係上環返左工一段時間,都食左唔少次陳勤記,但一路都無為佢寫過食評,最近得閒啲,就等我寫低佢嘅味道先。次次黎我都係點招牌四寶飯。首先講講菜莆先,有微辣,味道調得好好味,加埋個鹵水汁,送飯一流。紅腸薄切,腩肉一層肥一層瘦,大腸睇落洗得好乾淨,唔會太肥,而且鹵得好入味。個蛋黃沾上鹵水汁,配埋啖飯一齊食,又有鹵水味,又有蛋香,超正。不過美中不足就係蛋白有少少太硬。總括黎講,呢個四寶飯份量剛剛好,味道仲十分好添 continue reading

這晚又來到這老字號吃潮州菜,暫時不理會什麼膽固醇、脂肪,就來碟鵝腸拼鵝腎,這店就是沒有鵝肝,上次來的時候,還要到隔壁的店買!!因為這晚比較冷清,所以廚房像為我們而準備。跟著來的是芋茸香酥鴨,其實都不明白為什麼叫鴨?但相當好味,雖然比較油~~方魚芥蘭是必點的,無得輸。椒鹽九肚魚+椒鹽鮮魷雙拼,一次滿足兩個願望,抵!最後的沙嗲牛肉炒河,飽都吃光光。雖然有些食客覺得水準不同往日,但為什麼要比較呢?昨日的口味不同今日,廚房也不同吧!!好味又沒有標準,好味與否全是自己的心水吧了!! continue reading

那晚在皇后大道西開完會,人好累,想吃簡單一點就回家。我們一行兩人看到陳勤記,本來想吃鵝飯,結果還是抵擋不住點了幾款招牌菜 😋以前吃鹵水鵝都是鵝片,這次我們點了1/4下莊、另外還有煎蠔餅和芋茸香酥鴨、白飯和啤酒。下莊脂肪比較多,下次還是點鵝片好了。煎蠔餅的蠔很鮮甜,煎得恰到好處 👍。香酥鴨的主要成份是芋茸,味道很好,有驚喜!不過埋單價錢是有些意外,因為要計茶芥及加一,比酒樓還要貴,結果兩個人要$550 😱 continue reading

發臭的蠔仔粥……食五粒有兩粒已臭得很,向店舖投訴完全不負責任,叫他拿去廚房吃未吃過剩餘的大半湯碗又唔肯,我們一行6人都吃了2啖都反胃,埋單照收88元的蚝仔粥!好在冇叫加大!川椒雞 只得八片雞肉 濕淋淋 …… 差!豉油皇線球 百幾蚊碟只得八舊,得過鹹……差!炸豬大腸 完全炸唔透,味道好壓 十分差!鹵水鵝拼盤 二百幾蚊,細碟 豆腐硬 味道一般!反沙芋 一碟8舊 味道都一般!整體鋪頭的東西又貴又細碟味道 十分只得三分 送鎚仔! continue reading

見到上環這老店有米芝蓮推介,決定入去探過究境。正值午市,點一個鹵鵝紅腸飯做午餐。嘩!鹵水鵝果然名不虛傳!肉質肥美嫩滑,鹵汁非常入味,再沾蒜醋提味,完全無骨,好好味呀!最重要個鹵汁不會得個咸字,味道有D層次。紅腸則普普通通大路貨式,白飯軟綿,配肥鹵鵝一流。雖然簡簡單單一餐,連茶芥也索價過百,份量偏少,真的有少少貴。 continue reading
