茶餐廳水準,講真有啲茶餐廳仲好食。食物真係好咸好難食。菜單縮小。葡國雞,椰菜鹹到苦。正宗葡菜唔係咁樣。大佬,食得太咸會高血壓。請正視食物水準。為什麼時代廣場啲餐廳變成咁…… 時代廣場餐廳價錢亦都貴。好心業主考慮減租。如果餐廳有貴又難食,完全唔明白點樣生存。Improvement is simple: please use less salt and let the natural flavour of your food come across to the customer or go on YouTube to find alternate recipes. continue reading

食物:葡撻不是正宗葡撻,像KFC出品,其實比KFx 差…午餐:藥膳雞湯米,不知和澳門有什麼關係,但還是叫了。米粉很粗有點硬,雞有4件,湯底有黑木耳,蟲草花,紅棗,有些許藥膳味。芝士脆豬包:呢隻芝士完全唔溶,切開時同個包分離,包成個都好硬,做唔到外跪內軟,差!凍檸茶正常。等餐時間:太久!12:15時入座冇乜人嘅時候都等咁耐。環境:卡位長窄,椅同枱太貼,肥啲會坐唔入。CP值:低回頭率: 冇大過失,但短期內唔會再幫襯,午餐no, 晚餐或者可以再俾次機會,見隔離枱order a la carte 沙律賣相唔錯。 continue reading

今晚有有心人陪食飯~多幸福。點了一個二人餐,再加一杯特飲及一碟馬介休炒椰菜。先來南瓜湯,南瓜打得非常幼細。但個人口味反而鍾意有少少粗獷嘅南瓜蓉,這個就真係打得很細膩,喜歡軟綿綿滑溜溜的南瓜湯的人,一定喜愛。頭盤是拼盤,有辣蝦柚子沙律,鴛鴦炸丸(墨魚及薯),及芝士多士。炸墨魚丸超好味!唔知有冇得散叫呢~想食多粒。之後即來一隻大豬手,皮做得很胞口,肉質不算乾,數普通,但收貨啦。配兩款醬料,一款有辣味的,特別喜愛!大家記得不妨試一試那一個醬汁!吃着吃着,覺得這個大豬手,有如我們的燒肉,只是不把肉醃鹹而已。跟着馬介休炒菜來了!此菜應該是穩陣之選吧!來得正好!有點蔬菜,可以減退豬手的肥膩感。食到最後,還未開始吃碳水化合物的咖喱炒飯,但已經好飽了。幸好飯的份量不數超級多,所以都能夠勉強食晒,不浪費食物。炒飯覺得比較濕咗少少,跟我們食慣比較乾身的中式炒飯唔同,但亦比燴飯乾身,他就是濕濕地的炒飯。味道方面,所謂咖喱炒飯,你就可以想像是跟星洲炒米一樣,只把米粉變做飯。星洲炒米星洲炒飯味道。吃完之後,餐飲來一個熱檸檬水。好飽好飽。完。問我會唔會再幫襯?可能一班人,冇乜要求,平民大眾化價錢,唔需要等位,就會選擇。否則,情願俾貴少少,食得精緻少少。始終屬於大眾化葡色茶記嘅水準。 continue reading

可能銅鑼灣區比較少人食澳門菜所以唔需要等位就可以直接入場(雖然都有預訂枱)Order 咗個四人套餐 $988加 $70 由咸豬手 轉成 乳豬片附圖Menu - 餐湯 忌廉薯仔, 好濃郁- 清酒煮蜆 , 冇腥味,仲有鮮甜味 , 湯底有蒜蓉同草菇- 黑松露意大利麵,份量正常, 港股不是很大但味道唔錯- 個菠蘿黃金海鮮炒飯,佢哋將啲菠蘿切細粒,比其他餐廳嘅做法有啲唔同,- 個拼盤都算OK啦- 葡式烤乳豬件都好夠味- 烤雞都嫩- 個特色飲品只係雜果賓治、但係冇雜果的四人套餐四個人食如果食量唔係超大的都應該夠食埋單 $988 +$70 另加10 %$1163.8四個人,每人$290.95 continue reading
