受疫情影響,冇得去泰國,就唯有留喺香港食泰國菜思鄉一下。上次同男朋友食完,今日同🐢🍯去咗尖沙咀嘅金寶,尋找泰國嘅味道。尖沙咀呢間分店嘅裝修都幾別緻,而且菜式都好多,基本上泰國會食到嘅菜式,呢度都有,比較齊全。我哋叫咗幾個菜,第一個係泰式明爐大蜆鍋,蜆肉好新鮮,而且全部大大粒脹卜卜,加埋佢個酸辣辣嘅湯底,非常之入味。小小嘅一鍋,湯底材料非常之足夠,夠晒濃味。然後我哋又叫咗一個豬手豬脾煲,兩者都汶到好腍,豬皮下面有豐富嘅膠質,入口即溶既感覺,而且啖啖肉,完全滿足晒作為食肉獸既慾望。主食方面,我哋就叫咗最常見嘅泰式炒金邊粉。唔同嘅係,佢哋啲蝦全部係大大粒既海蝦,挑晒腸,而且好新鮮彈牙。佢哋嘅金邊粉炒得好香好入味,可能係因為佢哋啲汁落重料,所以每一啖都唔會有白灼金邊粉嘅感覺,而係每一啖都充滿甜辣味,而金邊粉加埋花生碎嘅組合,真係冇得頂!最後一道菜,係泰式炒椰菜苖,佢哋嘅原材料雖然已經長大左變咗椰菜仔,但係都不失滋味,非常香甜。最後加埋一杯青檸梳打,總算暫時可以暫時止一止我既泰國癮了。

泰菜最緊要要做到色香味俱全,夠辣、夠入味,但同時都要有鮮味。同男朋友食冬蔭公湯,好濃味,一個字:正!蝦質感麻麻,但勝在湯水夠濃味。但如果本身唔係好鍾意食辣嘅人,可能呢一碟菜式就唔係好合適😕不過好彩我鍾意食刺激性嘅食物。

今日收工同男朋友去左尖沙咀the one食飯拍下拖好多間餐廳行吓行吓最後揀咗一間泰國菜 天氣咁熱咁梗係要返兩杯冰涼嘅泰國特飲先啦🤩男朋友order嘅龍眼冰唔會太甜好好飲而我就叫咗杯青檸梳打👍🏽到左野食啦 食物份量適中 就算兩個人都可以叫三四款嘢食左右個豬頸肉真係冇得輸㗎 夠香又夠淋串燒份量都十足 我哋叫咗雞牛豬各一串試試佢👅之後仲叫咗個馬拉盞炒菜同炒河粉 嗰河粉極度推介呀‼️炒得好夠鑊氣成餐飯食完真係好滿足店員都好有禮貌👍🏽除咗九龍城有好食嘅泰國菜之外喺尖沙咀都會有㗎🥰尖沙咀地區又方便 又有街行下次都會再嚟食過‼️

天氣咁熱咁梗係要返兩杯冰涼嘅泰國特飲先啦🤩
男朋友order嘅龍眼冰唔會太甜好好飲
而我就叫咗杯青檸梳打👍🏽

到左野食啦 食物份量適中 就算兩個人都可以叫三四款嘢食左右

個豬頸肉真係冇得輸㗎 夠香又夠淋


串燒份量都十足 我哋叫咗雞牛豬各一串試試佢👅

之後仲叫咗個馬拉盞炒菜同炒河粉 嗰河粉極度推介呀‼️炒得好夠鑊氣


成餐飯食完真係好滿足店員都好有禮貌👍🏽
除咗九龍城有好食嘅泰國菜之外喺尖沙咀都會有㗎🥰尖沙咀地區又方便 又有街行下次都會再嚟食過‼️

今日一行5人去依間好多好評的泰國餐廳試下,去到都真係覺得幾誇張,超多人排隊,幸好我地訂左位,人齊等左約10分鐘都有位了。點左以下幾樣嘢:😋生虾、青咖喱軟殼蟹+法包、酥餅、冬蔭公湯、小食拼盤、咸魚炒椰菜苗。唯一覺得有待改善嘅係酥餅,可以整得大塊d😆同埋,個咸菜炒椰菜苗用嘅椰菜苗即唔夠嫩,咸魚亦無麥。其他食物呢,都真係唔錯。我會再帶我其他屋企人黎試下😁再温馨提醒一下:想試下依間餐廳嘅朋友,真係要訂位!我地食完出黎,依然見到好長龍等緊😑
