端午節晚上,和親友們聚餐,因最近疫情關係,大家已經很少見面,難得聚首,於是找個寧靜而舒適的環境晚飯。 一進入這家中菜館,寛廣的大門很有氣派,而具有特色的傢具和中式擺設亦吸引,十分配合整個餐廳的氣氛和格調。店員親切地引領我們到預訂的房間,面積很大,10多人坐在一起亦不覺擠逼。而且同一時間有兩位侍應招待我們,真的有賓至如歸的感覺。 這次套餐的食物由舅父預先和酒店商量好,是典型的中菜晚餐,每一道菜都賣相精緻,味道極佳,以下數款值得介紹。 車打芝士百花釀蟹鉗 看似平平無奇的炸蟹鉗,像是一般酒樓的菜式。但原來咬一口,發現內裡半融化的車打芝士像是流心般慢慢流出來,它的香氣和蟹鉗的味道很匹配,簡直是人間美味。 西蘭花炒帶子 帶子有西蘭花及三色椒伴著,顏色鮮艷豐富,視覺上得到滿足感。味道方面,整碟餸菜炒得夠鑊氣。帶子肉充滿海水味,亦帶鮮甜,炒得剛剛熟,肉質腍身可口。西蘭花及三色椒新鮮多汁,爽脆無比。 玉環瑤柱甫 玉環感覺清新,炆得軟腍入味。瑤柱一梳一梳的肉質,它的鹹香亦吸引和迷人。 花膠雞燉湯 用燉盅盛載,燉盅表面燙手,內裡熱湯溫度極高。燉湯非常清澈,幾乎沒有油份,雞味濃郁。把花膠撈起,相當巨型!花膠充滿膠質,入口有黏著的感覺,證明它骨膠原豐富。 炆鮑魚 用蠔油醬汁炆得入味,鮑魚肉質軟腍,可輕易切開,入口滑溜。 整體食物質素極高,環境寛闊而寧靜,服務極之貼心和周到,這絕對是值得推介的中菜館。 continue reading

每次來喜來登酒店,都是去雲海。今次打算同大蛙和小蛙一起鋸鮑魚慶祝生日,所以去天寶閣一試,有驚喜喎!環境舒適、服務很好👍🏻!未去之前,已經在網上找定 Menu 睇吓有咩食,當然要睇吓有什麼招牌名菜,招牌菜 order 了芝士焗釀鮮蟹蓋、魚子芙蓉蛋白龍蝦球,兩樣餸菜都好好味,個人覺得芝士焗釀鮮蟹蓋的芝士再焗金黃色多少少更好,會更加香。魚子芙蓉蛋白龍蝦球就啖啖肉,夠特別!大蛙喜歡喝酒,就 order 一支紅酒慶祝,由品酒師推介,非常好介紹和配合食物,我們叫了炸蟹鉗(彈牙,蝦膠重少蟹肉),但不是我喜歡的炸蟹鉗,有點失望。)有酸汁(品酒師就提醒我們酸汁會影響酒味)配食。值得一讚!最攪笑就係小蛙用刀切蟹鉗時,就飛咗3/4 落地(咁就跌咗$100落地),無得食啦!於是大蛙同我即刻切D蟹鉗比小蛙一起分享,還說笑,這個失誤要講足十年,大家就哈哈大笑😂!但侍應即時見到就拾走地上蟹鉗,然後即刻免費叫廚房弄過一隻給小蛙。服務真是好好!非常感謝!當然主菜——鮑魚,超好味!又大隻(本來叫一人一隻,但他們只剩下兩隻,唯有三個人 share 兩隻啦!)甜品的甜度很好,樣樣都好味,最開心見到懷舊的芝蔴卷!這晚真的很滿意又攪笑!再次祝大蛙生日快樂、主恩滿溢! continue reading

天寶閣位於尖沙咀喜來登酒店二樓內的餐廳,疫情下酒店住客稀少,然而餐廳內顧客亦算多,擺枱亦比預期多,建議必需訂座。是夜為提前慶祝端午節及家人生日的日子,美中不足的是,餐廳對食具的整潔情況,實屬非五星酒店之流,必需要改善。食物方面餐廳則保持一流水準,愈簡單的中菜,愈難處理,然而,餐廳處理得非常出色。推介菜式為迷你冬瓜盅,黑松露手撕雞,炸豆腐,天寶閣炒飯,均屬於一流水準。西檸雞之制作略為失色,炸粉太厚。 continue reading

今晚兩個同事請食飯,我就搵咗的最愛餐廳之一既天寶閣。去到,由帶位到點餐,酒店級服務,當然有水準。由我點餐,先點個頭碟牛展。主碟又點牛肋骨、四季豆、醬爆銀雪魚同天寶閣招牌炒飯。碟碟都色香味俱全,三個大男人,可能都比較細食,四季豆同炒飯都食唔晒。總括而言,我哋對今餐都好滿意。牛展,爽口和好有牛味。牛肋條,差不多入口即溶,都食到牛香味。四季豆,比較濃味,肉鬆夠同比例岩岩好。銀雪魚,外脆內嫩,完美。招牌炒飯,粒粒米飯,又係美食一絕。 continue reading
