好耐之前已經食過 #坐忘,一試難忘足料健康嘅日式咖哩,有日本感覺的企理小店,乾淨舒式。豬軟骨已經變到好似肥豬肉咁,入唔即溶但沒有油膩感。配嘅蔬菜全部都好好食,唔會令小朋友卻步嘅味道,唔知係咪日本人煮理,特別有技巧?柚子烤雞親子丼,第一次食已經好有驚喜,蛋好香濃,雞好嫩滑,而且調味都十分出色。除左飲品普通啲,主菜都好出色,正! continue reading

Japanese comfort food is how I would describe their dishes here.  Big on size and giving a sense of contentment at the end of the meal.Went for lunch on a weekday.  Had to go with the recommended pork cartilage curry. Ideal if you like your meat, very generous portion of pork which is nice and tender but also a nice side of fresh veggies to go with it.  We were undecided to go for a salad or udon?  Picked the Chicken Steak Salad Udon which was a cold dish, chicken steak was moist and chunky in size, with a nice serving of salad to compliment.It was a shame there was only the 2 of us and wanted to try more things.  We did order a side of veggies, parboiled but not overcooked to the point that they had no taste.  No real 'flavouring' as such but not needed as the mains were well seasoned and the good thing is that they state NO MSG.Popular for a reason, good food for a good price. continue reading

One of my favorite places for curry and udon.There's a long queue every day and it's well deserved. Their food is flavorful and has a certain depth to them because of the slow cooking process. I haven't found any other place that makes pork cartilage as good as theirs. The portions were very generous as well and the quality is amazing given the price ----------👩🏻‍🍳慢煮豬軟骨野菜咖喱飯Slow Cooked Pork Cartilage and VegeCurry w/ Mixed Rice4.5/5 ⭐️Love the texture of the pearl rice and the curry wasn't too salty or too sweet. The pork cartilage was so tender that even the bone itself was melt-in-your-mouth soft. The vegetables could be seasoned more since their flavor completely relied on the curry. -----👩🏻‍🍳泡菜牛肋白芝麻湯烏冬 Kimchi and Beef Spicy Udon4.5/5⭐️The spice level was well controlled. The beef was tender and the udon was very nice and chewy but not tough. The broth was rich and flavorful. Simply hard to fault.-----Revisit? YES continue reading
