菜去滿足食客,並屢獲殊榮,實是難得。今天和妹妹十二時正來到陳勤記,原來未到午飯時段,食客已不少。幸好等了二三分鐘,枱已執好,可以入座。這𥚃的裝修古色古香,非常雅緻,枱、椅和燈飾看來都是歷史,但也保存得好。樓面層地方不大,可坐二十位左右客人吧,不過樓上亦有坐位。~滷水鵝併五香滷肉飯 $76馳名滷水鵝果然名不虛傳,脂肪少而肉厚,一點也不肥膩,肉質細緻不韌。滷肉肥瘦分明,吃起來爽口。滷鵝和肉的醬汁味道恰到好處,不會過鹹又不會不夠味。沾上醬汁的白飯頓時都變得滋味。配菜是惹味菜脯爽口微辣,清綠菜芯亦為這碟飯添上色彩。~潮州炒河粉 $68上枱時香氣四溢,河粉條條分明,材料豐富,蝦仁爽口,蛋碎沾了醬汁非常惹味,肉絲亦醃得入味。我倆不消一會兒便吃掉整碟炒粉了!現今香港炒得如此有鑊氣的河粉,實在買少見少。給個like!~熱檸檬薏米水 (跟午餐加$9)薏米煲得淋滑,好易入口。薏米水甜甜的,配了酸的檸檬,味道變得多層次,甜中帶酸,既醒胃又健康。~潮州炸雙棗 $120剛炸好的蝦棗和蟹棗是熱騰騰的,果然是即叫即製。蝦棗較爽口彈牙,蟹棗內的蟹肉豐富。金黃色的雙棗配甜醬油來吃,味道會更好。~香煎青瓜烙 $86青瓜爽脆清香,煎得不會過火的青瓜烙餅邊是微脆的,吃起來軟腍煙韌。~咸菜胡椒燉豬肚湯 $49暖胃胡椒豬肚湯最適易在潮濕天氣喝的,辣胡椒能散寒,令人增加食慾。潮州咸菜咸咸酸酸,頗為醒胃;豬肚爽口,滲了胡椒的辣和清香。這個燉湯的胡椒頗辣,果然是真材實料。我們離開飯店的時候,店內已坐無虛席,其中不乏前來買外賣的食客,這老店的實力顯然易見! continue reading
