To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 女朋友住在大埔但喜歡吃這家餐廳的早餐,今日早上有行與他來到這裏品嘗他所欣賞的茶餐廳早餐!食物果然與眾不同,我點了個炒蛋炒蛋質感十分滑估計入面有加了鮮牛奶, 培根雖然煎得不透徹,但不因為這樣而令到培根的質感有所改變,反而不太焦吃起上來質感也不錯,同時雞扒要煎得十分香配上燒汁吃起來外脆內軟! 反而家啡另外有少許失望,原本女友所說咖啡奶茶在這家餐廳是很不錯的選擇,但一看下去感覺並沒有很好喝的感覺,早餐已有驚喜,但咖啡也應該是早餐的靈魂,因而被我打了一些折扣! continue reading

一直都有光顧該店,一直都想寫個食評。悠閒星期天大約十二時半再來用餐,店裡員工依然親切有禮,不用多想就照舊來個常餐: 茶走少甜、叉燒意粉、火腿炒蛋多士。不一會,奶茶、叉燒意大利粉奉上。先嘗一口我的至愛-茶走。茶味濃又夠滑!  今天要品嘗一杯高質素既奶茶並不容易,呢度杯茶就給我大滿足!再來多士配火腿炒蛋,切塊火腿加炒蛋連多士一起品嚐乃指定動作。炒蛋滑、多士外脆內軟!再來多口濃滑奶茶,然後就係叉燒意粉啦。叉燒美味、量多(附圖叉燒放底)。意粉很有咬口。今次再來,發現此店數年來食物水準依然保特,菜式(看似)簡單,但心機絶不簡單。別以為又是常餐數款作招徠,我見對面食客叫來叉燒滑蛋飯甚吸引,而且還有其他新菜式,下次來必試。我應該係當日中午第二位客人,坐下不久,其他街坊一家大細都陸續來齊齊到食好嘢。 continue reading

屋企人話有張積分卡,好易儲夠分玩嘢食或者禮物,我都幫襯多咗,食多兩三餐換禮物又真係幾抵嘅!豬扒炒意,包飲品$50,唔係貴唔係平,豬扒有時會腍得滯,今日就肥肉多得滯。炒意有鑊氣,今次味道幾好吵得幾香。鍾意呢度意粉質地,夠彈牙,無論係湯意粉或者炒意粉都好適合。炒意係12點後先至有,如果早左黎就要等到12點。熱奶茶熱鴛鴦,熱奶茶熱鴛鴦都好飲。奶茶係用黑白牛奶同好濃茶膽,每次水準穩定,夠香濃又滑。近黎熱鴛鴦水準都穩定,咖啡奶茶比例剛剛好,鍾意飲熱鴛鴦嘅應該都唔會失望。 continue reading
