SmokeyShuxian: 這是水仙的巧克力。巧克力內的茶味比苿莉還淡,只是隱約嚐到花香。

DarkSpice:鐵觀音巧克力。我對茶不太熟悉,不過聞說鐵觀音會回上帶蜜味,香氣馥郁持久。蜜味之纖細,恐怕在70%巧克力下很難會察覺得到。
DarkEmbrace普洱巧克力。這是普洱嗎?

這裡的巧克力值得一試,但個人認為西茶巧克力比中茶做得出色。
作為夜上海的姐妹,本以為中茶會比較突出呢。

臨行前問了店員小姐說尖沙咀應該有售茶克力,只是沒有古力櫃,要問店員查詢。
而這兒的巧克力全是在尖沙咀製造後送過來的。
謝謝店員小姐細心的幫我在小冊子上記上哪一顆巧克力配對什麼名稱。

特別的茶味朱古力之前睇介紹,所以特登來買。如果剩系講朱古力的味道,我覺得唔系太香同太滑,唔知系唔系加佐茶味的原因。不過都算系幾特別的朱古力,可以試下,同埋比我想象中要好味道,原來茶同朱古力系可以加埋來食嘎。。。當中,普洱同玫瑰味會茶味比較濃。

既La Maison之後又一次既朱古力之行,三樓其實唔算易去,佢本身同夜上海係Combine左一齊既,到左間鋪,13蚊一粒咁有特色既朱古力,ok wor,之後買左一粒龍井(其實佢茶味本身太淡,朱古力味出黎佢自然冇訂企);抹茶(佢咬落去好得意,D朱古力漿係噴出黎你把口......)同埋最好食、最入味既玫瑰(可能因為濃夾濃......大家50/50自然相得益彰)如果夜上海既分店(JUST LIKE尖咀)有得賣會唔會對兩者都愛既人更方便呢?

* 每款朱古力嘅茶味,喺食第1啖最為明顯.........比較鍾意嗰d都喺本身茶味清幽,個性鮮明.........咁就唔易比朱古力味搶過,互有發揮

* 此店應該屬於夜上海嘅1部份,因佢"痴"住喺佢出面..........所以水牌唔會搵到茶古力嘅店子...........喺水牌上,要用夜上海個名嚟搵先得

今天只試了2款...flowerpassion(jasmine+40.5%ghana) 、darkembrace(pu'er+75%tanzania)。flowerpassion...初入口,淡淡的,沒太大的感覺。正當感到失望之際,茉莉花的香味始慢慢滲出...呀~蠻不錯的配搭。而且,亦不太甜,值得一試~ 5分的話,我會給4分darkembrace...因為喜歡黑巧克力,亦喜歡喝普洱,就毅然試試,雖然覺得這個配合有點奇怪- - 但味道不普洱的味道不突出,整體味道不太好。 5分的話,我只會給3分。服務方面,還過得去...服務員雖有點板口板臉,但找贖時由於沒有十元紙幣,也有為此致歉(雖於我而言,這並不是甚麼問題); 有問亦有答,都ok啦...和先前的食評一樣,包裝方面有待改善。如不是購買禮盒的話,不論購買數量,只會用一個紙袋盛載。想到2顆不同味道的巧克力相撞時,想多買幾款不同味道但留待明天食用也不行。但自吃的話,購禮盒裝又不太划算 2顆茶克力禮盒裝售$58,8顆$128。

今天是齋妹的生日正日, 要做既野當然要比平日約會多啦. 茹朱古力的她, 當然要找些比較特式既巧克力. 來氹一氹小妮子開心.在金鐘找朱古力店, 其實選擇不少, 在看過 Foodie Wil 同 Supersupergirl 既食評之後. 發覺這裡的巧克力比較特別. 就決定來找找. 不過, 若是你靠 Pacific Palce 既 shop directory, 一定找不到. 前一天放工找, 發現 shop directory 冇呢間朱官力鋪而放棄, 決定找別的.女友生日當日, lunch time, 決定再找多一找, 不果便去 Vero. 結果, 再跟地址往3樓找, 原來這家朱古力店, 就是寄居在夜上海門口, 是夜上海的一部份. 難怪 Shop Directory 冇啦. 幸好有 openrice. 以茶味朱古力黎做主題, 而且寄居的店是一家上海飯店, 中國式的朱古力, 印象中只會想起時斯的出品. 本身做上海菜的館子, 其出產的朱古力是怎樣的呢. 這個就當然等我的朱古力魔王去慢慢試清楚.味道, 有9款, 由日本的綠茶, 英國的伯爵茶, 中式的普洱, 香片, 水仙....玫瑰花茶等等等.

女友生日當日, lunch time, 決定再找多一找, 不果便去 Vero. 結果, 再跟地址往3樓找, 原來這家朱古力店, 就是寄居在夜上海門口, 是夜上海的一部份. 難怪 Shop Directory 冇啦. 幸好有 openrice.

以茶味朱古力黎做主題, 而且寄居的店是一家上海飯店, 中國式的朱古力, 印象中只會想起時斯的出品. 本身做上海菜的館子, 其出產的朱古力是怎樣的呢. 這個就當然等我的朱古力魔王去慢慢試清楚.

味道, 有9款, 由日本的綠茶, 英國的伯爵茶, 中式的普洱, 香片, 水仙....玫瑰花茶等等等. 不用吃已經能聯想起其味道, 而且一看賣相, 好容易便能分得出呢粒是什麼茶, 什麼味的巧克力.

送人的朱古力, 花點心思找家特別的, 總好過食黎食去都係邵幾隻出名牌子...

I like tea, british tea, and chinese tea, so when I saw FoodieWil's post of chocolate with different tea fillings inside I had to give it a try. My first encounter of chocolate and tea was Lipton's chocolate tea, which tastes quite nice. I picked seven flavours out of the nine. I like tea, british tea, and chinese tea, so when I saw FoodieWil's post of chocolate with different tea fillings inside I had to give it a try. My first encounter of chocolate and tea was Lipton's chocolate tea, which tastes quite nice.

I picked seven flavours out of the nine. All uniquely decorated, however they were not marked indicating its flavour. I would hope that in the future they would have leaflets with the flavours and pictures for the people with less sensitive taste buds.
Also it would help people to identify the flavours if it was given as a gift.

I tried the delicate light flavours to begin with such as Jasine, Iron Buddha and progressed with Oolong being the last. Each were distinctively different, the chocolate breaking down in the mouth and oozing with tea flavour. I liked the fact that the delicate tea flavours were paired with the gentler chocolates, and the strong teas were matched with the bitter chocolates just like FoodieWil mentioned.
I dont like Pu'er, due to its earthy/mud taste however with chocolate it takes that taste away which makes it very delectable. I did not pick NISHIOCHA as I am not a fan of white chocolate or Matcha, also I think the creaminess of the white chocolate would cover the matcha. But anyway my favourite flavours were FLOWERPASSION, DARKSPICE, and DARKEMBRANCE which I never thought I was going to like.

Packaging wise, could be improved, a box should be provided for free, as Hong Kong is a very hot place and the gourmet chocolates will have stuck together by the time you've gone home. My order was fairly big, and picking chocolates out of a bag takes the fun out of it, I like to have that indulgence factor of opening the box and being indecisive of which chocolate to pick.

Cha.Ke.Li is a play of words that makes resemblance to the word CHOCOLATE, and being a branch of Ye Shanghai, Cha.Ke.Li stops at nothing to create fusion of the Western-dominating sweets with Chinese elements, and what is more Chinese than the ever-so-popular TEA?!

Having been around for more than 6 months, Cha.Ke.Li stands on the side by the entrance of Ye Shanghai. Neatly decorated with a crystal showcase that display praline-based chocolates like they are jewels, Cha.Ke.Li pioneers and excels at infusing Chinese tea in its chocolates. There are a total of 5 to 6 chocolates in the showcase, and the flavours are in rotation. Each tea is paired with a special blend of chocolate that is thoroughly tested to match with the tea's smoky flavor.

For $13 apiece, it's not difficult to go through the entire collection. I find FLOWERPASSION (Jasmine with Ghana 40.5%) the best. The sweet floral taste of Jasmine blossoms matches with a lighter Ghana blend chocolate. MONKEY KING (see chocolate statue in picture), is a rose-tea flavoured praline coated with darker chocolate. BRITISCHAZTEC has a fine detailed appearance, the filling is sweet with Earl Grey, as the bergamot taste is so prominent you'll realize the smoky aftertaste only after the citrus has faded away.

NISHIOCHA (Matcha and White chocolate) is the unlikely choice here, even though the combination has been popular in desserts in recent years, I find the tea part not potent enough, and with white chocolate it's not uncommon that the praline is a little on the sweet side. If you like dark chocolate the best I recommend DARKEMBRACE (Pu'er Tea with Tanzania's 75% bitter chocolate), the darkest of it all, as the bitterness in the tea enhances the filling's smokiness throughout.

Share the joy of having this 'dark fix'. I find the combination inspirational, as teas have never been popular these days, but so is chocolat. Pairing the two together is truly a new thing. The simplicity lies within the enjoyment of something so different, yet familiar to us all.
