To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一直向旺角個間食開,見哩到開左間就諗住食下啦,但係勁失望同好嬲囉!侍應質素:華星向我心目中啲伙記算係甘多間有名氣既食店有禮貌既(對比澳牛,9記個啲),但石門哩間真係麻麻。條女粗聲粗氣,串串共甘😓食物質素 : 差!個牛肉蛋餅得蛋同好少既鹹牛肉,而且勁油,個重口講湯底明顯偷工減料,稀到爆!難食!體驗 : 直情係燥底,廚房大大聲喺度播賽馬直播,第一次俾我個公仔麵,係生既,食到麵入面係未煮熟,同佢講叫佢煮耐少少🤏,因為未熟,佢夠膽死第二次比份發哂水既公仔麵我,食左一啖,我火都黎埋,又淡又發水,你唔係甘樣都好意思攞岀黎啊!同個侍應講,佢成班都笠哂水,話問廚房,廚房梗係無岀聲,總之唔想點唔伏就千祈唔好入去食😑 continue reading

沙田碩門開咗間華星冰室,每次去都會吃他們的常餐,因為快靚正,趕時間最啱呀!裝修好有感覺因為放了很多兒時玩具好有兒時回憶。常餐係叉燒意粉、火腿炒滑蛋加多士多士非常香脆,炒滑蛋很幼滑蛋味夠濃夾上火腿一起吃真的絕配。叉燒湯意粉,叉燒份量頗多而意粉煙韌有咬口,湯底味濃郁。餐飲熱檸檬茶,茶底很濃厚茶味香加埋檸檬很醒胃。花生醬西多,西多很厚身香脆又大件,中間內裡加上花生醬做餡料,口感更加豐富好味。熱奶茶,茶味濃奶幼滑又香甜。 continue reading

好多年食過銅鑼灣果間嘅「常餐」覺得麻麻地。今日經過見到都諗左陣先決定試多次,諗住咁多年點都有啲改善掛。點知今次更失望。我都係食「常餐」。但問題如下:多士:算係成個餐最好食,但無乜牛油香味,作為厚多士,廚房搽牛油唔搽啲「角位」。但我地食厚多士第一口必定由多士的「角位」開始食。睇得出整包嘅有啲求其。但低處未算低....火腿炒蛋:一望啲炒蛋,散晒好似爛晒咁,見到已經唔開胃。一食落去全部都係油,係油浸蛋多過炒蛋。炒蛋身為重點嘅食物最令人失望。叉燒意粉:意粉好硬,明顯煮得唔夠熟。叉燒仲係有陣雪味,仲有肥膏痴住,食兩口已經唔想食。完全無叉燒嘅香味。總結:比好多年前更加難食。完全無heart去做。而仲要收48蚊唔平,我情願坐車出去食澳牛仲覺得值得。唔會再食華星。 continue reading
