受疫情影響,冇得去泰國,就唯有留喺香港食泰國菜思鄉一下。上次同男朋友食完,今日同🐢🍯去咗尖沙咀嘅金寶,尋找泰國嘅味道。尖沙咀呢間分店嘅裝修都幾別緻,而且菜式都好多,基本上泰國會食到嘅菜式,呢度都有,比較齊全。我哋叫咗幾個菜,第一個係泰式明爐大蜆鍋,蜆肉好新鮮,而且全部大大粒脹卜卜,加埋佢個酸辣辣嘅湯底,非常之入味。小小嘅一鍋,湯底材料非常之足夠,夠晒濃味。然後我哋又叫咗一個豬手豬脾煲,兩者都汶到好腍,豬皮下面有豐富嘅膠質,入口即溶既感覺,而且啖啖肉,完全滿足晒作為食肉獸既慾望。主食方面,我哋就叫咗最常見嘅泰式炒金邊粉。唔同嘅係,佢哋啲蝦全部係大大粒既海蝦,挑晒腸,而且好新鮮彈牙。佢哋嘅金邊粉炒得好香好入味,可能係因為佢哋啲汁落重料,所以每一啖都唔會有白灼金邊粉嘅感覺,而係每一啖都充滿甜辣味,而金邊粉加埋花生碎嘅組合,真係冇得頂!最後一道菜,係泰式炒椰菜苖,佢哋嘅原材料雖然已經長大左變咗椰菜仔,但係都不失滋味,非常香甜。最後加埋一杯青檸梳打,總算暫時可以暫時止一止我既泰國癮了。 continue reading

今日同好耐冇見嘅朋友相約喺尖沙咀The One食飯,行咗一個圈大家都係想食泰國嘢,好耐之前都食過一次,覺得呢間泰國嘢都係中高檔路線,幾適合朋友坐低傾偈,所以就揀咗佢。Menu選擇都好多,但係對比起餐廳嘅裝修,呢間餐廳相對之下係一啲都唔貴。我哋叫咗幾款比較常見嘅泰菜,第一味就係飛天通菜,呢度嘅味道都同泰國幾相似,但係就略嫌有啲細碟。食落都幾辣嘅嘢未,如果唔食得辣嘅朋友可能就要揀食蒜蓉炒通菜。主食我哋叫咗一個泰式牛炒飯,都幾接近泰國嘅風味。入面加入左野味嘅牛肉粒,個飯嘅份量比我哋想像中多,每個人都食到三細碗。之後就到今晚最推介嘅冬陰功湯,首先佢係連埋爐一齊上,已經係非常值得讚賞。一上枱就見到湯入面放咗兩隻大蝦,係真係大頭蝦嗰一種。係一碗80幾蚊嘅湯入面,真係值回票價。湯頭非常濃厚,同泰國當地煲出嚟嘅有九成似。大蝦亦都有膏,加落個冬陰功湯度飲好好味。之後我哋叫咗一份炭燒豬頸肉,豬頸肉燒得啱啱好,入面仲有肉汁同油脂。不過略嫌不足嘅係佢伴碟既汁係普通泰式辣醬,如果係魚露辣汁就會非常好食。飲品叫咗珍多冰,都係經典泰式飲品。都似泰國味道。重點係買單兩個人先至係$300多少少,呢個價錢就算喺九龍城食都食唔到啲乜嘢,但係呢間餐廳係商場入面,又坐得舒服,所以推介俾大家。 continue reading

餐廳:Cambo ขุนทอง (尖沙咀)地址:尖沙咀彌敦道100號The ONE 4樓L403舖前排係The One 4樓飲野果陣見到呢間Cambo主打泰國菜好似唔錯😋,上網都見到唔少人比好評,就決定搵次黎試下原來餐廳做堂食之後亦有專做到會派對嘅野食,岩哂想係屋企食又唔想自己煮飯嘅人😎,尤其疫情仲未真係控制好多人都唔想出咁多街,而且食物選擇都幾多架叫左兩個套餐,分別係大蝦菠蘿焗飯($85)同泰式豬頸肉濕炒河($69),另外送上冬瓜湯。菠蘿焗飯充滿啖啖菠蘿香🍍,亦有唔少配料好似菠蘿粒、炒蛋、蔬菜粒同火腿等,面頭仲有三隻大蝦同肉鬆,一個飯兩個人食都差唔多😂;豬頸肉濕炒河香濃惹味,茨汁令本身好dry嘅河粉變得易入口👍🏼,仲配上大量嘅蔬菜同豬頸肉片,$69都幾抵食串燒雞牛豬($89/半打)串燒一直係我嘅至愛🐖🐂🦃,呢到嘅串燒烤得岩岩好🔥,有少少脆邊同時香料嘅份量適中,唔會蓋過左本身嘅肉香,我最鍾意就係佢地嘅豬肉,肉質香口入味,肉唔會好韌,最重要係熱辣辣,咁食先夠過癮椰汁紅豆冰(跟餐+$8)椰奶味重🥥,叫左少冰唔會因為太多冰而慢慢整到杯紅豆冰變淡🧊,紅豆細粒得黎又夠甜,為今餐泰式風味畫上一個好嘅句號 continue reading
