巧遇酒店大堂金碧輝煌水池,即聯想起希臘許願池大媽洗腳水,朋友接住諗起魚仔食腳皮!嘩哈哈。酒店上上下下內內外外都冷冷清清,部份餐廳關閉不做生意添呢。抗武肺瘟疫,要減少聚餐要減少聚頭,但朋友係要見架!香港人要生存,香港人要抗爭,加油!圍內餓底 8 男女聚餐,全場都不足 20 位食客。因為大陸武漢肺炎,所以所有杯都要問侍應取嗎?水杯、啤杯、白酒杯,連調味料及餐具都一樣?不停煩住侍應們真係過意唔去,眼見已無休無止走來走去送餐及清理檯面,辛苦晒。餐牌縮得好細好細,應該為控制成本及不想浪費食物。有四款海鮮四款牛部位,雞豬羊各一款,諒解的。甜品都有六款蛋糕仔選擇,要親自選取。自助餐所有食物預先煮好係非常合理,因為大陸武漢肺炎,由全自助晚餐轉為半自助餐,食物種類亦作有限度供應,避免浪費及要控制成本。除甜品飲品要自取外,自助餐改為落單任食坐定定。鮮檸角、鮮茄蓉,生蠔我只需要鮮檸汁已足夠。突然女神既畫面係腦內閃過,不用任何調味,直接入口原汁原味。食蠔無蠔刀?檸檬無包沙布?無檸檬夾?因為武漢肺炎所以減少餐具?還是一向都無提供呢?即開生蠔,餐牌無指明什麼品種。師傅刀工超高,技術水準卓越,開得完美無瑕。隻隻都非常完整美觀,不經意大家消減 4 打生蠔有多喇!外觀、氣味、味道、質地、季節,估計來自澳洲。雖然不算巨形,幸福地厚身肥美滑嘟嘟,嫩嫩爽脆,有鮮味有咸香,質素不凡。加拿大松葉蟹腳,異口同聲麻麻地,不想浪費盡力全數消滅。蟹瘦肉乾肉少不夠甜,免免強強唔難食。凍蝦,超水準表現!大大碌爽彈噴汁,蝦汁鮮甜,蝦膏甘香,欲罷不能,添食再添食!淡水小龍蝦,處理繁複功夫多,但只得到比手指尾還細的蝦肉,不合乎經濟原則!天生肉味淡,就連蝦膏都偏淡,過過口癮算吧!精選燉雞湯,檢查一下如何精選,只搵到兩舊雞件。終於搵到幾條蟲草花。湯汁熱辣辣,比清雞湯更濃稠黏黏,味道還可以。蘋果鴨肝,外暖內凍油淋淋,不香不脆,油膩淡茂茂!唔甘心再試多轉,較果一樣。扒羊架,微溫全熟偏乾,肉味淡調味都淡。扒牛腹肉,四款部份中最出色就係牛腹,味濃帶甜,彈滑帶汁。扒西冷,勁多肥膏,比肉眼勁利害!切掉厭味淡乾爭爭,連膏齊食嫩滑但油膩。燒原條肉眼,色香味緊次於牛腹,焦香鬆化有牛甜味。扒三文魚柳,腥到世界盡頭,廿十成熟乾鞋散。雜菜串燒,青紅黃波椒青瓜,穩陣之選。扒牛柳,谷低之選乾硬鞋,給多一點牙力吧!其實已多次叮囑要生一點生一點,不要超過 5 成熟,但最終送到最少都 7 成,而且只有微弱暖意。埋單先發現,早已經煮好大量牛扒,根本無法要求生熟程度的。燒香草春雞,連雞髀都可以乾鞋無窮,不嫩不滑無肉汁及淡茂茂,救命!鮮果拼盤,種類繁多豐富到不得了!草莓、菠蘿、西瓜、蜜瓜、哈密瓜、奇異果、士多啤梨,整晚最出色最有睇頭,壓軸登場! continue reading

多年來一直是海景嘉福Signature Club member, 早2個月已知道因疫情關係,Buffet 型式已經轉為放題任點任食型式。明明Membership 是5月尾到期,4月打電話來訂位,先知原來餐廳5月開始Close !!冇通知都算,放題我可以5月前照食,不過冇諗過食物質素差,種類少!! Membership ?? 我永世吾會再join!!先來海鮮拼盤,蟹腳好瘦,冇乜肉,雪味重...龍蝦仔吾係咩尚等野,係人都知,都係淺嘗蝦不大隻,勉強可以叫新鮮,入口彈牙青口隻隻都合實個殼,吾開口甘,吾知係變壞左,定係末煮熟,我吾敢食...最正常係紅/白酒,蘋果汁/橙汁,可以任飲。呢個燉湯,淡而無味,仲勁多肥油....牛扒有西冷, 肉眼扒,牛胸腹扒。全部8成熟以上,肉質比較老,又有根,牛胸腹叫做冇甘韌,可以再order, 其它扒類真係試一次就夠。連牛柳,燒牛肉,牛仔骨都冇,唉...個蔬菜串都ok既,蕃茄仔新鮮多汁。鴨肝: 切到好碎好碎,煎得好乾,質素差,不夠肥美,極度失望。沙律: 好普通,冇乜材料,好淡。三文魚: 煎得過熟,魚肉鞋口。Cheesecake : 甜品選擇極少,衹有6款cake, 當中5款係cheesecake, 1款係moose cake。Cheesecake 算係幾好食,係全餐晚餐唯一話可以係酒店級數嘅食物,其它食物嘅質素都真係比以往差好遠,同選擇都又少.....眼見好多客人,7點半已開始食甜品,因為真係冇野好食。酒店buffet membership?? 不了.... continue reading

其實餐廳面積好細,不過星期一黎食,刺身同生蠔都唔使點排隊。生蠔比較細隻,但一拎就俾3隻已經好大方,又唔使排隊。乳豬每晚新鮮燒起,分2個時段出2隻。拎左一份,個皮好脆,但偏肥,食完會覺得好劑。羊架唔錯,新鮮燒起,反而牛就有d韌,我發現燒牛肉真係唔係間間餐廳都做到好食。朋友話鵝肝菠蘿包個鵝肝幾好味。印度咖哩好正宗,個汁好濃好稠,好味。刺身唔使排隊,試左三文魚、希靈魚,都幾新鮮,好味。沙律都有5款選擇,煙三文魚還可以。甜品雖然選擇唔多,但試左幾件都好味。檸檬撻皮夠脆,個味夠酸,macaroons 又係整得好好,好煙韌,食左4個,隔離嗰個榛子蛋糕都好好味,中間有榛子醬,側面有d脆脆。長條形既係香蕉撻,我本身唔係咁鍾意香蕉味,但佢做得唔係好甜,幾好。最尾講埋個麵包蟹,d膏都多,出面都擺左好多出黎。總括嚟講,依度環境一般,選擇少,自助餐包餐飲一杯,折左$600。我覺得鍾意周圍試自助餐可以過嚟試吓,每樣食品嘅質素都還可以,但如果係好耐先食一次,我建議俾多少少錢,食返啲餐廳多啲選擇嘅,因為依度俾我嘅感覺都好擠迫。 continue reading

想除夕食好啲,所以就上網搵資料最後就選擇左海景嘉福酒店食自助餐,我早左一個月去買唔使千$3兩張票食第二輪價錢都仲可以接受。入到去見到裝修都比較舊,但係都幾乾淨舒服,等到8:30入去冇諗過嘢食選擇都幾多,而且整體質素都唔錯,有長腳蟹都幾新鮮,不過咸左少少熱食都有燉湯味道都幾濃,有燒牛肉羊架片皮鴨,這些質素都不錯。甜品方面差不多有20款整體都可以,不過不是每款都十分之好食,食到兩個鐘其實都已經十分之飽肚,而且仲有少少頭飾餸可以影吓相都整體滿意。 continue reading
