今日約左同事lunch, 大家都想食泰菜,又唔想落到九龍城食,近近地揀左在The One的Cambo。午市套餐共有九款選擇,包飲品,價錢由$65~$88,都幾抵食。去骨海南雞飯$69(set)~套餐包一碗清雞湯,油飯和海南雞一碟。雞肉肉質嫩滑, 雞皮滑捋捋,十分滋味。冬蔭大蝦湯粉$69(set)~配料十分豐富,有蕃茄,芫荽,蘑菇,辣椒,香茅,椰菜和蝦,配金邊粉,酸酸辣辣,十分惹味。泰式青咖哩軟殼蟹$98~青咖哩好清香,少辣,配料有泰國青豆,翠肉瓜,茄子和辣椒。另配上軟殼蟹和炸薯。軟殼蟹和炸薯沾滿青咖哩後,除了有椰香,還集甜,酸,辣於一身。奉上法包,外脆內軟,蘸青咖哩一流。生菜包(豬肉)$75~豬肉碎有肥有瘦,鬆軟鮮甜,配入紫洋蔥和檸檬絲,以新鮮生菜包住食,真係好美味呀。椰汁綠豆冰 跟set+$8~椰汁味好濃郁,配上綠豆邊,非常配合。龍眼冰 跟set+$8~清甜又冰涼,好舒服還有大量龍眼肉,好正! continue reading

對於唔太識煮飯既小妹來說,出街食飯,真係快靚正! 最近秋風起,特別想食海鮮,晚上來到尖沙咀The One 食泰菜,順便食埋蟹,簡單而豐富。戈7780泰式蝦球乾炒河 $82泰式炒河上枱香噴噴,入口蛋香味道濃郁,口感鹹中帶甜,配料有雞蛋,椰菜,鮮蝦仁,越食越香口,一個人食晒一碟,好味!泰式豬頸肉濕炒河 $82朋友話成日食乾炒河, 想試試濕炒河,烤過的豬頸肉香軟而帶炭火味, 河粉用醬油炒過都幾香口,混合醬汁,無乾炒牛河咁濃味,亦無甘熱氣。金寶既大蜆鍋,咖哩軟殼蟹鍋, 泰式豬手長期做優惠,食過幾次後,今次想試下食炒蟹,在咖哩/辣椒膏中,選了咖哩炒。咖喱炒肉蟹 $358金黃的咖哩汁中,混合蛋絲,炒蟹賣相體面, 咖哩味道夠香夠濃,唔辣,用來送飯,送河粉食一流,主角鮮肉蟹份量十足,巨無霸蟹鉗啖啖肉好鮮甜,蟹腳切成四件, 吸滿咖哩香味,將整隻蟹食完,很滿足。餐廳提供濕紙巾,蟹鉗,食蟹算方便,無大問題。用濕紙巾清潔好雙手後,再來一碟泰式香芒糯米飯 $59 , 緬懷一下去泰國旅行的感覺, 芒果好甜, 黑白糯米上鋪滿椰漿,軟糯而重椰香味。整體都幾滿意,食物保持一貫水準,尤其咖哩炒蟹,新鮮又大隻,下次想試埋辣椒膏炒蟹飲品,點了椰汁紅豆冰, 檸檬梳打,味道正常發揮🌈 Cambo ขุนทอง 尖沙咀彌敦道100號The ONE 4樓L403舖🌛月光太太 continue reading

當天食甜品前,就是去了金寶食久違的泰國菜,主要因為地點方便,而且之前食過覺得食物水準不錯位置(9/10):尖沙咀The One商場的4樓,交通購物同樣方便,由港鐵尖沙咀B1出口步行只需2分鐘環境(8/10):餐廳位於商場內及扶手電梯旁邊,裝修充滿東南亞元素,中間有供奉著泰國佛像,店內燈光較暗,但亦頗適合聊天服務(9/10):侍應安排入座位後會奉上清水,夠主動但不會急著要下單,而下單後上菜亦算快,有禮貌及服務不錯食物(8/10):作為泰國菜館,想得出的泰國菜式他們都有,味道夠正宗及份量夠多,而且價格合理,只可惜兩個人真的點不了什麼咖喱炒肉蟹 ~ $358上一次來已很想點,今次怎麼也要試一試。一斤真的份量不少,上枱時甚至覺得不止一斤,首先咖喱汁有椰香味,屬泰式口味但一點也不辣,主角的肉蟹蟹肉多,且鮮甜多汁,配料的雞蛋、洋蔥、香蔥及青椒也相當入味,絕對令人回味泰式豬頸肉濕炒河 ~ $82豬頸肉份量很多,配菜有芥蘭、椰菜、紅蘿蔔及香蔥,而炒河是先炒香,再放芡汁煮熟,整體味道很鮮甜,且沒乾炒般熱氣泰式蝦球乾炒河 ~ $82太太最愛的乾炒河,香氣十足,色澤均勻,配菜同樣有芥蘭、椰菜、紅蘿蔔及香蔥,主角的蝦球爽口彈牙,新鮮味美香芒糯米飯 ~ $59最令太太期待的甜品,芒果明顯是泰國芒果,異精香甜,而黑白雙魚糯米飯夠軟糯,配合不算太甜的椰汁,香口而飽足青檸梳打 ~ $28青檸梳打用上泰國品牌梳打水,自行倒入放有青檸及冰塊的水杯內,清爽而不會甜椰汁綠豆冰 ~ $28椰汁味夠香甜,而綠豆夠綿生,屬美味的泰式飲品整體來說,這間泰國菜館味道仍然不錯,咖喱肉蟹相當抵食,而且商場位置方便,因此每次前來光顧都是人山人海🌺Cambo🌺地址:尖沙咀彌敦道100號The One 4樓L403號舖 continue reading

平日下午係尖沙咀行街搵地方食lunch, 之前晚餐食過姨間泰菜覺得唔錯。見佢lunch menu幾平,試試佢。去骨海南雞飯-$72(1/5),包餐飲同包埋個湯,不過個湯太重味精,所以飲左一啖就完。個飯正正常常,有得選油飯/白飯。佢海南雞得5舊,但勁肥,有半舊都係脂肪。(得勁小肉,全部都係皮同脂肪)串燒沙爹配泰式炒飯-$75(2.5/5)。值得一讚既係佢串燒真係幾好食,好夠味,又重炭燒味。但個飯就太辣,辣到食唔哂,自問譚仔平時食3小辣,但佢真係太辣,佢唔係辣椒辣,係胡椒辣。佢又唔係唔好食既,但真係太辣。埋單加埋一都係$162,又唔貴既,可能食次叫唔中啲好食既野,平時晚餐叫真係好食既,所以姨間都會有下次。但強烈唔推薦海南雞飯,另外果個串燒加泰式炒飯,如果你好好好食得辣你都可以試下既。 continue reading
