Introduction
With two reastaurants in Hong Kong, Car Noodle's Family is a small food stall restaurant that sells Hong Kong-style noodles. Their most famous noodles is their signature yellow noodle soup with pork liver, radish and beef tendon.

早兩個月去唔点解冇開門。今尋決心要再去多次！大約11：45已經有3、4個人排隊，但好快到我。我叫左粗面牛腩、豬皮、尤魚。牛腩豬皮炆得好入味！咖喱尤魚亦好野味！唔怪得咁多人買淨送！加埋小小辣汁，我忍唔住飲左幾啖湯，好正！係份量較少同D麵再煮透D會好啲。食左幾分鐘門口已經出現人龍，由於舖面好細又要企喺度食，為免阻住人所以快D食完走人！我個人覺得呢間車仔麵好食過銅鑼灣榮記。遲多兩個禮拜再去食，不過會早D！

今日行過呢間有名車仔麵，忍唔住要來一試。我點咗一大碗粗麵，足足加咗四款餸！麵條兜住湯汁，辣椒醬嗌醒，勁入味！豬腸同豬皮點得好，咬落去夠哂腍，香滑得嚟不夠腥。至於雞翼就真係贏晒，滷得味道透徹，啖啖肉都飽滿得黎惹味。貢丸個個都夠勁彈牙，瞓喺湯底嘅冬菇都叮咗正正好，每啖咬落去都吸足咗鮮。時菜方面，我揀咗生菜同通菜，清爽打底，滋味十足！這個組合嘅價錢，真係無敵超值。食嘢嘅朋友哋，下次經過灣仔，記得唔好錯過呢間呀！🤩👍🍲

Went here with my colleague during lunch time to try out this cart noodle resto in Wan Chai..I selected Vermicelli for noodle, while choosing Sweet & Sour Gluten and Pig Red for ingredients. With a crispy exterior, the Sweet & Sour Gluten were juicy internally. It's interesting that even though it was soaked in the soup, their crispiness still remained. The cubicle Pig Red was huge and came with generous amount. They tasted savoury and complemented the soup well. .There was no seating, but only standing area in the resto, so most people did take away.

天氣凍 又係食湯麵嘅時候我鍾意食車仔麵哩間車仔麵好出名 久仰大名上星期終於試咗果真好食！難得當日係平日3點都keep住有人買 仲有台灣人慕名而來湯底好濃郁飲落咸咸甜甜 有滷水及花椒八角香餸有好多款 竟然有粉腸 好新鮮冇臭味 要試！🩵豬腸、雞翼入哂味 豬紅好滑 唔會一夾就散魷魚幾爽口最鍾意係佢個辣醬 似沙嗲+辣醬 好香好惹味 👍🏻👍🏻一定要加！另外酸齋都係必食炸到外層脆脆地 唔會有油溢味似係新鮮炸 order時先淋酸汁保持口感哩間車仔麵係會食完想再食的難怪咁出名！
