To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又喺行山日,老友知我喜歡挑戰吓,。又最好行啲未行過嘅,所以,今次由友人帶路,由粉嶺出發,經「蝴蝶山徑」起步,先嚟個前菜上到480M高嘅北大刀屻,接着走到是日主菜566M高嘅大刀屻,終點就喺嘉道理農場。晌呢個位,有巴士駁去大埔或元朗,元朗就大家都方便散水,所以,落到元朗就食個下午茶補補體力,最就腳就喺落咗巴士附近間「華星冰室」,一於揀呢度攤抖吓。呢間「華星」屬細鋪,內裡地方本身就唔好大,加上依家疫情,間起啲硬紙板,感覺就更逼狹,但都無辦法。餐牌就一大疊,不過,下午茶時段嚟到,主要就喺下午茶餐及全日套餐中作選擇。小弟原先都諗住食菠蘿油,不過,見佢有一款炒蛋菠蘿包,都喺一樣價錢,所以,就改改要呢個餐,提升菠蘿包嘅滋味。啲硬紙板唔止喺做間隔,仲喺用嚟宣傳吓餐廳嘅食品,如佢哋嘅包點唔落防腐,不含豬油,其實呢啲晌時下嘅飲食界都喺基本。炒蛋菠蘿包 $25首先個菠蘿包都有番咁上下大個,「菠蘿皮」亦好工整,而且,極之脆口,一口就碎到一枱都喺皮碎,然而,包身亦好軟熟,雖然喺來貨嘅,都喺有質素。炒蛋就睇得見塞滿好多,兼且都炒得滑,充滿蛋香,第一次食咁嘅組合,真喺唔錯喎。熱奶茶佢哋嘅紙板有介紹,用唔同粗幼嘅錫蘭紅茶嚟做,小弟就無深究咁樣做喺咪有根據,但總之出嚟杯奶茶色澤對辦,入口真喺醇厚細滑,茶底芳香。友人話大刀屻依家兩邊着滿草,十幾廿年前喺光禿禿,山頂位既尖又窄,遠睇確有大刀之態,依家仲保留以前嘅鐵鏈「扶手」,都想像到以前喺幾險要。如果唔點影相、打卡,行開山嘅朋友3個半鐘內可以行得晒,否則,都幾辛苦,因為上落梯級勁多,不過,我哋啲賤命,鍾意攞苦嚟辛,哈哈。行完山,出身汗,又嘆到份性價比咁高嘅下午茶,喺滿滿足足嘅一天。 continue reading

我們於1/5(六)約14:00到達餐廳,叫了3個餐:常餐:叉燒意粉、火腿煎蛋及牛油多士;咖央西多 及Pizza多士。❶常餐:叉燒意粉、火腿煎蛋及牛油多士($42)起初來的時候,只看到意粉,沒有叉燒,味道一般,火腿煎蛋及牛油多士也不是熱的,不值一顧。❷咖央西多($30):比外面餐廳的西多面積較細,咖央醬也不是很多。❸Pizza多士($28):有粟米,火腿,芝士,比較創新,也是唯一較好吃的食物。另外,待應在我們差不多吃完東西,喝飲品的時候,已經收拾好所有的餐具及碗碟,然後放比下一枱客人的餐具在枱面,感覺好似催人走,令食客感受不太好。 continue reading

元朗大把選擇真可以吾使揀佢早餐只可以通粉,常餐只可以跟公仔麵。正常都可以轉其他,吾轉得吾緊要既,但我吾知吾轉得,問下男樓面佢就黑口黑面勁吾耐煩,雖然帶住口罩,但眼神同態度都極吾友善。另外衛生都吾見得好好,佢放低兩杯水,但其中一個杯邊仲痴住食物既殘渣冇洗乾淨,因為我吾飲只用黎洗餐具,加上個男樓面好似得罪佢咁,都費事叫佢換。食物質素就中規中矩啦,都係火腿通同沙爹牛麵,冇特別好食,又吾難食。之後埋單,個女收銀又係好似得罪佢咁,黑口黑面又冇講幾錢同找幾錢,再加找錢用掉的,雖然我有眼睇張單既,但基本禮貌都冇。 continue reading

以前成日去旺角間華星冰室,元朗開左分店近屋企,咁岩經過突然想食就去買🍝鮮茄豬扒燴意粉 $45一向都好鐘意呢間的燴意粉,點鮮咁鐘意因為多洋蔥、蔥,同勁多汁!超濃港式茶餐廳鮮茄汁味道,正😋蕃茄又大件同都算多,可惜豬扒可以再煮淋d同好味d,同食完都口渴都多味精,不過呢個價錢,呢個質素完全可以接受😉另外服務態度算不錯,買外賣主動拉櫈俾我坐,仲好快就有,值得一讚👍🏻 continue reading
