今日行經過九龍城想食泰國菜,但係呢度最出名嘅幾間都食過,所以決定試吓其他唔同嘅餐廳,結果比我發現咗呢間更加平,但有相同高質素嘅餐廳。一入去嘅時候,我同朋友即刻叫咗個椰青,呢度嘅椰青削得非常靚,而且仲包左一層保鮮紙,令到個椰青飲落嘅時候更加冰凍🥶,大熱天時入一間餐廳,第一樣嘢就係要去叫個飲品可以消暑解渴。之後我就叫咗一個生菜豬肉包,你食東南亞菜嘅時候通常都一定會點。而當中好食與否,就係去睇佢嘅豬肉炒得香唔香。呢間餐廳用嘅都係肥豬肉,再配上少少spicy嘅材料,加上一啲香菜,一齊炒。食開嘅時候唔會覺得好鹹,會買生菜一齊食,生菜切得剛剛好,幾整齊,就真係幾好食。又再叫咗一個鮮蝦份卷, $60 ,佢會切成四舊,都足夠兩個人食,份卷裏面除咗有大蝦肉,仲有好多嘅芽菜、香菜合併而成。連魚露一齊食,食落去酸酸甜甜,又有種小清新,適合我呢啲鍾意少少清淡嘅人。再之後就叫咗個呢間餐廳嘅自家製小食,漿爆蝦丸,四粒夾埋要$98,價錢一啲都唔平,但原來整粒丸全部都係用蝦肉打出黎,裏面仲會加埋一啲豬肉汁,淨係功夫都已經唔少。咬落去嘅時候,醬汁會即刻彈出嚟,都可以係一個幾新鮮嘅體驗。最後梗係唔少得香港糯米飯,芒果甜,糯米飯可以揀黑白兩配,各有風味。 continue reading

2020年已經過左一半,但似乎仲未可以去到泰國旅行。唯有嚟到香港嘅小泰國 - 九龍城搵下泰菜食啦。泰菜令我最掛念嘅係呢個鹽燒鯽魚,鮮甜嘅魚肉,加上泰式辣汁,真係好惹味架。佢條魚燒到岩岩好,一揭開仲要超多肉汁,魚肉好嫩滑。其次就係泰式串燒,所以就帶咗我乜都有啲嘅泰式拼盤。佢個串燒沙嗲汁真係好正,好香花生味,甜甜地完全係泰國嘅味道。佢個雞肉串燒唔會好乾,燒到啱啱好。而個炸蝦餅都好大粒,最重要係好彈牙,外面又炸到脆卜卜。但係個荷葉包雞就乾咗少少,調味都淡咗少少。佢個蝦春卷除咗中間有一隻蝦之外,入邊個餡都係蝦肉嚟嘅,真正嘅外脆內彈牙。佢個辣椒膏炒大蜆唔會真係好辣,但係就好夠味。啲蜆完全冇砂,仲好鮮味添。另外仲嗌左個我最喜歡但係唔係度度有得食嘅椰菜苗,不過佢啲椰菜苗就大個咗少少,變咗椰菜仔。最後食泰菜點少得過湯,但係今晚就試咗佢個酸辣椰汁雞湯,可能因為要符合返香港人嘅口味,所以啲味道淡咗少少,如果可以再酸啲辣啲咁就正啦。飲品嗰度我自己就帶咗個泰式檸檬茶,佢個茶底真係有泰式奶茶嗰陣味,同樣地如果可以濃返少少就好啦。而男朋友就嗌左個越式滴滴咖啡,佢雖然滴滴下,但係係杯度本身都已經會放咗奶同埋糖,所以滴完之後一攪勻就飲得㗎啦。 continue reading

如果想食泰國菜,大家都不難會諗起九龍城區,今次蕃薯妹同朋友嚟試下金寶泰國菜館,佢哋都算係呢區嘅老字號😆間唔中都聽倒有朋友介紹,今年已經開業19年👍🏻金寶嘅門面有兩個舖位,一邊係泰國菜館,另一邊係越南菜館,其實入去食飯可以Order曬兩邊嘅菜式咖😌而家佢哋對疫情防禦措施都做得好足,進入餐廳時要量體溫,不足1.5米距離嘅檯與檯之間亦有膠板相隔👍🏻點菜有QR code俾食客掃code落Order,好方便🥰 有一個驚喜位,就係每個菜式都有唔同嘅要求選項,例如我Order冬陰功湯嘅時候可以選擇「少辣」、「走芫茜」😱好貼心❤️電子點菜好方便,Order咗啲乜同價錢都一目了然🥰活蝦刺身 $95好大隻,又彈牙又鮮甜😋 一碟有8大隻,佢嘅泰式醬汁已經淋咗上面,辣辣地酸酸地,夾埋生蒜食好正👍🏻 由於個醬汁好好味,我地連墊底嘅生菜絲都食埋,無誇張😂冬陰功(小)$70兩個人Order一個細嘅冬陰公份量啱啱好,呢度嘅冬陰公好正,配料多,有兩隻大蝦,而且味道好濃郁,唔會好辣,有泰國旅行時飲倒嘅風味😋大蝦木瓜沙律 $78今日我地同啲蝦有仇🤣 大蝦木瓜沙律伴碟有炸蝦片,好香脆😋 仲有扎肉,同熟大蝦~ 醬汁一樣係酸酸地,配上木瓜絲、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲等等,好開胃。鹽燒則魚 $170見倒圖片好吸引,要等45分鐘都決定等😆果然無等錯~ 上檯已經好香,揭起魚皮入面嘅魚肉熱辣辣,保留曬肉汁響入面,好嫩滑唔會好乾,香氣撲鼻。第一次食則魚,佢嘅魚肉偏淋身,魚味偏淡,如果鐘意食魚肉質地實啲有咬感,可以選擇烏頭。食泰國菜當然要飲吓泰式飲品,呢度有椰青、多款特色冰冰同啤酒~ 我地就揀咗平時好少飲嘅泰啤😋 而家無得去旅行,都響度懷念下去嘆泰菜嘆啤酒🍻響泰國好chill嘅時光嘛~😎 continue reading

泰式大蝦柚子沙律 (3/5):如菜名,正常,不過醬汁就少了點特色。泰式椰汁青咖哩雞 (4/5):正常水平,微辣,白飯/麵包要另外點。法包 (5/5) : 大推!!! 原本只是想說 點來配青咖哩,沒想到吃完驚為天人,久久不能自已! 上菜時是整塊端上來的,一撥開就感受到撲鼻熱氣。外酥內軟,口感滿分! 平常少吃麵包的我 不禁懷疑 是不是錯過了什麼美食?辣椒肉碎炒飯 (4/5):偏濕,可能因為點了小辣,豬肉碎份量似乎少了一點。如果不是特別不吃辣的話,還是點原辣度比較好。泰式炒金邊粉 (5/5):拿捏得宜,通常點這道都不會踩雷的。老闆生意做很大,打通了一間越式餐廳和泰國菜餐廳,應該可以互相點餐。牆上掛著老闆歷年來當馬主的照片~手機掃描自助落單,試過幾家後這次系統順暢多了。上菜速度和服務生回應時間都算不錯。人均消費 $100-140左右,整體來說,是一間值得推薦平價美食! continue reading
