雖然香港無冬天,但想打邊爐又點會難到香港人?一年四季想幾時食都得,而且火鍋配料多完化,實在令人又愛又恨。位於薈賢居的Canton Pot,是少有的酒店內的火鍋店,環境自然理想,部位廂房更有卡拉ok提供。餐前先飲杯竹蔗茅根水清清熱氣,另外,仲有廣西羅漢果水,再唔係開壺普洱茶都幾好。今晚仗著人多勢眾,前後點了姫松茸沉香養生湯鍋、古法沉香素八珍湯、花膠燉響螺湯及韓式牛肋骨湯四款供應期去到11月的湯底。當中素湯清清地又幾香菇菌味,而且最難得係所有refill湯底,都會用返原味,而不會加水就算,相當有誠意。每次去到Canton Pot,都覺得好「混醬」,因為有12款醬料 (蔥花、蒜蓉、指天椒、豆瓣醬、日式胡麻醬、普寧豆醬、自家制麻辣醬、花生醬、南乳、廖孖記腐乳皇、潮州辣椒油及沙嗲醬)比大家調較,當中竟然有廖孖記腐乳,蘸點肉類一流。海鮮今次只點了原隻褪殼既阿根廷紅蝦,蝦頭好多膏,蝦肉鮮甜,又可以當刺身食,正。沖繩豬肩肉(新品)雖然要淥熟,但毫不覺韌,肉味又濃,蘸點一下自家調製的腐乳蒜粒醬油,美味到一個點。而本地新鮮牛頸脊肉質鬆軟,簡單的淥十幾秒,生生地就食得,正。加上匈牙利綿羊豬肩胛肉同樣肉味羶香,這豬牛羊組合一流。餃子就有澳洲M5和牛芝士餃、羊肚菌黑豚肉餃及上海素菜餃,個人喜歡味濃的食物,芝士餃陣陣濃香好啱心意。至於丸類就有四寶丸(鮮黑松露豬肉丸、鮮墨魚丸、鮮蝦丸、陳皮鯪魚丸)及四合丸(以鮮蝦肉、鮮墨魚、露筍及金華火腿手打而成),全都不是現成貨,入口彈牙,難怪好快清晒。打邊爐都要健康,先來一份近年成了火鍋寵兒的有機花生芽,清爽有嚼口,記得要試,而最普通的蔬菜拼盤一定要點,加上有機粟米及檳榔芋頭,菜蔬類夠了。雜食中首推響鈴卷,點解?因為係由樹記腐皮鮮炸而成,若然興趣不大,咁卜卜脆又香口既酥炸魚皮又點睇?對於澱粉質怪一樣有好野,因為有三色麵拼盤同埋稻庭烏冬,餐廳提供小器具供客人淥麵,方便衛生,好過求其掟落水,淥到天昏地暗,一塌糊塗。到了尾聲,又係甜品時間,好多火鍋店提供既甜品都只是求求其其,好少有Canton Pot咁多。係川貝陳皮燉津梨、芒果楊枝甘露柚子水滴、意大利白酒奶凍、北海道3.6牛奶布甸、木槺布甸及紅蓮銀耳燉桃膠中,挑選了北海道3.6牛奶布甸,份量恰好,不會太大杯,冰涼透心。 continue reading

最近得知原來旺角有一間高質不離地的潮流火鍋店,當然要試一試。餐廳是位於旺角薈賢居2樓(簡約時尚的精品酒店),港鐵旺角站 A2 出口, 步行約6分鐘便可到達。朋友介紹是因為較早前,在這包了整間房間跟一大群朋友相聚,有得睇波、唱K,而且最低消費都只需$500/人(8-12人),絕對是抵玩之選。Canton pot環境闊絡,所以坐得相當舒服。店方更有提供不同酒類,細數一下,都有十多款可選擇,緊有一款適合你。當中更掛上了非凡的嚐牛巡禮,售賣不同地方的牛(更有不同部位),共有15款之多,差不多將成隻牛由頭食到腳。火鍋前,當然要先選醬料,有多達12款可選擇:香蔥、芫茜、蒜粒、沙嗲、花生醬、麻醬、辣椒、辣醬等...坐下後,會有一部IPAD 給你,可查看火鍋的湯底、配料,再跟店員下單便可。姬松茸沉香養生湯 - $398沈香養生湯用了沈香木、杞子、烏雞、瑤柱、紅棗、桂圓及瘦肉等等。一來時已經聞到濃郁的香味,湯底鮮甜味濃,味道更好有層次。店員更提醒先飲碗湯,後火鍋;飲了湯後,都停不了口,連續喝了好幾碗!美國牛頸脊 - $158美國牛頸脊油花佈滿由其密集,肉質相對結實爽滑,肉味較濃郁,爽滑味濃。匈牙利綿羊豬肩胛肉 - $298匈牙利雪藏綿羊豬是世界上品種最肥美的豬之一,肉面布滿油花且分布均勻,且油脂熔點低, 吃起來香甜而不膩,口感吃起來更像是牛肉般鮮嫩,還帶點嚼勁。自家製響鈴卷店中著名的自家製響鈴卷,每日鮮炸(頂級腐皮),稍微泡浸在湯內兩三秒,便可立即放入口,蘸滿了湯汁後,還略帶脆口,又有豆香,令人停不了口。OPENRICE 更做了點優惠:晚市火鍋,逢星期一至三可享75折優惠,逢星期四至日可享8折優惠。 continue reading

師姐匆匆回港兩日,住近旺角的薈賢居,相約吃晚飯就選在薈賢居下面的Canton pot邊爐。     格局主要以包廂為主,不算很大,但是私隱度很高,而且可以唱k,隔音不錯,完全不受影響。食物選擇豐富,提供的套餐選擇也多,我們點了個招牌套餐另加單點食物。    套餐放在架上上枱,湯底是川芎白芷魚頭鍋。火鍋料有美國手切雪花牛、和牛粒,海中蝦、墨魚丸、貢丸、豆腐、芋絲、以及一系列蔬菜、生麵等,頗豐富。    魚頭湯很香,大大個魚頭煎香,川芎白芷等藥材味又夠濃郁,很對我們口味。開動前,侍應先幫我們酙了三杯湯,讓我們試試湯底的精髓。的確很重藥材味,濃而不膩。     本地手切牛頸脊花紋好靚,肉嫩紅得來入口有陣陣油香,難怪這麼多人點。    食肉獸多點了個雜肉拼盤,有豬牛羊三款肉。肉質都睇得出新鮮貨色,羊肉帶微羶,豬肉爽口,十分不錯。    要推介這裏的羊肚菌豚肉餃,隻隻飽滿,皮薄餡也靚。翡翠蚌想不到份量很多,橙紅色的爽脆彈牙。還有脆骨腩,很是驚喜,魚肉和魚皮入口都很脆,比很多火鍋店更加優勝。     雖然是套餐,但跟他的魚蛋、貢丸、海蝦都新鮮,毫無雪味爽口彈牙!蔬菜籃塞得滿滿的,菜洗得好乾淨,入口也鮮甜,尤其粟米。生麵仲要好好食!!魚頭湯越滾越出味,到後期,湯更加濃好飲。     不得不大讚這裏的服務,侍應姐姐很勤快,為我們主動加湯,換碟,也很多次主動為我們掏去湯上浮起的油,計起來也有10次。對我們喜歡吃但又怕油的人來說,真是十分貼心,服務簡直一百分!   這裏的甜品選擇有驚喜,可以媲美糖水舖。但我們太飽只點了楊枝甘露水滴和川貝陳皮雪耳燉津梨。兩款都好好食,燉津梨很清潤下火,甜度恰當,楊枝甘露很足料,有粒粒柚子,粒粒西米,而且還加入了柚子皮,入口有陣陣柚子香,水滴也做得滑嘟嘟,要不是朋友趕住走,好想食多個。    整體來說,本以為普普通通的一家火鍋店,冇期望反而驚喜很大。一是因為用料很新鮮,二是因為服務很好,第三就是甜品很出色。 continue reading

自從有左小朋友之後,好耐無打過邊爐,因為怕好大陣味,又驚危險。帶小朋友出街食飯,對餐廳環境開始更加有要求。朋友仔推介我去一間新開的火鍋店,仲建議我帶埋小BB。去到現場,終於明白了他的苦心。位於Service apartment內的火鍋店,環境好闊落,乾淨企理到好似酒店環境一樣,亦都有提供四人包廂。空間感同私密度都十足,小朋友有足夠的空間,餵奶換片都好方便,亦唔驚嘈親其他食客。BB椅令我哋眼前一亮,唔係加置於普通座椅上的小座位,而係一張獨立、舒適、可調校的BB椅。仔仔表示非常滿意。除咗環境舒適,連醬料都好有要求,有十幾款選擇。至於湯底,我哋揀咗老少咸宜的椰子雞湯。湯底好甜,又有雞味。仲未開始加配料,大家已經忍唔住飲咗半碗。店長有用心招呼我哋,落力介紹時令海鮮。當中的本地龍蝦同象拔蚌都好抵食。象拔蚌做刺身夠晒爽脆,味道都好鮮甜。龍蝦被細心處理後,可以做兩食。龍蝦肉軟滑得來鮮甜味美,龍蝦頭就有好多鮮香濃郁的蝦膏。打邊爐的重頭戲當然係牛肉!和牛拼盤非常之有看頭,擺碟都好靚。唔同產地同部位的牛肉有唔同的口感,整體而言非常高質。本地牛頸脊都好高質,肥瘦分布均勻,而且牛肉味道好濃郁。其他火鍋配料質素整體都唔錯,擺碟更加顯心思,色香味齊晒!簡單的皇帝菜被佈置如一盤盆栽,賞心悅目。最後來一客清甜美味的楊枝甘露水滴,refreshing得來超滿足。價錢稍高,但無論環境、服務、食物質素都好高質,偶爾豪一下都係值得的。 continue reading
