這間印度餐廳除了有中東菜和墨西哥菜吃,還有意粉和Pizza,食物選擇繁多。不過來到印度餐廳,當然是吃印度菜🇮🇳😋。餐廳地方闊落整潔,有分室內室外,室內高雅舒適,室外則夠chill。另外還有bar枱。我們點了Samosa chaat加一個Set lunch。‖ Samosa Chaat ($108) ‖即印度咖喱角。咖喱角餅皮厚厚實實一層一層,裡面包著薯仔、豆、腰果和各種香料。面頭再鋪上大量乳酪、羅望子醬和薄荷醬,以及一些鷹嘴豆和點心麵。吃到咖喱角的印度香料味,口感不錯,但整體味道偏酸,層次感較遜色。‖ Set lunch ($118) ‖包前菜、主菜、甜品及飲品。感覺好抵,但份量較小。前菜和主菜一碟上。前菜選了Paneer Tikka,是一經爐烤的芝士塊。芝士用了cottage cheese,並加入印度香料。芝士味清淡,微微帶炭烤香。主菜選了Murg Saag。Murg意思雞,Saag意思綠葉蔬菜,這道菜用了菠菜,即菠菜蓉咖喱雞。味道較平淡,不香辣,雞肉軟綿。而跟配的naan,熱辣辣,厚度適中,口感煙韌。甜品是Homemade Rasmalai,自家製印度甜奶球。非常特別的一款甜品🤩!(雖然在印度是非常普遍😂) 口感像浸濕了的海綿蛋糕,味道香甜帶獨有的香料味(來自小豆蔻),上面灑有番紅花和杏仁碎。未試過要試試!你應該會有個有趣反應😜。飲品點了Cappuccino。賣相吸引😍,泡泡稠密脹卜卜。富奶香,並帶點堅果香,味道不錯。 continue reading

老婆今日突然好想食印度菜🇮🇳,話同事介紹佢去一間隱藏於尖沙咀寶勒巷嘅正宗印度餐廳,叫佢記得留意下個....酒吧?!餐廳由地道印度人🇮🇳負責,所以對印度食物要求很高🥰。仲聘請咗印度五星級星級酒店名廚👨‍🍳,因此受到唔少印度客人捧場😍。餐廳劃分為3️⃣部分:酒吧、室內及室外。酒吧那邊設有長形吧檯,有型嘅混血調酒師🧔‍♂️(雖然唔想承認,但佢真係幾型😒),見佢巧妙地係雞尾酒🍸混入多種香料及香香草🌿,好多客人心心眼😍。唔怪得老婆同事叫佢留意酒精啦!所以我今日特登唔叫Cocktail🍸...;室內餐廳設有多張4️⃣人檯及梳化櫈,座位非常闊落舒適,空間感亦十足🥰;至於户外就猶如城市綠洲,打卡一流。Goan Shrimp Curry $168果亞椰香咖哩大蝦 蝦仁🦐口感彈牙,咖哩味道比較溫和,味帶微甜,有陣陣椰香🥥及蕃茄🍅香味,係一款大人同細路都鐘意食的咖哩。Kalmi Kebab $148爐烤特色香料雞腿 雞腿肉🐓烤得非常出色,表面焦香,肉質非常嫩滑多汁,香料味及辣味🌶同樣突出🥰。Lucknowi Lamb Curry $158北印度羊肉咖哩羊肉🐏炆得入味又軟腍,咖哩帶微微辛辣味🌶,令人越食越想食😋。Garlic Naan $42蒜香烤餅 烤餅表面焦香,餅皮非常鬆軟,蒜香味🧄突出,點配兩款咖哩汁都好夾,好好食😋。Lachha Paratha $42北印度抓餅 抓餅口感鬆脆,有陣陣牛油香味🧈。Afghani Mushrooms $138阿富汗瑪莎拉香料芝士釀蘑菇兩粒蘑菇🍄中間夾雜住香料及芝士🧀,味道鹹香,蘑菇質感嫩滑又非常juicy😍。Mahalabia $58中東牛奶布甸第一次食,覺得幾特別口感介於布丁🍮和奶酪🥛之間, 唔錯🥰。總括而言,女士千祈唔好望向酒吧方向!! continue reading

朋友請我食生日飯,選了這家位於尖沙咀寶勒巷的CARAT Fine Indian and Mediterranean Cuisine食印度菜。甫入餐廳,店面寬敞,裝潢有格調又夠乾淨企理,完全有別於重慶大廈內那些印度菜小館予人的印象。獲安排坐梳化卡位,座位闊落舒適。此餐廳除了供應印度菜外,也有地中海菜。不過我們只得兩個女生,胃能容納的餐點不多,這次先吃咖喱及烤餅吧!新德里懷舊三式小食拼盤,三款小食分別是乳酪扁豆蓉脆餅、脆炸小扁豆餅及印度特色鷹嘴豆空心脆球。和朋友都很喜歡吃乳酪扁豆蓉脆餅,脆餅上盛載著濃稠的乳酪,味道香甜,加上自家製羅望子醬、薄荷醬及紅石榴肉,每啖都酸酸甜甜,味道層次豐富,很開胃!鷹嘴豆空心脆球亦不錯,外脆的球,一咬下去,就嚐到溫和的鷹嘴豆蓉醬香。選了兩款不同的咖喱,一款是西印信德省慢煮羊肉咖喱,另一款是馬莎拉蕃茄咖喱龍脷魚柳。羊肉咖喱的醬汁加入藏茴香籽、小荳蔻及香菜,味道溫和,不會好辣。慢煮羊肉入口嫩滑,羊羶味不會太重,容易入口。馬莎拉蕃茄咖喱的質感稠身,蕃茄味不太突出,蕃茄與咖喱的味道相配融和。龍脷魚柳肉紮實不鬆散。食咖喱當然不少得Naan!餐廳招牌的皇室烤餅,混入番紅花、罌粟籽及杏仁,口感酥化,香氣十足!單吃Naan也能嚐到香料味~~另一款是蒜香烤餅,同樣酥化,而且蒜蓉香強烈,不蘸咖喱醬來吃,單吃也十分可口!飲品選了Mango Lassi,芒果味香甜,味道濃厚,酸酸甜甜的味道足以解辣又解膩~~雖然只吃了咖喱及烤餅,試到的食物款式不多,但每一道菜皆很美味啊!而且用餐環境舒適之餘,整體價格合理,不會太貴啊! continue reading

喺英國生活過嘅人都唔會否認,英國嘅印度菜係印度以外最好嘅。而呢一浸蒢,竟然喺香港搵到。成幢大廈都係阿差基地,搭𨋢上上落落嘅都係阿差。而且佢哋全部都斯文有禮靚仔/女。絕對 classic 嘅英倫印度餐廳格局,一入到去有個小酒吧,高枱淨係有得企,俾你one night Stan、等齊人、睇Menu、預先落order,飲杯嘢沉澱一下日間嘅繁囂。佢出邊仲有個平台,open air坐得好舒服。餐廳有隻窗可以see through廚房,睇住廚師表演,廚房好乾淨,啲廚都好有型。背景音樂仲要播住 Air Supply、Wet Wet Wet …. 真係時光倒流30年。Menu 清晰 中英並重,有幾辣,menu 都寫得清楚。先嚟一個 Fattoush Salad 黎巴嫩沙律。所有蔬菜都好鮮嫩爽口。好開胃。Chef’s Signature Veg Platter 大廚小食拼盤。Sindhi Korma 豆蔻香腰果奶油咖喱羊。Korma 系列嘅咖喱係我嘅至愛,主要由腰果、cream 再加獨門嘅香料打出嚟,唔辣,香滑。羊亦都好嫩。Lachha Paratha 北印度抓餅,我都係試新嘢咁樣亂咁點,呢款幾好食,比較濕身有麥味。呢度嘅「包(餅)」好講究,唔同嘅麵粉、香料、焗法…..好多選擇。我諗就好似我哋唔同嘅米飯咁樣。最後 Paan Ice-cream 自家製檳榔葉雪糕,very “interesting”。可以一試好特別。 continue reading

想食正宗印度菜 唔一定去重慶大廈嘅寶勒巷呢間樓上印度菜 環境好grand食物好味價錢都好實惠 每人200幾已經好飽喇Old Delhi Chaat Platter一個拼盤可以試到三款印度小食扁豆蓉脆餅同鷹嘴空心脆都好啱乳酪lover空心脆入面裝滿乳酪 記得快啲食 好易淋Carat's Tandoori Chicken 烤得啱啱好唔會乾 香辣惹味 就咁食已經好正點少少薄荷chutney更加有風味Goan Shrimp Curry椰香味比較重 味道好香 啱晒唔食辣嘅朋友蝦肉嘅份量都好多 口感好爽幾新鮮Carat's Butter Chicken每次食印度野必點嘅牛油雞個醬好rich帶少少辣 蕃茄味幾突出好開胃我地點左原味同乾蕃茄naan乾蕃茄就咁食都好好味 有少少油原味配咖哩最正 外層酥脆 幾有咬口幾煙韌Homemade Pista Kulfi雪糕口感比較厚同黏 加左好多開心果碎有咬口但印度甜品比較甜 一份大家share就啱啱好喇 continue reading
