Originating from Thailand’s northeast ‘Isaan’ region, this cuisine has a raw, down-to-earthiness about it that is rarely found in other regions. Local herbs and spices add depth to their signature dishes Gai Yang and papaya salad, and a new flavourful green beef curry, which will be exclusively available on TCSM. Chachawan’s Food Truck will be serving wholesome ‘Isaan’ style dishes with flavours that pack a punch!
