兩款創新招牌菜,帶來清新嚐鮮體驗。泰式青咖喱軟殼蟹鍋,炸得酥脆惹味的軟殼蟹,蘸點青咖喱,微辣香氣,清新怡人。泰式明爐大蜆鍋,蜆肉厚彈牙,鮮甜味美,酸辣泰式湯汁令人開胃。至於傳統菜式,當然有泰式生蝦,而泰式燒烤亦屬推介。

「金寶Cambo」泰國菜館在九龍城已歷史悠久, 名聲遠播,去九龍城想找優質泰國菜必會去「金寶」,在我心目中記憶最深刻的是「泰式炸蝦餅」,已在我的飲食手冊裡必吃的一道令人難忘小食。其實前排已在尖沙咀The One 4樓已開分店,不用去九龍城也能吃到「金寶」的正宗泰國美食。午市時段會有套餐,價錢比較實惠,有主食加餐飲,套餐選擇也很多,炒粉麵飯任你揀。「泰式去骨海南雞飯」雞肉超滑溜,連平時雞胸位置的肉質也令做到嫩滑口感, 烹調功夫非常了得,雞油飯也很香口,份量剛好。「 泰式青咖哩軟殼蟹鍋配法包」, 咖哩汁跟軟殼蟹及炸薯仔是分開上檯的, 因避免咖哩汁浸得太耐而導致軟殼蟹浸淋失去脆口感。職員為你點上火焰讓著咖啡汁加熱,這時就可加在咖啡汁上放軟殼蟹及炸薯仔,沾煮一下令味道增添滋味。法包外脆內軟,沾上辛辣的青咖哩汁,超級美味,一口法包一口軟殼蟹,相當過癮。必吃的「泰式炸蝦餅」當然不可錯過,味道依舊一樣美味,蝦肉彈牙,回彈力十足,蝦味濃郁,炸得剛好不油不膩,超愛之選,絕無令人失望。「香芒糯米飯」也是在泰國料理不可缺少的甜品之一,就算吃得多飽,我們的胃總會預留一個吃甜品的位置。香芒鮮甜, 糯米飯有紅及白糯米兩種,淋上椰汁令糯米飯更香甜。個人喜歡紅糯米多一點,因為質地比較煙韌,加上紅糯米比較健康,甜品加一點健康感也很重要。 continue reading

Cambo 位於the one 4樓, 餐廳樓底高, 裝修設計也很精緻 ,坐得舒服。海南雞飯海南雞皮爽肉滑, 雞肉已經去骨, 雞肉嫩滑有彈性 。 雖然油飯份量唔算好多 , 但油飯選用尖長泰國米,香茅味重而且帶光澤, 泰式醬 酸甜辣恰到好處,帶點薑香非常醒胃,濃黑豉油 味道濃 ,配上 新鮮嘅香油雞飯, 非常好味。泰式拼盤香葉包雞, 雞肉肉質嫩滑之餘,有班蘭葉獨特的清香味, 配上泰式 辣醬以及魚露醬 , 味道更上一層樓。鳳尾蝦春捲一條春捲包著一隻蝦,原隻中蝦,蝦味十足, 熱辣辣又脆卜卜。泰式炸蝦餅炸蝦餅爽口彈牙, 能吃到粒粒蝦肉之餘,帶點不均勻的蝦肉,吃起來更添咬感。泰式炸魚餅泰 式魚餅!味道帶點微辣,帶着泰國料理一貫的檸檬葉味道,實在讓人吃不停。泰式豬頸肉炒河豬頸肉炒河,除了有豬頸肉以外,還有其他蔬菜如椰菜蘿蔔等等, 炒得非常惹味, 而且油份也沒有想像中的多。芒果糯米飯糯米飯有兩球,有紫糯米和白糯米, 椰漿暖暖甜甜,米飯軟硬間的拿捏十分適當,芒果甜中帶一點酸味, 非常適合做飯後甜品。 continue reading

好耐冇去過金寶食嘢。今次再嚟拜訪,睇吓食物水準有冇keep到。今日星期三,都係咁多人,等左20分鐘到。終於有位喇。呢間餐廳可以要話係食過咁多間餐廳入面。重複去過最多次嘅一間。我諗都超過20次。可能你會好奇點解。原因係,呢度嘅泰國菜好啱我口味同好味。好似講緊廢話哈哈哈。今次叫咗1)無骨鳳爪,2)生菜包,3)青咖喱雞1)無骨鳳爪:味道剛好適中唔會太酸,亦唔會太辣。同埋最重要嘅係好入味。✅2)生菜包:對上喺度食生菜包覺得佢好辣🌶️食唔到。由於呢排食得辣野多,升左一級辣度。所以口痕叫咗個黎食。今次食覺得份量少咗同埋覺得唔夠辣(淡左味),但鍾意佢啲豬肉係半肥瘦,識落比較有質感唔會乾爭爭。另外個人鍾意佢,豬肉同生菜係分開上,加上生菜係鯨乾水,包起豬肉時唔會濕滴滴。3)青咖喱雞配法包✅印象中係$93。呢個好抵食,雞肉係用雞件上。感覺係貴價過雞脾肉或者雞柳。✅泰式茄子,青豆都好多呢道菜仲要用爐上有酒精火興住個煲,令到個青咖喱味愈煲愈濃味,好出。(不過今次覺得青咖喱甜左少少)✅同埋佢跟嘅法包熱辣辣,基本上兩個人都夠食唔使再叫飯。暫時都會keep住嚟呢間餐廳食飯😆 continue reading

Food is prepared on the spot, using fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh meat and chicken delivered every morning to their kitchen. Considering it's a self service restaurant, and yet it was bit crowded, the service was good. We didn't need to wait long for our drinks or food. Once the food is ordered .. a free bottle of water is offered with every meal. The only inconvenience i encountered was the smell of food that got stuck to my clothes and hair after leaving the place, but in general it's a good place, the food is delicious and i would definitely recommend it. continue reading

今日放工約咗女朋友喺尖沙咀行街😛 喺The One行左陣之後開始肚餓 就決定去搵嘢食😙 沿着扶手電梯上到去餐廳樓層 已經見到條小人龍係度排緊隊😯😯 八卦完之後原來係食泰國菜😂 女朋友心郁郁話想試 於是就去排隊等食😛 事後先知依間餐廳原來有限時 可能係因為咁 啲枱流動得快,我哋等左15分鐘到就入得去🤓🤓坐低左之後 侍應好快手咁就俾咗兩杯水同Menu我哋😛 肚餓嘅我哋亦都把握時間 即刻決定好要食啲咩🤓 黎到泰國餐廳點都要試個泰式生蝦刺身🤓 生蝦嘅數量中規中矩有8隻 睇落都幾大隻 蝦腸已經清理好👍 上面鋪滿切碎咗嘅蒜頭 青辣椒同紅辣椒 下面亦都見到有椰菜絲同甘筍絲墊底 仲有啲果醋! 😋 食落嘅時候首先會食到刺身蝦嘅鮮味 略帶甜味 伴隨住配料帶嚟嘅酸辣同蒜味😯😯 蝦肉爽口彈牙冇霉味 最刺激嘅係佢啲辣椒😂 起初食嘅時候都唔覺得辣 但到後期越食越出味😋😋 怕辣嘅朋友可能要撥開多啲配料先食😂泰式明爐烏頭 $173 都幾大條 面頭仲鋪左啲粉絲 要來吸湯啱晒 平時覺得烏頭係平價魚 無試過係出面食😂 今次第一次食 又覺得味道唔錯 仲要魚肉起大條好多肉👍 熱辣辣慶住吸湯食唔錯 下次都可以再叫🤓仲叫咗個泰式豬頸肉乾炒河 不過河粉炒得碎咗啲 食得唔夠過癮!😂 同埋豬頸肉有啲似臘味香 整體都夠鑊氣😛 continue reading
