聽左好耐的小肥牛火鍋今日終於試到,因為老闆話有房,會好d。但間房就得個私人廁所,電視機都無又真係爭d。似係麻雀房甘,而且仲要喺三樓,足足行左2.3百級樓梯先到,真係人都呆左。。食物方面其實都好普通,叫左幾個刺身。好似呢個刺身拼盤甘,全部係解凍嘅魚生,感覺毫無誠意,價錢都唔係平。去到火鍋配料只可以用普通,不過不失嚟形容。上至牛肉,下至菜,無嘢要講。。。如果一定要講一個的話就係響鈴,雖然唔係即炸嘅,但係都好大卷,好脆下。個湯底就食左拒推薦的牛膝蓋骨鍋,幻想係好濃味嘅牛骨湯,點知都係味精湯加骨,煲左陣都好普通。唯一就係拒舊骨幾好食,炆左一陣就好淋,好骨膠原。唔知係質素變左定係其實拒無人地講得甘好而令我失望呢。 continue reading

其實小肥牛開咗咁耐真係第一次去試,今次同屋企7個人慶祝生日就決定去食呢間啦!位置只係太子c2岀口一岀向上望已經搵到喇!路痴都搵到呀!服務員見你一坐低就會即刻俾火鍋既配料同點餐紙,有效率!我地叫咗四川麻辣鍋仲有豆腐清湯鍋!火鍋相信大家都食過唔少,今次特別介紹既有響玲,因為佢係即炸而且好大舊,同一隻手一樣大,放落火鍋好好食!仲有所有既份量都好多,真係俾幾多錢就有幾大份量!例如,豬紅(一夾唔會散),芋絲(好多粒)等等。。。講唔哂,但真係好岩一大班人黎食!有coupon,越食減得越多!最後仲有生果食添呀!一大班人火鍋推介:小肥牛 continue reading

前日2018/3/19去太子間小肥牛幫襯 當時已經夜晚九點多了安排我們坐最高個層我地三大一小叫左450個款海鮮塔個海鮮塔大致上都好好食 鮮味十足不過其他啲打邊爐配料真係....唔太掂個鵝肝墨丸令人失望點啲牛肉切得好唔掂 有啲切唔斷連住的 擺盤一堆草咁仲好難夾加上 等野食時間好耐 啲廚房出食物超耐成餐冇咩吸引點 得個海鮮塔同埋一位服務我地的叔叔經理之類的態度超好。 值得讚讚讚我有望佢名牌寫住 張春平 真係好好態度冇催我地走 幫我地換碟好多次 跟單跟得好好 冇魚皮餃同我推薦左水餃同雲吞 一句到尾 佢態度非常好不過整體食物質素真係麻麻 暫時冇諗住再去 continue reading

小肥牛管理人:電話卜左今日2位,電話對話確認左資料,去到變左9位,店員仍然比左張大枱我,個爐位置較遠。一心決定嚟試下新推出嘅珍珠鍋,$98位,連加一茶芥,職員話約$140位,本人認為都合理嘅,咁就落左單。坐左陣見有細枱,詢問職員可否轉枱,她指有人卜左,所以繼續坐。坐左十分鐘,呢度會收茶芥,但說好的茶係要問先有,接著第一碟新鮮雪櫃取出的烏冬上枱,我倆都期待著“主角珍珠鍋“,結果鍋未到,就先被職員邀請轉到另一張細枱,係好嘅,職員有幫我地搬枱上嘅東西,好戲來了,珍珠鍋的海鮮隨即上枱,十分吸引,眼利的朋友問我“唔係有龍蝦嫁咩?“我都不已為以,隨後向職員查詢,她指龍蝦賣哂,已扇貝補上,還問我不知道嗎?真可愛。電話卜左呢個鍋,都可以唔夠材料,唔緊要,冇咪講聲囉!最可笑嘅係,我睇住啲烏冬同窩在冰上嘅海鮮一路解凍,但我嚟食火鍋,個鍋一路未見影,起碼25分鐘。想讚有一位肥肥女職員係有幫我地跟的,佢知啲嘢上哂枱連鍋都冇,有同我地講唔好意思同立刻追廚房,但有位男瘦應該係主任,原全冇理,睇完行左去。總括:1. 一上到嚟餐廳坐低就冇任何一個職員招呼,收茶芥加小食40蚊就識,茶都冇杯,問先有 2. 叫餐冇人提及過冇龍蝦會轉扇貝,通知客人係貴公司責任,顧客有權知道3. 火鍋重點係個鍋,上哂啲料一段時間,唔上鍋,請問貴公司咩玩法?一心嚟支持下,完全令本人對貴公司大打折扣,冇哂心情兼失望,冇下次,希望好好改善及提醒員工工作應有的責任。小市民 continue reading

呢個禮拜真係超級凍,最好就係打邊爐,一諗起打邊爐我嘅最愛就係小肥牛。星期五晚上,一定要訂好枱先好去,因為有時訂咗枱都要等。八點半到咗,可以即刻入,勁開心😃見到有海鮮蒸鍋套餐$268一人,我哋兩個人平時食唔叫海鮮都要六百幾,所以二話不說就選擇左昵個套餐。海鮮蒸鍋,個套餐包括有龍蝦、蝦、蜆、花甲、鮑魚等等....到嘅時候都真係覺得值回票價, 但係當然有啲海鮮係蒸老左,但係最好食嗰兩樣鮑魚同埋龍蝦都好新鮮好甜。其他套餐包括有肥牛,不過唔多同埋任食嘅其他火鍋配料,都係我哋會平時叫嗰D買單加一 $700但係有海鮮食同埋任食差唔多啦! continue reading
