今日出嚟尖沙咀做嘢順便就同同事嚟幫襯吓呢間Cambo。平日午市套餐價錢經濟實惠,以佢嘅地段同埋餐廳質素嚟講其實絕對係超值。首先叫個泰式沙律開心share,泰式酸辣醃豬頸肉酸酸辣辣,再加埋新鮮嘅洋蔥絲、蘿蔔絲等新鮮蔬菜一齊食,非常清新。冬陰大蝦湯粉總共有三隻大蝦,而且蝦身已經去咗殼,方便我呢個懶人,配合小辣嘅冬陰功湯底,真係越食越開胃!串燒沙嗲配泰式炒飯呢個套餐真心正!串燒沙嗲分別係豬、牛、雞各一串,每串都仍保持住原有嘅肉汁唔會太乾身,燒得又夠香口,而且肉嘅厚度適中,口感一流。而我更加欣賞嘅就係呢碗泰式炒飯,帶點微辣嘅炒飯就咁食都已經非常出色,配埋串燒就更加冇得彈。我最鍾意食青咖喱,所以仲揀咗泰式青咖喱軟殼蟹鍋配法包。青咖喱用一個小火爐烘住保持溫度,包你食嘅時候仲係咁新鮮,入面仲有青豆、茄子等配菜,用嚟點法包真係食到舔舔脷。而且佢嘅軟殼蟹係分開上碟,食嘅時候先點青咖喱汁,完全唔會影響軟殼蟹嘅質素,而且仲有咖喱嘅最佳伴侶,即係薯仔,飽肚又滿足。跟餐嘅檸檬茶超大杯又夠凍,食完辣野飲番啖凍檸茶真係無懈可擊! continue reading

沒有旅行嘅日子,又好掛住泰國。 最好就係正宗嘅泰國餐廳, 滿足自己嘅心靈。 選擇了我和朋友都很喜歡的cambo😊😊難得約到晏晝出嚟, 當然要選擇超抵食嘅lunch set。 套餐選擇都唔少, 今次冇嗌到好好味嘅海南雞飯 ,朋友想試試唔同嘅嘢食。泰式青咖哩牛腩煲非常用心的設計, 青咖哩煲 用明火暖住, 咁就可以keep住咖哩嘅溫度,同埋牛腩嘅鬆軟😋😋 牛筋好淋滑 ,仲有好多蔬菜配料, 青咖哩汁唔算辣, 要嚟撈飯食真係一流。泰式豬頸肉炒河粉份量十足, 豬頸肉好香口, 炭火燒烤豬頸肉 香口又不肥膩, 河粉非常彈牙煙靭靭, 新鮮河粉製作果然係特別好食。小食拼盤炸蝦餅+炸魚餅+炸春捲+香葉包雞 每次來必點的食物, 幾款特色泰國小食集於一身, 最鍾意就係食炸蝦餅, 外層酥脆蝦肉彈牙有鮮味。 炸春捲金黃香脆, 裏面嘅蔬菜 新鮮多汁。泰式串燒泰式串燒揀咗豬肉同埋牛肉, cp值非常高, 大約一百蚊已經有6串, 串燒 質素不錯 ,微微焦香又能保持肉汁。 continue reading

今日一支公食lunch,天時熱想食d開胃菜式,就決定黎The ONE既泰越Fusion餐廳Cambo食泰菜。平日午餐時分黎到,Cambo Set 午餐有九款揀,有飯有河粉有湯粉有咖喱鍋,肉類有串燒有海南雞有海鮮有豬等等。價位由$62到$85不等,另收加一,配檸檬茶,奶茶,咖啡。凍咖啡另加$5,特飲另加$8。今日胃口大開,我揀左我最鍾意既Cambo Set午餐之後,再貪心加左個創新招牌菜之一既泰式明爐大蜆鍋同Cambo推介既串燒,一於食餐勁既。泰式明爐大蜆鍋 $96 另加一泰式明爐大蜆鍋真材實料,成個明爐上枱滾住個鍋。個鍋d料多到用唔到個蓋。真係冇扼人,大蜆係大,數過有七隻,唔會太韌又冇沙。至於點解會咁多料呢?係因為原來鍋底有唔少幼滑粉絲,仲有椰菜,草菇,同埋香蔥,大蔥,香茅,蒜片,辣椒,薑片,香茜等調味。泰式湯汁酸酸辣辣,俾d菜吸哂d湯,食到我鼻水長流。如果d硬身唔會食嘅香茅,薑片等,可以易d夾走就更好。串燒雞牛豬半打 $89 另加一比起Cambo Set既串燒(包三串雞牛豬,泰式炒飯同野飲賣$69),主餐牌半打只賣$89,好似抵好多!串燒六大串好多肉,啖啖肉同熱辣辣。雞肉去左皮,雖然我唔係好分得出牛肉同豬肉,但係兩款串燒都好稔超易咬,仲稔過雞肉。三款肉都有炭火香同蜜糖味,沾d沙嗲醬仲正。下底仲有梛菜絲伴碟,可以撈泰式明爐大蜆鍋既酸辣泰式湯汁食。泰式炒貴刁連餐湯連野飲 $69 另加一呢個泰式炒貴刁係Cambo Set之一。炒貴刁份量大大碟,貴刁粉好幼身又滑,配料有三隻蝦,好多芽菜,蛋絲,豆腐絲,韭菜,仲有花生碎同青檸放碟邊任你自己加。不過之前既櫻花蝦仔好似無左。重點係個醬超好味,甜得黎又唔過份,撈埋d粉食濕濕地酸酸甜甜咁,好好味!味道好再加埋唔同材料帶黎嘅唔同口感,好味!餐湯 (跟餐)餐湯係簡單既冬瓜清湯,清清地,有一舊冬瓜同好香既新鮮香莤,飲落幾健康。龍眼冰 跟餐+$8 另加一次次都飲椰汁紅豆冰,今次試吓龍眼冰先,跟餐只需加$8。龍眼肉大大細細,大概有七八粒,都幾新鮮清甜。龍眼水潤喉得黎唔過甜。食完仲想食甜品,所以又加個香芒糯米飯。香芒糯米飯 $55 另加一第一次喺呢度食呢個甜品,賣相幾靚。芒果本身唔太甜有少少酸,但係就可以中和返椰漿同糯米飯嘅甜味。糯米飯一黑一白,係暖架,食落煙煙韌韌甜度適中,加埋香滑椰漿一齊食,三樣野一啖食晒,有齊甜酸,煙韌,滑溜,清爽等多重味覺享受!食左咁多野都唔洗四舊水,而食物質素係唔錯既。餐廳位置都就腳,座位舒適。整體而言,性價比高呀。 continue reading

由於疫情好轉咗,而且打定輸數今年都冇得去泰國,咁我同朋友就去咗間泰國餐廳到食晚飯,以慰藉我空虛及想念泰國的心情, 入到去見到啲裝修都幾有泰國feel,都感到安慰,咁我同朋友就叫咗以下:鳳爪沙律: 其實呢個鳳爪沙律我最鍾意就係食鳳爪,因為鳳爪都幾爽口,而且酸酸辣辣咁樣,零舍開胃,以餐前小食嚟講真係唔錯。 順帶一提佢呢個鳳爪我覺得就唔算太辣有三成係辣,七成就酸酸味味咁樣如果鍾意食酸辣嘢嘅朋友可以試下。泰式青咖哩軟殼蟹:咁佢呢個蟹包埋法包,我最愛食嘅軟殼蟹,隻蟹都叫大,軟殼蟹亦炸得脆, 唔似其他餐廳的軟殼蟹細細隻咁,食到到喉唔到肺, 同埋個咖哩都幾香,不過我就唔係太食到有辣味,但呢個青咖哩軟殼蟹overall嚟講我覺得都幾好食。 而且有埋個法包都幾飽肚嘅。泰式去骨海南雞: 呢個係朋友叫的海南雞其實我自己覺得佢個雞都幾鮮嫩,同埋都食到雞肉嘅鮮味, 同埋都去曬骨畀我哋食 , 而我最鍾意就係食雞皮因為雞皮都幾滑 。大家最重要就係要點佢啲醬,我自己個人認為點醬就好味D。 咁我覺得叫半隻雞都夠兩個人食㗎啦,因為如果叫例牌好似少咗啲。冬陰功湯粉: 最後我哋叫埋呢個冬陰功湯粉食,因為我朋友鍾意飲冬陰功湯,所以我哋叫咗呢個河粉,其實呢個河粉都ok嘅,咁入面就有啲蝦喺度,咁令到成個湯都冇咁齋,同埋有啲菇類喺度,不過呢個湯我覺得都ok辣嘅,係可以接受到! 最後我覺得呢間餐廳啲嘢嘅水準都ok嘅,如果行過尖沙咀the one嘅朋友,可以試下呢間泰式餐廳。 continue reading
