🍛 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 / Caligari 椰汁咖喱 及和牛可樂餅配日本米飯 加芝士 - $156 hkd
— This was SO good! The coconut curry was insanely fragrant and flavourful with a creamy consistency. The flavours were perfectly balanced and really flavourful overall. The minced wagyu croquette was super tasty and nicely deep fried. The wagyu flavours were prominent and went really well with the mashed potato layer inside the croquette. We opted to add cheese into this and it was a great decision! This further elevated the flavours and added an even creamier texture and taste to the dish. The curry isn’t overly spicy so it’s great for those who can’t handle spice.

— Compared to the coconut curry the flavours in this are a lot more pronounced and strong. This also definitely has more of a kick to it and the range and spices used are a lot more varied. The prawn katsu was really well executed. Deep fried to absolute perfection, the prawns had a very light crunchy exterior whilst the prawn was still really tender and juicy.

睇到social media話呢間係日本東京過江龍，喺咖哩大獎賽攞過獎，決定來試吓😛地點都幾方便，在中環地鐵站附近，一出站過條馬路就係。店舖比較細 ，位不算多，未到7點時都有人排隊。每叫一個飯都有前菜同飲品送，我點了熱咖啡，都算幾好飲，店員服務都唔錯椰汁咖哩龍田揚炸雞飯，用嘅係黃薑飯，彈牙之餘別有一番風味～ 咖哩的確非常惹味，椰汁咖哩屬於少辣，不算咸，而且有些豬肉碎在內，口感豐富，炸雞雞肉都幾滑。唯一缺點係較貴，同埋份量如果可以多啲就更好。都會有下次 😋

唯一缺點係較貴，同埋份量如果可以多啲就更好。都會有下次 😋
